This location is pretty typical of what you're going to find in most Chick-fil-A stores. It does seem a little bit rundown and the entire north side of the eating area is screened off as it appears to be used for meal prepping for lunch orders going out for delivery. The drive-thru line is exceptionally long as you can imagine but it would be nice if more open and usable. The play area is also shut down and closed off with a black tarp up on the inside so you can't see through. It's is unfortunate that this popular and tasty fast food has such poor service. It is not the wait time, but the inaccuracy in each and every order. I advise to never leave the drive thru until you have checked your order thoroughly. They fail to fill orders properly. Whether it's a missing sandwich, a half filled French Fry box or no condiments (even when requested at order and payment time). They have had so many errors over the past few visits that I will now go to further locations where it might be more driving, but at least there is a better chance of accuracy. Absolutely terrible experience tonight! 0/10 My order was completely wrong so I called to get it fixed and the staff I spoke to was rude about my order being wrong and argued with me about it, then placed me on hold for nearly 10 mins. I pulled up to the curbside and let them know I was here and was greeted by their team lead Litzy (I was told this was her name) 15 minutes later about my order being wrong. She argued with me about the order and told me she would only replace 2 of the 5 messed up sandwiches. After debating with her for 5-10 minutes about all of the issue they put me through she finally said she would remake them all. She comes back 20 minutes later with the sandwiches in a bag and tells me they are remade. I check the bag and each sandwich container and all they did was add ANOTHER piece of cheese to my old soggy sandwiches on top of the already melted cheese on the OLD SANDWICHES. They touched all on my food and NEVER remade them although they said they would remake them. That is a health violation, especially with COVID-19!!! I talked to the assistant manager Matt and after talking for a while he only offered a partial refund and nothing else!! I am absolutely shocked at the way their staff handled this, with terrible service all around and I will not be recommending this location to ANYONE.
