Our first time here will not be our last, because for a fast food place, it's got quality food and service. Our standard deluxe chicken sandwiches were not huge, but they each had a nice hunk of tasty, tender, real chicken, not reconstituted patties of who-knows-what chicken parts. Even without mayo, the sandwiches were so good, we still didn't need to add any of the sauce packets we sampled, all of which were good as well. We instead used the sauces as dips for our real potato waffle fries. I say real, because the strings at McD's for example, taste more like salted cardboard. The cole slaw we had on the side was also enjoyable. Our very friendly and professional cashier handed us our food almost instantly on the busy evening we visited. Elsewhere, other employees made deliveries to some tables and kept the place clean, while the cow mascot was hard at work entertaining children, stopping by various tables, and dancing with one of the patrons. It's a busy, family oriented place with lots of kids around, but it has a friendly, not chaotic, atmosphere. Frankly, we're sick of the big chains whose employees and corporate offices could care less about what or how they serve their patrons. This is the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. It was a madhouse, with no less than 3 sports teams eating as we came in. There was a line out the door to order. Yet it was clean and orderly and our food was delivered to our table in just a few minutes. Empty tables were immediately cleaned, and there was a small army of people REFILLING BEVERAGES for people at tables as well as clearing trays. Amazing! Not to mention the fun Play Zone and Princess Cow wandering around! :-) only bummer is the corporate policy to be closed on Sundays, but this location is stellar! read more

I went to Chic-Fil-A for lunch on January 15th and the place was absolutely packed. Regardless of how busy they were the service doesn't get any better. I ordered my sandwich and the order was ready even before I got a chance to pay. As I was dining, I noticed staff going around offering to take peoples garbage, handing out breakfast coupons and offering to refill customer's drinks. I can't remember a time that I've seen customer service this good at a fast food restaurant. Kudos to Chic-Fil-A! You're doing it right. read more

Schaumburg location, on Golf Rd., is horrible in comparison to the Bloomingdale location. I did curbside pickup and My order was wrong. To add, the grilled chicken sandwich was salty and the food was greasy. I've never experienced greasy food from any other location. read more

This is my favorite Chik-fil-A ever! The service is through the roof. Everyone there is so happy and cheerful that you're happy and cheerful. The drive thru speed is very quick and they even have dog treats for your fellow companions in the back seat. I always leave beyond satisfied. read more

This location had awful parking and you have to walk around the building beside the drive thru to even get in. One sidewalk in the front of the store was just a dead end. The handicap parking spots were the very far from the door. You would think The would be the closest to the door but it wasn't. Once inside the employees or the 3 that I talked to was rude and acted like the hated there job or even being there. The food was good but not very hot. read more

Since 1967, the Cathy family has served Chick Fil A sandwiches. They were one of the first fast food stores to actually work out of malls. They now have free-standing stores, and the one in Schaumburg is a gem! Despite big crowds, my order was fast, cooked to order, politely served. I love the "my pleasure" when people tell staff "thank you." But what happened to me- One of the staff working the dining room ASKED if we wanted a refill for the road!!!! I've NEVER had fast food staff ask me that, EVER, and I am getting up there! Chick Fil A will have my business whenever possible from now on! Those of you who feel "conflicted" because the Cathy family donates to pro-traditional family groups: We eat at Ben and Jerry's, which gives to all sorts of liberal causes, as does Amazon. I love chick fil A! It's my favorite fast food! I always get the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with the fresh lemonade! You have to try their chik fil A sauce! My only complaint with this particular location is often times the fries are served cold from my experiences! Other than that everything has been grw I also love how the atmosphere and how friendly the workers are! Chick-fil-A is definitely the place you must visit if you are craving for some chicken. This place has the best chicken in the whole city. Their chicken is so phenomenal, it comes with different styles, you can grab some with rice, in bread, and in combo. They also have sandwiches, it is so delicious, and the portions is so good. You can also add some of their side dishes such as fries, soups, and also beverages. This place has a super friendly service, their staff here is so nice, decent, and accommodating. They all know how to treat all of their customers so well. No wonder why lot of people keeps coming back and enjoying their place. It is because their staff made the experience better and exceptional. Their place is so cozy, clean, nice, and decent. It is so easy to go to. Came here a few weeks after it opened after hearing all the hype and having never been to a Chick-Fil-A. It was lunch hour and with all the businesses in the area, this place was a zoo. We had to wait in a line that extended outside to the parking lot to even order. I had high hopes thinking this means it's good, right? Not so much. Ordered just a chicken sandwich and fries. Had to practically fight someone to even get a table when we had our food. This place was so packed, I felt like the other customers were breathing over our table the whole time since we were towards the front and they were waiting for their food. I recently had a chance to stop by and try Chick-Fil-A. I was interested in trying it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had chicken tenders. The positives are the customer service, and the self serve of sauces. I'm sure the customer service side of it will slowly decline in the next few months when the hype about this place is over. The food is average. My chicken sandwich patty was undersized and fell apart as I was trying to bite into it. It did not exceed my expectations. The chicken tenders were meaty and not totally covered in batter. The taste was bland and I can see why they offer a variety of dipping sauces, and it is to compensate for the lack of flavor. The waffle fries were good, and tasted fresh. Overall, I would only go there again if I had no other options for food. Fortunately enough Schaumburg is over crowded with chain restaurants just like this one. read more

I get the impression this is one of those restaurants there is a cult following for... I do not belong to this group. I had heard of Chick-Fil-A before they opened their Schaumburg location, I just knew nothing about it. (I assumed it had something to do with chicken). So last night it looked like the masses had died down enough for me to check it out. I only went through the drive-through, which always flusters me because I need a good 5 or so minutes to examine the menu before I order. And since there was no "preview" menu before I pulled up to the speaker, I just picked the simplest thing I could find in three seconds - the chicken sandwich. It was pretty darn good. Enough to draw me pack to sample some of the other menu options. When I pulled up to the window to pay they asked me if I wanted any sauce, but since I had no clue what my choices were or what was already on the sandwich, I said "mayonnaise"? Next time I'll go in so I can peruse the menu at my leisure and investigate what other sauces I can choose from! read more

They only serve chicken but man for fast food this is good stuff. I ordered the chicken fingers and they were tender and moist. Really good stuff. I believe Chick-Fil-A is a pretty good restaurant. They are fast and friendly. My only problem is with the fries. They seem too big, and especially for dipping in the ketchup packet. Also, they seem a little too eager to get your order to you, which ends up with stale fries (cause they're been sitting around). I would much rather wait a few minutes for fresh-out-of-the-bat fries. My friends and I usually arrive early for lunch, around 11:30 and the place doesn't pick up until after 12, therefore we may just want to go later, while they have fresh fries constantly cooking. Overall it's a great place. They were even giving away free breakfast for the first two weeks in February. I've never heard of a place doing that before. The chicken biscuit filled me up to the point I didn't even need lunch. read more

This location obviously doesn't care about customer service. I asked for a frosted lemonade and received a regular in the drive thru, but when I went inside to get it replaced they said even though they keyed the order wrong, they have to change me $2 more. I already paid $10 and it is not worth the money given that they can't even give you what you ask for. What the CLUCK! (I couldn't resist). I just don't get it. This was supposed to be great. I mean, the place is packed, right? All these people can't be wrong, can they? Can they? This is a testament to the "Olive Garden Syndrome", whereby clever marketing is what lures throngs of patrons. Shrewd business strategy far outweighs food quality when it comes to forecasting the success of a restaurant. We tried Chick-Fil-A this weekend after hearing it lauded by acquaintances who return time and again. We wriggled our way through a crowd of presumed chicken fanatics craning over the menu to a freshly opened register and thought "huh, our lucky day!" Quickly we ordered three #7s and a 12-piece nugget. $28. We barely reached our table when they called our number. Huh? Chicken breast, ready in 60 seconds? That was a portent to the remainder of the experience. The sandwiches are ridiculously small for the money. The lettuce bed overwhelmed the sandwich. The waffle fries are just like the Ore-Ida's from your grocer's freezer, which is not to say that's bad. I like those. But, they're not impressing me if that's one of your restaurant's anchor items. The TINY $5 box of chicken nuggets were soggy with grease. Sauce choices? BIG DEAL. Get the foundations right, then woo me with condiments. 4 STARS for the friendly staff 1 STAR for the dismal value 1 STAR for the mediocre food quallity and sterile, McDonald's-like dining room 1 STAR for subjecting us to all the hype their genius marketers have conjured 2 STARS is exactly where they belong. Maybe it was the shift change? I don't know but none the less the rest of my experience at the schaumburg chick-fil-a was great. my chicken salad sandwich was delicious and healthy. Being from Texas where Chick-Fil-As are abundant and have been around awhile it's so surprising that they are so scarce in this area and people are having their first Chick-fil -A experiences. That being said knowing how Chick-fil-a is supposed to taste and their standards for customer service. I am very pleased with this particular location. The workers are extremely friendly and are good at offering their "my pleasures" when you thank them. The food is always consistently good and they have the signature sweet tea us Texans love!
