The food is good but that's it. Service is absolutely horrible. It's as if they are trying to suck. I literally asked the lady, at the window, Ericka, of sauce and she waved goodnight. I was taken aback and immediately pulled them up on yelp to review. I am in customer retail and I know things can get overwhelming sometimes but I was their only customer. This is absolutely ridiculous. The level of disrespect and absolute rudeness is astonishing. I have never been treated so bad at a fast food establishment in my life. I go through the drive through and get told to pull forward even though no one else is there, no issues you want to keep your time down. They bring the food out after 10 minutes. 1. No straws so I ask for two straws and he said "got you" and went back inside. We realized they gave us regular fries when we asked for Curley and it just got worse from here. My wife went inside to try and save him a trip from bringing back the straws to see him sitting on the counter not bringing the straws back. She proceeded to tell them that the fries are wrong and was told well "you ordered those but ok"! Ripped them out of her hands and threw them back in the bin with the rest of the fries to be served to other people. Then was almost given the wrong size. Then she asked for the straws again and he said "oh yeah"with pure attitude and disrespect. Then came back with one of the straws by his mouth. This is so disgusting and wrong on so many levels. I once went here and they gave me a Sprite instead of Coke. No biggie, but when I pointed it out, I was told they substituted the Sprite because they were out of Coke. Um, okay, maybe try asking the customer what other drink they'd like instead? Then I asked if they could at least put in some ice, but they were apparently out of that too. So a warm Sprite in place of a cold Coke without saying anything and the hope I simply wouldn't notice. So weird. Fast forward to tonight. When I got to the window, she started smacking the bag of food against my car door while I was removing my credit card from my wallet. Then she handed me my drink in a smashed cup, so the lid wouldn't stay on. The drink went everywhere (me, the seat, the console), and apparently my efforts at maneuvering the cup without making an even bigger mess was a huge inconvenience for her. She started waving my debit card out the window, ""Here's your card!" When I told her the smashed cup wouldn't support the lid, she grabbed another lid and tossed it at me. (Not sure how a different lid is supposed to help.) Since it was dripping everywhere, I then asked for some napkins which she again tossed at me and then slammed the window shut.
