I'm always looking for new Korean spots to try, and I'm glad I found this one! It wasn't busy at all since we were the only people inside. The staff was super friendly and the place was clean. We got the Honey Garlic and Galbi boneless chicken with a side of fries. The chicken was so good! super crispy and full of flavor. It actually reminded me of the Korean fried chicken I had in Korea, which brought back good memories! The fries were just okay, but we didn't really come for those. Me and my partner always come here and usually have a good time. Food is always great, however this time we didnt have a good experience at all. Our server Sara kept confusing our order and repeatedly asking what we wanted at least 5 or 6 times, not even writing anything down, and hovering over the table. When our food finally came out it was wrong. She acted as if she would fix the issue but she didn't ask anyone so we just decided to not eat it and take it off the bill. Her mannerisms and actions were as though she was either high or drunk. She seemed out of it and brought out another plate of food that looked like it was ours, seemed confused, and then walked away. My parents ordered my husband these wings a week ago and we fell in love! I've never eaten wings like these, the breading is crunchy and super flavorful (not greasy at all). These servings that don't need ranch or blue cheese, they stand strong on their own. We just ordered delivery through their website about two hours ago, I got the Soy Garlic wings (HIGHLY Recommend) and my husband got the Gangnam Style Wings. Delivery was fast and efficient and the food was exactly as I remembered it. Not sure why this place isn't super packed and busy all the time, the BEST wings in town in my opinion. The price is high for the amount of food. They serve fried dumplings with just a packet of soy sauce. The dumplings are the smallest I've ever encountered. Last time I had the boneless chicken with a flavor they promoted and it was lackluster for how much I paid for it. They charged a dollar for a cup of ranch and it not even made in house. The fired pickles were also just so so. I expected more than just cheap fried food but that what it is here. The atmosphere of the place itself is missing something. It seems empty even with guest. So happy this place opened! The sides are great. The wings took about twenty minutes, they came out hot and fresh. I cannot emphasize enough how good these wings were, we even order more after finishing. The restaurant itself is very nice the have Korean media playing on the tv's. The flavor of the sauce was good but the crunch is not at all what I was looking for. The staff were absolutely horrible here. We waited at a dine in table for 30 minutes then had to get up and grab our food that was packaged in to go containers. When we began taking our food out to eat there staff immediately came up to us stating we have to eat outside or in our car unless we add an additional tip to unbox our food. Absolutely unprofessional and the most unwelcoming first experience trying this restaurant. The food was cold after arguing with the staff that we had to eat in our car. We love this location and the food is always perfect and delicious. Sebastian was our waiter on this day and he was accommodating and polite. The chicken is crunchy and we never have a complaint except for one thing. There are advertisements for collecting points in the app each time you visit the establishment and order food. But the app is terrible and there is no way to redeem your rewards. This is my fourth visit and during all visits the customer service rep couldn't help with redeeming points. They could see my phone with my phone number and my points but in their system, it was a different name associated with my phone number. Last week I ordered over $200 worth of food for pick up and used my phone number and those points were not added to my account. read more

Let me start by saying that I love this restaurant. The food is always amazing but I'm sad to say that our experience was horrible yesterday we fought traffic to get there from San Marcos. We made sure that they closed at 11. We got there around 9:50. We ordered at the counter. It was only two of us not once did they say that they were closing at 10:30 which again their hours reflect at 11 . So we got our corn cheese, which by the way was the most oniony corn cheese we ever got which I give credit to the server he saw that we didn't touch it so he refunded it but once we got our chicken wings, he told us that we only had 15 minutes to eat and we had to leave. If that was the case we would've just taken it to go which is no big deal but to wait until we got our food and tell us that we felt like we had to fast eat we left at 10:26 because the kid that helped us which he was nice but kept hovering it was just inefficient and frustrating. Makes me want to drive all the way from San Marcos to their other location which is even farther. read more

This is supposed to be a place that sells Korean fried chicken...whole chicken, wings and boneless wings. They started off by telling me that half of their chicken sauces were unavailable. The So ddeok So ddeok was not good either. The sausages were just regular little sausages similar to Lil' Smokies and the rice cakes had a chewy cheese puff texture if that makes any sense. The sauce was OK, but nothing spectacular. I will not order it again. With all the other new restaurants in town you may be thinking of trying, go ahead and try those first.
