This is the WORST chick fila I've ever been too in regards to their customer service! And they really don't deserve the one star! This is the second time I've came here and my mobile order either has been delayed after already waiting in line over a hour and this time they gave my order away after waiting 45 mins in line. And I'm still stuck on how that happened being that you have to give the make and model of your vehicle! And instead of initially acknowledging their mistake and apologizing, I had to hear the workers inside and out talk about how it wasn't their fault. After their blame game they had the audacity to think I was going to wait another minute for them to remake my order smh. Unbelievable I requested a refund and the apologies I did get weren't sincere! This is THE WORST chick fila I've ever been too and I hate to even write this being that I'm a frequent customer overall of Chick fila. Chick-fil-A restaurants are usually good all around. However, I stopped at the Brightleaf location on Saturday and this location has to be the dirtiest Chick-fil-A in the state of NC. The floor was sticky, the men's restroom was broken, and the register area was sticky spilled drinks. Stopped through here for a late lunch....not planning on stopping here again. The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the politeness that the staff had. Here were a few things we unfortunately had to experience: 1. Wait times. It took 15-20mins to receive our food compared to other Chick-fil-A's that only take 2 mins. 2. Cleanliness. The counters, bathrooms, trash cans & supply areas where the dips and napkins were, were all dirty. Disgusting. 3. Food. We ordered for a family of 4. Spicy chicken sandwiches were in our order and were the worst we've had with Chick-fil-A. The sandwich bread and waffle fries were very soggy. The sandwiches were falling apart and didn't look appealing. Besides these reasons, you can tell the staff knew they were way behind on EVERYTHING. I kinda felt bad but on the other side, I didn't. Only because we are huge Chick-fil-A fans and we've seen the high standards that are held by all Chick-fil-A staff. This apparently is not the case at this location. This chick fil a was not what I expected. When I got there at the drive thru the place was very crowded and I thought that they were managing the traffic well. When I got tk the ordering station the person said that there soda machine was out of order. I was unhappy but I could understand after all they were trying their best because if the traffic. When I got the receipt for my food everything I had ordered was on it. When the food finally got to me I was missing half my order. The thought that they were trying their best had fled me and I was very angry that the chick fil a that could manage all that traffic couldn't even give me my entire order right. There is no way that this is a legit Chick-fil-a. It is the antithesis of the good food and good service that the restaurant chain promotes. For starters, if they add one more obstacle to that parking lot/drive-thru, people should be awarded a defensive driving certificate upon pulling out. This is also the only situation I have ever seen where doubling the drive-thru order line tripled the waiting time. It doesn't matter if you drive through or go inside--it takes an obscene amount of time to get in and out of this joint. My orders are wrong 70% of the time and my food is cold 95% of the time. On the last occasion of my visit, I witnessed the drive-thru cashier literally, LITERALLY throwing food into the car pulled up to the window. This restaurant is the only alleged Chick-fil-a within 30 miles, so I have tried to deal with it, but no longer. read more

I will say this location's drive through is a bit different but the fellow customers driving can make it somewhat difficult . My girlfriend and I stopped in at this Chick-fil-A on our way down 95. The restaurant is located about 1.5 miles off exit 97, so it's not directly off the exit, but it's not overly far. The restaurant was very clean and the people who took our order were very efficient. After ordering, the manager brought the food over to our table and made sure we had any sauces we needed. The food was piping hot and tasted pretty good. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is because it was pretty cold inside the restaurant...they should've cranked up the thermostat a bit.
