Ok I heard this was the place to get some yummy sandwiches and I was stoked to try it out! I've never been, so I'm looking around, checking it out... and nada. No one greets me. No one says hey we'll be w you shortly. So I make my way to the counter and I'm watching a guy do something, idk... making sandwiches, kneading bread, cutting tomatoes... who knows. The counters are really high, so I didn't know if I needed to order with him and make my way down... or stand here. So then I eventually just move down and she's like "nuh uh, nope you go back there and start w him." The guy proceeds to say, "I told her I'd be w her shortly" Um... no he didn't. So I told him that and he proceeds to argue w me that he did. Then he turns around and starts telling the other girl "yes, I did" etc, etc, etc like I'm not standing here. Anyways, I tell him what kind of sandwhich I want and then scoot down... and she's staring at me. Because the counters are so high, it was really hard for me to see what I was supposed to be doing. Me and my partner love potbelly's, great food and service. But this one time really brought about how great the potbelly's team is. And why I will remain a loyal customer. One night I had left work and ordered potbelly's through the app like normal and I was going to normally be arriving at around 9:45 pm - 9:55 pm. However around the forum area, a lot of construction is happening, and it added about 25 mins to my route. The est time I was going to arrive was 10:20. I called them and told them that I was going to be a little late and how sorry I was. Skyler, who picked up two of my phone calls, reassured that it was no problem at all and I would receive my food. What a hero!! I hope the management team at forum location for potbelly's recognizes Skylar willingness to put extra effort forward for some guy like me. The Food here is great. I love potbelly, if I wanted something sandwitchy and delicious, I would come to Potbelly. Mostly me and my Dad would come and get some potbelly, and boy was it yummy. Overall an ok experience. I got the #1. I added tomato, lettuce, mustard, oil, and sub seasoning. The flavor was pretty good, not the best I've had, but pretty good. I think the big weakness was the lettuce. Personal preference but I like the shredded on subs, not chopped. The overall vibe was pretty cool inside but the place was dead. I was the only one in around lunch time. The service was alright. I wouldn't say unfriendly but also not super welcoming. Overall, I think there are just a lot of sub places that do it better. Pulled up to sign to find no pricing on the board. I asked how to know what it costs and I was handed a small menu with pricing. For a 2 piece was $11 and change, a 4 piece was $13+. So I ordered a 4 piece. He comes back saying $18+!! What? Oh the green beans were extra. Uhm... so it comes with 1 side. Ok take one back. Price comes back $15+. Still doesn't sound right. I ask for receipt and I was charged for a 6 piece (not the 4 I ordered) and I got 5 pieces. And on top of that it was all COLD! Do not recommend this location at all. Won't be returning. read more

Stopped by For a mommy and daughter date this past Saturday. The restaurant was really clean and smelled of fresh baked cookies! My baby ordered the meatball and I had the BLTA! They were both so yummy and we finished it pretty quickly. We did have one minor hiccup, they were so busy our order was skipped but the girl working the counter, Harmony, and the GM made sure we were taken care of.
