I've only been to this Chick-fil-A location during the mornings and have always had a great experience. This location is right off of 410 across from North Star Mall. The entrance to this location can be a little tricky due to high traffic but please note that it is located within the same plaza as DSW and Best Buy, so you can always enter that plaza and just access their parking lot. Regardless of the location, the staff here is always very nice and helpful. This location is very clean and their playground is great for the little ones. Frankly I like coming here in the mornings during cold or rainy days to get my toddlers energy out and let him play around. Impatient drive thru lady today 10:45am. Didn't bother cutting up the chicken fillet on the salad really?

The food was awesome as usual at every chick fil a. But what stood out to me was their clean atmosphere and the speed of their service. We came at 12:30pm during the middle of their lunch hour rush. They were absolutely slammed outside in their drive thru, both lines were wrapped around the corner and they moved extremely fast. We went in to order and we had nearly no line at all, only took 30 seconds to place our order and we got our food in less than 2 minutes. The speed of this place was amazing will definitely be coming back. Plus they have a play room for kids and their place is super clean. read more

Pavillions North I love Chick-fil-A ... it's my go to. One of the things I love is the happy, friendly customer service. Unfortunately, it appeared as though these employees (drive thru) weren't trained like the rest of them. Coming in from a different state I still expected the same Chick-fil-A "experience". Not so. While I'm usually a fan of chick fil a this experience was very different. The order process was terrible. The individual working the drive thru was difficult to understand. She also cut us off multiple times when speaking. Makes me think she couldn't hear us well either. There was no one else in line so I'm assuming it isn't because of crowd noise. We had to repeat ourselves and she cut us off and repeated back the wrong information. We arrived at 10;28a and breakfast is served until 10:30. We asked if we could order lunch menu items and they said it would take time because it wasn't lunch yet. Seriously, they aren't prepared? It was 2 mins until I "could order" lunch. While this is a convenient location when traveling to and from the airport, we may need to find somewhere else. read more

My grandpa went in today and on the recipe it states register 5 team member Analis. My grandfather asked for one spicy deluxe with medium fries and a power aid with light ice . I'm addition, two chick fila and ranch sauces. She then charged him for the delux meal as stated and instead of the 2 ranch and 2 chick-fil-a sauces, she also charged him for two regular chicken sandwiches and then gave him 5 ranches. And my grandfather being old did not catch on until he told us what happened when we got home. ( the fries were also really hard and felt old) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. read more

Every time I've been to this location the little girls that work here are SUPER rude and always have horrible attitudes for no reason. On top of that, the last 3 times I've been here (drive through) the sauce I ask for has never been in my bag... not once. I have to walk back inside and try to get one of the girls attention (they are always talking about in appropriate personal things in front of customers that are waiting to be helped) and tell them I didn't get any of the sauces I asked for and the girls at the registers always give me attitude and rolls their eyes at me. The service was very rude. I don't think I ever went to a Chick-fil-A where the servers were rude until I came to this location. We just got our food when one of the servers came to our table and told us with a lot of attitude "Just letting you know we close the lobby at nine. Like you can take your time but we are closing". Usually this location does pretty well considering the high amount of traffic they see. Recently, I don't know if there's been a change in management or something, but parts of orders are missing - not made incorrectly - just left off/out completely and the items that are with the order, there's senseless mistakes - like I ordered a sweet tea and got an unsweet. I just stop by Chick-fil-A for breakfast this morning. There was no line and it was super fast friendly service. My gosh the people at this location are so friendly! It can be a bit startling if you aren't expecting it! I ordered the Greek yogurt fruit parfait... As you can see from the pictures the perfect only has three blueberries on it and one strawberry cut in quarters. For $3 plus tax... I would not recommend it! Not. At. All. I did get a sandwich and it was sloppily assembled so much so that the cheese had slid off the side of the bun and was stuck to the rapper. I think they use smaller pieces of chicken in the morning because you couldn't even see the chicken from the outside of the bun and that's saying something. Overall the food was warm and accurate so I think that deserves three stars however they really need to consider adding some additional blueberries and strawberries to actually call it a fruit parfait! I was charged for a hash brown that I didn't order as well. I came to the hotel and was missing the chicken. The biscuit was hard too. I called and was told I could come back to the location for a sandwich. I asked for the bbq sandwich and Adrian (a manager) said "umm.. that's like our most expensive sandwich. Extremely unprofessional as I was inconvenienced. She never apologized when I called or in person. When we spoke on the phone I had to repeat three times that I was not from here. And the guy at the counter read my order back as a spicy chicken deluxe with tomato. So I corrected him and told him. And we both clarified that I wanted a crispy chicken deluxe with no tomato. Then he ended up still bringing me a spicy chicken deluxe with tomato. When I asked them to remake it they brought me a pre made one with tomato. I told them that's not what I wanted. Then I had to wait 15 more minutes just for them to bring me back another premade one with no pickles. So the guy brought me a Ziploc bag with pickles in it.
