I went to this Chick-fil-a with my brother today and my debit card wouldn't work on the machine. It's an old card and it's pretty messed up so I know it wasn't the cashier or the machine that made it not work. Long story short the card wouldn't work, so I canceled my order and sat down with my brother. When he got his food we were about to walk out when that same cashier walked up to me and said he'll pay for me after I got my food he then said happy holidays . This touched me, a complete stranger who I had never met before paying for my food. This chick fil a has gone downhill. Came through the drive thru for breakfast this morning and I was looking forward to the multi grain bagel sandwich. But then I noticed it wasn't on the menu and I asked if they still had it and they said no. That was disappointing. So I just order another sandwich and asked for no cheese on it. When I arrived at the window a young man repeated back my order and I said yes that's it! Then he proceeds to hand me an orange juice. I told him I didn't order one (really? you just read off my order to me and orange juice wasn't on it.) And then I get home and my sandwich is covered in cheese and the egg was burnt. My boyfriend was nice enough to trade breakfasts with me. But I will not be back. read more

I'm not sure if Chick-fil-A training has changed but I have been having the worst luck with employees lately surrounding Chick-fil-A. This location is set up very nice and has their drive thru system down but I had a very bad experience with an employee named Sophie or was it Sophia, I don't remember if it was Sophie or Sophia but I do know that it said Level 5 above her name. She was rude when I had to open my door because I couldn't roll down my windows due to getting tint and then rushed me through my order. So used to having someone ask or recommend but there was no use of no pleasure or anything. Usually a great experience as food and service is usually really good but Sophie really put a bad taste in my mouth for this visit. Thankfully there was a blonde girl at the end who gave us our food who was extremely nice but still really bugged me that we were treated like we were a nuisance from Sophie or Sophia. read more

Messed up our drive thru order, i had ordered a couple of items and noticed that i was missing something when i got home. I called the store and they advised me that i could come back and state my name to redeem my food. I had a week to redeem and went back 2 days after the incident. Service is top notch, I ate here for dinner just recently and my food came out in like, less than 5 minutes. I really liked that because I was in a hurry for a meeting. Some menu items are really good here, like the Chick Fil A sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and in the morning, the Chicken Biscuit. The chicken is juicy and tasty. However, I do not care much for their waffle fries or grilled chicken selections. I really wish they had better side items. The prices are a bit high compared to other fast food places, but not excessively so. The service is excellent here, almost better than a sit-down restaurant. You order at the counter, where you are treated courteously, and after you sit down, the workers ask how you are doing or if you need anything. The last time I went, we got free milkshakes for waiting 10 minutes for our order, and a guy introduced himself like a waiter, and told us he could help us get napkins, condiments, etc. (The wait was due to some school event that was happening here. Sometimes it can get crowded during lunchtime, with lots of students, maybe from Cal State San Marcos or Palomar? Once we just gave up due to the line.) They send out decent coupons, have no trouble honoring them, and once even offered to let us use all our coupons at once, despite that being against the rules. By the way, the president of Chick Fil A got in trouble for supporting anti-gay causes. Personally I feel that people's opinions outside of work shouldn't affect their company or their employment prospects, so that doesn't really bother me. If I found out that Chick Fil A discriminates based on sexual preference, I wouldn't go there though. read more

This location has to be the worst location I have ever been to. The main reason why I visit this location is because it is very close to my home, it seems like every single time I come to this location something is wrong with my order. The first time I came here it was for breakfast, the chicken tasted like it was from the day before and the dough on the bread was raw. To top it off I ended up getting sick from the food, I then spoke with a manager about my experience and was told to come back for lunch or dinner to have my meal replaced on the house. I then came back for lunch and received a meal, my sweet tea was not sweet after asking them to reassure that it would be and of course every time my food is cold by the time I get home. This location is around the corner from my house there is no reason why my food should be cold especially when I'm going around the corner, and it seems like every time they just keep messing up I don't get it. I ask for a specific sauce of course I don't get the sauce I ask for I get something totally opposite of what I've asked for beyond ridiculous!This will be the last time that I return to this location I've had enough. read more

Every visit here has been great! They keep their seating area clean and I can't forget fresh flowers on each table. Gives a homey touch. Positive and friendly employees. Good quality food. My go-to is their grilled chicken sandwich with honey roast BBQ sauce, and their fresh lemonade! YUM! I generally don't eat fast food, but when I do... it's Chick-fil-A (or In-n-out, haha). The only downside is all the traffic coming in and out of the parking out. It can get quite jammed up and busy. read more

Just got their new 12 piece grilled nuggets meal and all I got for $10 was a half a grilled breast chopped into pieces, a small drink and a fruit cup that was 90% Apple. The 12 piece nugget came in the same cup as the fruit cup. The fruit cup had 1.5 strawberries, 7 blueberries and 3 mandarin orange wedges besides the apple chunks. I will never get that again. So if you feel like getting ripped off, get their grilled nuggets which they charge a premium for. read more

I was contemplating between 3 and 4 stars. But the truth of the matter is I will definitely be back to this location in the not-so-distant future. If you can believe it last week was my 1st Chick-fil-A ever! I avoided it like the plague because I was thinking it must be something like KFC. Don't ask why I just thought Chicken and started making Hasty Generalizations. I guess this place is Christian owned and not open on Sundays. It's kind of similar to In-n-Out except they have way more healthy options. I actually went here instead of my old favorite (In-n-Out) bc My iPhone told me they are way healthier. Parking is a hit and miss here. If the drive in is busy at Chick-Fil-A and In N Out then parking can be difficult. However once you make it inside you find some very tasty chicken. You can't go wrong with anything that you order. Their chicken is oh so tasty! Their nuggets by far are the best. I love that you can choose different sauces to dip your chicken in. The waffle fries are the best in town. They always taste so fresh and go perfectly with any sauce you want to dip them in. You can always top off the meal with a shake. Their shakes are some of the best in town. My favorite is the Oreo cookie shake. You can't go wrong with that one. read more

The person at the window just looked at my like what was I waiting for? I asked the coffee and she seriously looked confused. Then she stated they needed to finish brewing and would bring out to the car. I waited 12 minutes for coffee. I then had to go inside and ask. They are all looking especially stupid. If I could give this place more than 5 stars- I would! I am a picky person about where I eat but this place blows me away every time. We come here a lot and never once have I had too-dry chicken, soggy buns, sour lemonade, or fries that weren't freshly made!! I don't like fries but I could eat Chick-Fil-A's waffle fries for days on days. The customer service is always amazing! Most of the time our order is ready before we even sit down. Everyone is so friendly and nice! The staff is always checking on everyone, offering refills and whatever else they can. The dining room is always clean, too! The thing that I like most about Chick-Fil-A is their sense of community. At the start of the school season they had half of the store in MHHS colors and half in SMHS colors. The students made banners for all of the sports and clubs and they were hung up all over the store. It was really neat! I like "Chic Fil A" so much that I have a song I sing about it on the way there. (it also helps their name rhymes with every other word ever). Hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich you can get. Big chunk of juicy white meat (breaded/fried or grilled) on a bun (with Pickles!!). Simple yet effective. (They also apply this formula to breakfast fare, which is a great way to start off any day). Their fries are waffle cut and delicious. Portions may be a little small if you're starving, but I'm usually good to go after my #1. Chickafil (easier to say) also produces a mean shake and lemonade, though the shakes are a little pricey (their made of real ice cream and all that...). Staff is extremely courteous for a fast food place, they come by and ask if you need refills and stuff. By far, my favorite part of this place is the condiment bar, the perfect sandwich is as follows: 1 mayonnaise, 1 mustard, 1 ketchup, 2 Tabasco, 2 pepper, 1 salt, 1 honey. I would like to confess I am a spicy chicken sandwich addict and this place is my dealer. I love the staff because they are super friendly and seem eager to want to serve you. It's not uncommon to see the owner walking around the restaurant making sure everyone is enjoying their food and making sure the place looks the best it can. The menu seems to have a lot of items on it but I only eat one thing.... A #3, a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. .. Delicious. Plenty of parking and places to sit.
