I went there last night and ordered the chicken strips and received a spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I called back and a really nice manager assured me if I come back today, she would replace my order. When it comes to fast food chicken sandwiches, you just can't compare anything else to Chick-fil-A! I'm personally attached to the deluxe, while the rest of my fam forgoes the lettuce and tomatoes. Remember to get some mayo...this place doesn't assume you want it, which is ANOTHER point in their favor. Their chicken isn't about the sauce and presentation. It's about the chicken! This place is great. I love their spicy chicken sandwiches. If they ever mess up an order they go WAY ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND to make things right. In the 4 years since they opened and going there quite often they have messed up 2 times. That's like 2 times out of 500 times. Those 2 times, god they made me want to apologize for them making a mistake lol. They go so far for their customers it's amazing. Overall great food, great GREAT customer service. I need to go back soon. They are discontinuing the honey roasted barbecue sauce and that stuff IS OMFG SO GOOOOOOOOOOD. I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time and I love their customer service! The employees are super friendly and they go out of their way to assist you. Chick-fil-A knows how to value their customers and it really shows through the extra services they do for their customers, especially in this location. Today I stayed at Chick-fil-A for about 3 hours, using their Wi-Fi to work on a school paper after I ate my meal. I absolutely love that Chick-fil-A has FREE Wi-Fi, btw! My entire stay was enjoyable. I got there around 4:30PM and it was pretty empty inside, which was good because I had to get work done. I stayed until almost 8:00PM, so I got to experience the rush hour for dinner time, but it was still nice. The noise level got a little louder, but I was still able to get work done. The employees were super friendly my entire stay, always asking me if I needed anything else or if I wanted a refill to my drink, which was really nice! Isaac was especially nice to me! He was super nice to everyone, actually! I always saw him working hard to clean the tables and seats, and always asked the customers if they needed anything else. Super sweet guy! He even made conversation with me, which was nice because doing a school paper for 3 hours straight is no fun. Just that little interaction to distract me for a quick second was refreshing, especially after staring at my laptop screen for so long. Working on a school paper on a Friday night wasn't so bad, and I honestly can say it was because of their service. Honestly, customer service is amazing here! I experience awesome customer service almost every time I come here. I usually come around lunch time and there's this super sweet old man that comes around to every table, asking if they need anything else, and he seriously brightens your day! I love it here! Oh, yeah, and of course the food is good. I always change up my order and I'm always happy with my meal, especially when the fries are super hot and crispy! I love their fries! This review is just for the customer service not the food. Went in around 12 noon today thru the drive thru. Placed my order and 5 sauces: Honey, Honey BBQ, Ketchup, Mayo and Chick Fil-a Sauce. Got my order at the window and checked inside the bag as they have gotten my sauces wrong before (even forgotten it completely one time). On the top I saw BBQ sauce which I didn't ask for. Removed my fries so I could check the rest of the sauces and no Mayo and no Honey. Back up my car to ask for the Mayo and the Honey. That's when the trouble started. Told the drive thru lady that they did not give me Mayo or Honey. Her reply "Its in the bag". Told her its not. Her reply "Its in the bag". Finally asked her if she could just give me another one so she fetched me a mayo and a honey but couldn't let me drive away without condescending saying: "Its in the bag". Chick Fil-a should seriously forget the difference between "You're Welcome" and "My Pleasure" and focuses on training their employees to not argue and basically insult their customers by implying they are not competent enough to find sauces inside the bag. BTW, got home there was no Mayo or Honey hidden in the bottom of the bag. The receipt accounted for all 5 sauces correctly too so it was inputted correctly. The drive thru staff just made a mistake then compounded it by arguing with me and insisting I was in error. read more

RILEY was so delightful and helpful. Her service smile friendliness and additude was a 10+ in my book. No I'm not her mother or a family friend. Just a customer who likes to recognize deserving people I came in to use a free app coupon and to order other menu items. She was kind and so patience with a senior. My order was a walk in take out. The chicken nuggets were a big hit! We all injoyed them. A sauce is not necessary just my opinion. The biscuits are fresh lite and most of all melt in your mouth. Also extremely reasonable. Could be a hit all day long!! The smucker's natural jam or so good! Family placed a new item on grocery list. The grilled chicken egg and cheese muffin (free) was very good (cheese needs to be more or muffin than wrapper just a placement issue) mom and I prefer the biscuit egg cheese and sausage or the biscuit reg chicken. The rest of them like biscuits and reg chicken bites. The little hash rounds are a favorite in this house. Wish they were on the menu all day long. But then again I might be in big trouble! Staff would get tired of seeing me. Lol Parking is easy to find. Wheelchair accesssible and plenty of isle room. Bathrooms are fresh clean and well maintained. Their is outside area to eat. Kid's LOVE it here. A small selection of toys by back door before going to outside dining area. Tables are always being wiped down. They don't use the same rag over and over again. Absolutely hate this location. Seriously the last 3 times I've been there to get my family dinner they completely messed up the order. They rush you through the drive through so how can you check anything they give you?!?. I'm super upset about this because it's supposed to be a family restaurant and every time we come they have a new employee in the drive through taking orders incorrectly every time. You think you're getting great food only to discover they're ripping you off. Also I must mention all the flirting that goes on in this location every time we visit. The manager is too busy grabbing butt to pay attention to customers. I have been coming here for the past 2 years at least 2 to 3 times a week and we're not coming back because of this. Literally just left the drive thru and had the best, FASTEST experience ive ever had! And the food all came out above my standards!!! All piping hot fries and sandwiches! Everyone was super kind as i interacted with a woman who greeted me in the drive thru with the menu in hand, to the cash cart, to the window where a gentleman whom i assume is a manager explained the method to the madness (for lack of a better term)! I even went inside to get a bit more sauce (i didnt want to ask for more at the window and slow the record time they were making in the drive thru ) and the woman at the counter was quick to greet me and super kind as well!!!
