Long story short, I went to this store instead of the one she ordered at and the gentleman who helped me through the drive through was not only understanding while we fixed it. First let me say...I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt (closest on to my house, 20 mins away) and having faith that the food will live it up the Chick-Fil-A name but this never does! First time ever I've been disappointed in my favorite chicken place. Went thru for breakfast. They are out of hash browns. Would I like to choose another side? Sure. But, they uncharged me for it. Really? Their issue, being out of something and if I want another side, I have to pay extra??? I explained that to the lady at the window. She just charged me and gave me a breakfast sandwich only. I'm not asking for anything for free but at least offer to split the uncharged cost. Poor form. read more

Been here many times now. Morning, afternoon, and night. The place is very wel kept as far as the lobby and the condiments being neat. Service is always fast, even during the after school rush between 2:30-4:30pm where parents take their kids for play time and an early dinner or late lunch. Nights are nice. Not as many kids if you have younger ones who want to play. Example be 3 or younger. Had a very helpful staff named braham I believe. Was difficult to read the name tag but it was a girl that helped me. Was very attentive and pleasant service. Food is always quickly served and also warm and delicious. Went to Story time today with Stomp n Play and my daughter had a blast!! Mrs. Tracy is awesome and the kids really love it!!!

Pretty clean for the most part, bathroom especially. But the play area could use some attention. Food as expected, pleasant experience.

Bad staff, I would go here because it close to my house but we just go to the Selma location in the forum now. They screw up on my orders all the time. Like forgetting to put a paid item in the bag as well as missing part to a sandwich. To me this is stealing my money. Some of the staff is rude as well as just completely ignorant to take orders. I had the free chick fil a survey sandwich and the 8 count free nugget on the app. Well for some reason I was having the hardest time getting my phone to scan with the app. When I would ask the girl at the register did it receive the scan she would just stare at me annoyed. She just refused to answer me. I was just so pissed. How does a company that is so high struck on good customer service have an employee with no disability or any issue act like this? This location is doing a great job taking care of the customer. Both drive thru lanes were packed, but they have plenty of staff outside getting us thru line quickly and with good food. All three times they have either forgotten items in the order, or the girl taking the order outside didn't put them on the order all together.
