The food was tasted fresh and the event was really fun they even had free samples as we are the test market for the chicken and waffles and had the mascot walking around for photos. This location is pretty typical of what you're going to find in most Chick-fil-A stores. It does seem a little bit rundown and the entire north side of the eating area is screened off as it appears to be used for meal prepping for lunch orders going out for delivery. The drive-thru line is exceptionally long as you can imagine but it would be nice if more open and usable. The play area is also shut down and closed off with a black tarp up on the inside so you can't see through. I think they need to give this place a remodel so it's working better for their current functions. read more

-Absolutely Unacceptable- We went through the drive thru, girls were nice, we pull up to window to pick up our order (2 kids nuggets, 1 deluxe, 1 grilled club) and my husbands meal wasn't recorded/added at all. I walked inside with my daughter to use the restroom and were practically shoved to the side for an employee who clearly didn't know what table the food was going to (because employees come first right?). We use the restroom, which was clean, came back out and a different employee comes on through and blows right past us and not slowing down- my daughter and I almost sat on the poor customers behind us sitting eating their meal. Tried one of my kid's nuggets, they're tough and hard, and the fries are a bit soggy and looked like they were pulled waaaay too early. I can't believe the appalling experience we had, as chic fil a's other locations I've visited have been pleasant. I don't know how this one hasn't gotten a complete turnover of employees because that's what this location needs, along with fresh produce and good tasting chicken. Well i did ask and told the employee that i love the way chick fil a take care of their employees and that i was suprised they didn't have the covers and big fans lol I was told they are on a waiting list and not sure when that will happen for that location. It's is unfortunate that this popular and tasty fast food has such poor service. It is not the wait time, but the inaccuracy in each and every order. I advise to never leave the drive thru until you have checked your order thoroughly. They fail to fill orders properly. Whether it's a missing sandwich, a half filled French Fry box or no condiments (even when requested at order and payment time). They have had so many errors over the past few visits that I will now go to further locations where it might be more driving, but at least there is a better chance of accuracy. This morning I placed a breakfast order after driving from a different location which doesn't offer breakfast (rolling oaks.) This order was placed at 10:20AM - breakfast is over at 10:30. I try to never do this as I know it may be a pain in the butt but I did place it before breakfast was over. I show up at 10:28 and the cashier goes to the manager and says "I'm sorry I missed this order and the manager not knowing I was the customer tell her "if we don't have it we don't have it."
