First time visit with my wife for breakfast. Protein pancakes were excellent. They were hot, moist, flavorful, and generous serving. My wife ordered the PH Protein wrap (chicken). The ingredients were all farm fresh. The wrap was full and plentiful. My wife could only eat half. The area we found for improvement would be to offer salsa on the side for the wraps. They do not heavily salt the food, which I think is a good thing. It allows the flavor of the fresh ingredients to shine. However, without salsa, you feel the wrap needs salt. As for the wait time, it was longer than we are accustomed to. This is not a fast food restaurant. This is a quality specialty restaurant. If you plan to visit, understand that your food is being made fresh with fresh, healthy, natural ingredients, not food that has been sitting under heat lamps. It will be worth the wait. I can confidently say that I will not be back here. My husband and I visited because we were in the area and saw it on Instagram so we were pretty excited. However, the food is pretty bland and the prices are not worth it by far. While ordering the cashier gives you options as a side but fails to let you know they're $5 each. So I felt like there was a little bit of bait and switching going on since I failed to look at the receipt after the fact. The drink was good. I wish I watched them make it. I ordered pancakes. They said they only had one option available ( and the menu has many options... so right off the bat that's weird ) it was basically plan stack with one strawberry on top. They were slightly burnt and crispy on one side, and the extremely dry. I take it that's just cuz they r simply not regular pancakes. I mean they were not disgusting... but they were not good by any means. Service was ok. I couldn't tell if they were being rude or just... existing. They offered the people next to me syrup. I had just assumed I was supposed to eat these things dryer than shit. Eventually it to syrup which helped me stomach half the meal down. ... def needed butter or something on top. I ordered a Southwest When delivered the bowl had the steak and bean salsa with cauliflower but I did not get anything else pictured. Missing was Cheddar, Avocado, Onions, Tomatoes, Red Peppers... Do I have to ask for that? If pictured, I expect it. If I don't want it, it's on the customer to say exclude. Not the only thing wrong either. Wife and daughter got burger meals. We had been wanting to try Protein House for sometime, and we decided to check it out one day after grabbing groceries. We ordered two entrees and a drink. We got Southbeach pancakes and a breakfast sandwich with fruit. I am all for small portions but what we paid was I'm my opinion too much for what we received. The fruit in the fruit cup seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Didn't seem very fresh. Sandwich was ok, got the eggs scrambled with turkey bacon. The green monster drink was ok but nothing I would order again. Pancakes were very dry and topped with one strawberry and served with some kind of healthier alternative syrup. I was super happy to try this place as a healthy dining option. However, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Spicy Thai wrap, and what I got couldn't be farther from that description. First bite was extremely dry and I mean extremely. Took a couple more bites hoping the sauce was in there somewhere, maybe I got a hint of it, but still couldn't eat it in the wrap. So I dumped the contents in a bowl. It didn't get better, The veggies and chicken were not seasoned at all, super bland. I guess the only thing that could've made it Thai was the peanut sauce, but there was only a few drops at best. Worst meal prep business ever! 10 meals out of 12 meals were incorrect and the manager was rude when he called me over the phone to ask if I was going to pick up my order since he had made it and was waiting on me to go. When I showed up for my food--the girls in the front were giggling while looking at each other, which gave the impression that they were making fun of the order since it probably had the manager stressed out for making it. Instead they all failed to inform me that they were out of turkey. They could have told me over the phone and in person--and never got that information. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how bad they messed up. I called back to inform the owner of my experience, and she discredited my words and told me that 'the manager had no reason to be rude to me because he is salary'. As someone that has been in the service industry for a while--the minimum would be to show sympathy for the client and try to compromise with them. I understand some clients might abuse the system and be unfair towards businesses--but I can assure you this was not the case. These meal preps are for my elderly father whom struggles to cook--so whenever someone goes to a restaurant or business needing food. You don't know their story on their visit. This wasn't a simple visit. It was something more than that. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this business and look for another business that will value not only the customers time and money--but shows respect and sympathy. No one is perfect--but this was beyond imperfection and was downright horrible. read more

Had a Pilates class next door and wanted to try a healthier option for lunch. First prices are higher than average but that's to be expected for fresh made to order food. I ordered a shot of ginger and an Asian wrap. I think my total was almost $25. It wasn't busy but they had a lot of to go orders so o waited patiently. Place was clean no complaints there. About 10 minutes pass and I asked of my food was ready but it wasn't so she just handed me my shot. Took it and waited another 20 minutes for my chicken wrap. I left looked in my bag and there were no napkins, no utensils and no Asian sauce on my wrap. Walked in and asked for side of sauce and was handed it rudely without anyone saying a word and about 6 employees just staring at me all the way out the door. Wrap was very dry and super bland the Asian sauce was strange I had never tased one like it. The shot that was put together was good but watching the girl pour it into a tiny 2oz container and sprinkle some cayenne powder on top wasn't worth the $5.
