Unbelievable!!! Ordered a very large order. Firstly, the lady at the window was patient!!!!. Then at the next window the ladies were sweet and patient!!! Whoa! To top it all off, I usually pull over to check large orders because every single fast food restaurant forgets something because their trying to get you out. My boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to get ice cream from Chick-fil-A. We walked in and a man took our order. We sat there and waited for about 30 minutes for 4 ice creams. We even saw people come in, order and have a meal (+drinks/milkshakes) and leave. It was really dirty and it was hard to stand around waiting in a disgusting environment, which also had an unpleasant smell. We had kids in the car and it was getting late. The man who took our order stood there and watched us walk out the door. Unfortunately we spent money on an order that we never received. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

First time here. Not what I expected I got the crispy chicken sandwich, it was good but basically just chicken between two buns. Wasn't sure about the sauce so I requested all of them I think I preferred the spicy buffalo. It was a little more than I had expected to pay. Food is fine... but, I am in line as I type this. This is minute 18 in line. When i arrived, only one lane was open. After sitting in line for 12 minutes, they opened the second line, further extending my wait in line. It was in convenient. I was do annoyed, I wanted out of line, but was trapped. Not worth it. The food here is excellent. From the chicken sandwich to the chicken biscuit, can't go wrong. The only thing negative is this place is popular! I've never been here when the drive-thru isn't packed with vehicles. I've been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. In other cities I've eaten there up to three or four times per week. I have had terrible service at the Santa Fe Chick-fil-A. I've been given wrong sandwiches; I've sat 30 minutes at a time in their drive through when lines weren't even that long. Inside service is pretty good. I just wasted another 30 minutes in drive thru and saw 4 cars that were in line after me served before I got my food. They have not earned my money and Will never go thru drive through again! I have eaten at the chick fil a in Albuquerque and it has always been good. Today I tried the new location in Santa Fe nm and I was not impressed. The staff is very nice and it was pretty quick through the drive thru even though it was very busy. When we picked up our food at the window, our chicken fingers and our waffle fries were not hot. I have used their drive thru twice. Both times I have had my order shorted. The first time I forgave them because they had just opened. The second time they left out a sandwich that the receipt clearly showed I paid for Nothing is great about their chicken sandwich. Great food and fantastic hospitality. Camped out here as one of the first 100, as a college student who can barely afford food as it is, it was a great opportunity to help supplement a few meal costs here and there. No only are the employees kind and compassionate, but the customers here were also kind, talkative, generous and compassionate. The Operator and his wife are saints, and I couldn't be more happy about having them running this business in our community, they kick started their opening by delivering food to other local workers as well as hosting a supply and book drive for kids. If that's not what being a great part of the community is, I don't know what is. Come here, eat some great food, and enjoy fine company and even finer service. read more

We have been here several times and it has always been delicious. The staff is always great and our food is always fresh and yummy. Fast fast fast! Of course Chick Fil A is a great option if you're in need of a reasonably healthy fast food meal. (When I say 'reasonably healthy' I'm talking about the grilled nuggets-- which are delicious by the way, I'm very picky about my food-- and also the salads... but I will cave to their most excellent waffle fries on almost every visit... salad with a side of fries. Which is better than no salad at all lol.) The free-standing Westminster location is almost perfect... I was sure their last renovation was going to produce a dual lane drive-thru. To my surprise this did not happen. But if you don't mind sitting in a line that wraps 3/4 of the way around the building at any given hour, they do process drive-thru customers very efficiently. With all the rain this year I have stayed high and dry inside my vehicle, while also being impressed each time with the speed and accuracy of their process. If there is a such thing as 'The Art of the Drive-thru Experience', Chick Fil A should run classes on it and teach their competitors how to run their drive-thru lanes. One really nice touch is having human interaction while ordering-- there are usually 2 - 3 older teens or young adults taking orders face-to-face, so you're not alone with a squawk-box and a random voice. One request: I vote that they bring back the carrot-raisin salad as a side dish. That is a favorite summer classic served at many of our family cookouts! Otherwise I'm a 100% satisfied customer. After all this time, I finally decided to stop on my way home. I got to order fairly quickly and then huge surprise, around the corner and there's about 10 cars wrapped around the building ahead of me. I ordered at 5:58 PM and got out of there at 6:19. I ordered the chicken strips and power food salad, the large for $4.50 I believe. Such a huge disappointment! It's super tiny and was drenched in oil. Worst part, they didn't even give me a fork or anything to eat it with so I ate it with my fingers on my way home since I was in a hurry. Takes way too long, and that salad looks like the size of a mashed potatoes to-go from KFC. I will go to Wendy's next time because their salads are huge, or even McDonald's. I've reached the point where I will never buy anything from the Santa Fe Chick-fil-A. On three occasions my wife and I have had problems with orders we've paid for orders at one window and get to the next window and be told there was no payment received, fortunately a debit card was used and the payment was shown. On another visit I arrived home to find my sandwich was a spicy sandwich which I did not order. The end for me was on 7/16/2019, I ordered a 12 count #3 to go two blocks from the store I found that the nuggets were hard and cold. I had to be at an appointment but later returned the order. I've been to many Chick-fil-A's in a few states and in Albuquerque. They have all been fantastic. Always fast, on their toes. Unfortunately this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The staff is occasionally nice... They almost always get my order wrong and not once have they ever given me the suaces I've order (via mobile order). They forget to put other items in the bag as well. If you decide to go here, always check the bag, because I garrentee they forgot something. Once I placed and order here 5 minutes before breakfast ended and they denied me my order when I arrived even after I had paid for it and were incredibly impatient with making up for it. read more
