We got a bacon croissant as well; it looked like a bit of a mess but at least it tasted good. For $30 for two breakfast sandwiches and two drinks, I expected a more elevated experience. Do not go here if you want friendly service . I picked up a $400 catering order today plus a 60.00 tip that I now regret ! The girl at the register told me my order was in the 2 bags at the counter . Luckily I double checked and 6 subs along with lots of cookies and brownies were missing . So, I went back in to get the remainder and apparently Yvonne did not want to be bothered. She was rude , unfriendly and acted like I was a nuisance . She even sighed and threw the boxes on the counter when I asked if the cookies and brownies were in the bag. Disgusted and will never go back. Firstly the "pre-portioned sizes" were ridiculous. My Mac n cheese didn't even fill up the bread bowl. (I've never seen this before) I ordered the bacon Mac n cheese I got no bacon. After taking it back the member just throw bacon bits on top and said she couldn't fill the bowl because of their pre-portioned sizes. As I'm about to eat it I see a bug dead in the Mac. I got my refund and proceeded to the rest of my meal. My fiancé finds a long hair in her sandwich. That was the last straw absolutely disgusted at this point we had to leave. This will be the last time I order from this Panera. They cannot seem to get themselves together. We ordered this morning and went to pick it up, got home and the order was incomplete. The frustrating part was that they knew it was incomplete but didn't bother to tell us. My husband got home and had to go back. I called while my husband drove back. The person I talked to didn't apologize and when I didn't accept the replacement (because it was something we would eat) she didn't offer anything else.I finally told her that she could replace the soufflé with a grilled cheese sandwich. My husband came home again and we discovered they had only given us a half a sandwich. I went Tuesday night to the new Panera. Warning of what not to order. I did the pick 2 consisting of French Onion soup and Asian Chicken Salad. Soup had no cheese on it. When I took it to the counter, I was told the don't put cheese on it. Okay, well it says on the menu it comes with cheese, like all French onion soup, so I said I would have chicken noodle soup instead. It maybe had 12 noodles (maybe) and 2 pieces of chicken. Very disappointing, but I accepted it. Next I opened the salad, only to have to remove at least 14 pieces of Romaine that were brown and slimy. After removing those, I started to pour the dressing. I didn't look at the dressing first, since it's always the same. NOPE, this was one of their fruit based dressings. I hadn't been to a Panera Bread for a couple years until last Saturday. I ordered the same chicken, red pepper, avocado melt I have always ordered & broccoli cheddar soup. There was hardly any chicken on it. It was mostly all bread. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it. The soup was good. There was so much trash everywhere, on the tables, on the floor & piled up trash & dishes by the trash cans. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. It wasn't even busy. My husband asked for a box for my sandwich to take it to go & was given a piece of paper!!! I will never go to this location ever again. Clean your dining room guys!! This location gets pretty busy so it gets messy. Panera Bread to me is like a fast food bakery/deli. Nothing is really authentic and it's usually going to look like you could make it better. I do like that on the menu they label what is a vegetarian option, that's very thoughtful! Im a vegetarian and they have a couple of sandwiches that I can select. Today I ordered the pick 2 and got a half grilled cheese and half tomato soup. I personally think I make better grilled cheese sandwiches, but the tomato soup was good, better than the sandwich. I like the selections of cold teas they have it's about 5 of them green tea, passion tea, and some others. I do enjoy the pastries for $0.99 if you order a meal. I got the cream cheese strudel it's one of my favs. For what it's worth it's ok if you want a sandwich and the cafe feel. Went in on a slow Monday for lunch with my boyfriend and we were not impressed.. They cashier failed to repeat our order to us for accuracy, causing our orders to have 4 errors. The people at the counter handing out food are rude and un interested. My boyfriend went up for a new soup because he was given the opposite of what he had asked the cashier for and instead of trying to resolve the issue, the worker responded defensively with "Is it on the check?".. Overall not a good time. Paid over $40 for mediocre food, not to mention the place is a mess. I understand if the dining room is messy because of business but there were only 10 people in there. Stacked dirty dishes, dirty windows, trash everywhere. I really do like Panera food and I hope this location can eventually be consistent with both food and service. I ordered a meal for myself and my husband for delivery and had multiple issues. First, our order was set to be delivered from 12:39-12:49 PM but didn't arrive until 1:30 PM. Second, our delivery person was the one who updated me on the status of my order while the app never changed. I attempted to call the store multiple times but I never received an answer. Finally, both mine and my husbands' orders were poorly put together and were not made correctly. Panera in the forum location was a lot more cozier than other places I've been. Parking lot and seating was limited, maybe because we came during peak hours at lunch. I noticed they have touch screen ordering screens if you choose to utilize it. I chose to order at the registers since the touch screens didn't look any faster. I ordered tomato basil soup, bacon macaroni and cheese along with a pastry called "cheese". The pastry looked like a round croissant like a icing cheese that embeds the middle of it. For my order to come out it took a good 15-20 minutes. Not only that, there was a piece of hair in my Macaroni and cheese which I wasn't happy about but didn't have time to complain since we all had to go back to work.
