I know the Chick-Fil-A have a hype because it's so new. I do admit that I loved the planned calendar events like kids night. I had the number 8 meal, Grilled chicken club... requested no bacon. I got a sandwich with no bacon and no cheese. I went up to show them it had no cheese. I mean otherwise what I ordered was the same as a number 7. They had to get me a brand new sandwich. Wasn't too impressed. I also hate the way they have to shout your name. Why not just shout an order number? I love the waffle fries and their shakes are amazing! We had the cookies n cream shake. I'm pretty sure these don't just come out of a machine, they are hand mixed with real ice cream. My friend told me that they use all natural and non transfat oils. I think I'll have to try their crispy chicken or nuggets. I don't know why but I'm not a fan yet. Will have to give it another go. Some of the employees are nice and friendly. Total race traitor in light of the recent incident at UC Irvine, and the chain gave $2 million to anti-gay causes, but, this is fast food so I'm not going to dignify this in any way. I went and got a spicy chix sammie and a regular one: it's a batter fried chicken breast sandwich, it is generally not a scrawny one and also not at all dry. The spicy is correctly named, and delightfully hot; the regular is herbed nicely. Avoid the waffle fries, no flavor whatsoever. read more

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and have always received excellent customer service. The best fast food service out there. I have tried the original chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and the waffle fries. I have always been satisfied with all of the sandwiches. I really love their waffle fries and the chick fil a sauce. The only cons are that their prices are a bit higher for fast food and they don't give enough chick fil a sauce.. We are a regular visitor to this Chick-fil-A. The food is great every time. Only issue we have is with some of the staff. Keep in mind we come in a group of three every time. We ask for 3 ketchup packets, 3 Chick-Fil-A sauces. The people at the drive thru act like I am a jerk. Were spending 30 dollars on chicken sandwiches. So if you don't want us to each have one then don't offer them. It is rude and we have stayed away since it feels like we are a burden. read more

The service is friendly and polite, the food is great and worth the slightly higher prices than other fast food. My only complaint is that the fruit cup is 3/4 apples covered deceptively with the other fruits. It's not right to price the fruit cup as a premium side given most of it is half an apple. read more

I went on Saturday the 15th order 4 chicken sandwiches got the order home and with the first bite me and my wife where over powered by pepper. the pepper was so strong that we couldn't finish the sandwiches. I did the survey online and made my comments about it. I never heard back from any one saying they where sorry about the service. why have a survey when you don't respond back to negative feed back. almost the whole order was trashed due to the over peppering. I went there to see what all the hype was about. The place was very crowded. I waited a long time to get my food. I ordered the signature sandwich, it was over cooked. The fries were o.k. The place seemed chaotic. They need to rethink having the soft drink dispensers behind the counter next to the registers. Had to weave in and out of people to get a refill on my drink. They didn't appear to be organized to me. I will go back and try the breakfast items. I want to give them another chance. My friends raved about the place. over the summer, all i hear is my friends talking about chick-fil-a... i didn't have the time to go out there to try it until recently.. i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, nuggets, and chicken tenders since there was so much hype about this place. the service was friendly and the order came out quick! i tried few of their sauce like the chick-fa-a, ranch, and BBQ sauce. the spicy chicken sandwich was juicy ,but the sandwich was just average.. the nuggets was small and a bit disappointing, not crispy at all and very little meat.. the tenders in the other hand was pretty big and was the most decent item out of all.. overall this place is just average and is over hyped,i would not go out of my way for chick-fa-a especially there is alot of better restaurant selections around the area. read more

Absolute disaster. Why did I wonder if I should drive 4 miles to a Popeyes while I could get something here. I order their pretty standard spicy chicken sandwich and some tenders. Then I pick it up, get my receipt and quickly get my bag dumped into my lap. A little faster than I would have liked, but ok. I pull into the parking lot to unwrap my sandwich and not get any more crap over my pants and find out I am given small fry with some nuggets and a BBQ sauce. Clearly not my order. So I go back into the drive-through lane, tell them a mistake was made. I get told to go to the window. Without saying a word, the "manager?" takes the bag from me, no apology, I explain that this wasn't my order, they yell out my order and I finally get it. Still NO apology. Unless that was what the have a good day was supposed to be about. Then when I open it, there are 3 soggy tenders in the box. The crispiness had left that chicken hours before and the same goes for the sandwich. The steam buildup in that bread made it seem more like a dipped beef sandwich than a crispy chicken. Really just the best fast food you can get. Numerous healthy options and even the fried chicken sandwich with no butter has like 9 grams of fat I believe. Nuggets, Strips, chargrilled are all great. The spicy chicken sandwich has become my absolute favorite supplanting Wendy's. Don't forget to score some sauces as well. Polynesian, Chick Fil A Sauce and Buffalo Sauces come very highly recommended. Breakfast is great as well. And don't let long lines discourage you. I LOVE coming here! I always have the spicy chicken deluxe and it's so good. The best thing about this place isn't the cow that comes by and takes pictures with the kids, or the awesome milkshakes, it's the service. By far the BEST service I've ever had - in a fast food place, or a formal sit down resturant. The employees are always nice. Always say please and thank you. I do not understand why this place is so popular, the food is mediocre at best. If I want a good chicken sandwich I go to Wendy's and if I want chicken or nuggets then KFC is where to go.
