I don't understand how you can have breakfast service and not have coffee being continuously made. Then the food took forever to come out and when it did, it came out very staggered. One of the cooks lifted his hat and rubbed the top of his head, briefly walked to the back, and then returned to continue handling food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Unfortunately, the food being prepared at that time ended up being my order. Due to these sanitation concerns, I chose to leave without taking the food. Food safety and proper hygiene practices are extremely important, especially when handling ready-to-eat meals.
