This was my first chick-fil-a experience ever, and I was not disappointed. It was actually pretty good. When we first arrived it was packed! I mean PACKED! But the line moved quickly and the the employees were very nice and kind and brought out food to us with a smile and said it was her pleasure to be serving us. I ordered the 3 count chicken strip meal with a small fries and a small lemonade. When I read the sign that said "fresh squeezed lemonade" I assumed I was going to just get the normal fountain drink, minute made lemonade stuff. But no! I was pleasantly surprised with actual fresh squeezed lemonade! The chicken strips were pretty good as well as the fries which were a bit land, but that was fixed with ketchup.normally I try to stay away from fast food places, however, this was a pretty successful first chick-fil-a trip for me! Ok so I had went to this chick fil a and was met by the most rude employee i have ever encountered. I believe his name was Jalen? He turned off the register half way through my order and i had to wait extra time and he was not even apologetic, he gave me a dirty look when i asked to be moved to a different register. Overall the experience was fine, food was amazing everything was blessed by the Lord that day except that boy. one last thing the fries i have to say were the best fries i have ever had from chick fil a. I recently started attending classes at a local college nearby and stopped in for dinner. This Chick-fil-A is amazing. Quick, friendly, and accurate. But the one thing that separates this CFA from the others was a particular employee (Persey). I sat down and forgot to grab some napkins. I figured I would wait till I need one. Persey walked by and put some down on my table, I never said anything to him about it ...he just "knew." That is a level of service you can rarely find. Being that attentive to the customer is impressive. I also noticed him calling customers by name as they walked in so apparently people here are already aware. I'll be frequenting this CFA while I'm attending classes and passing through town. read more

Chick-Fil-A is our go-too for a quick lunch. It's great that it's just down the street. But getting through the parking lot & drive thru at lunch time is a bear. You can end up backed up onto the main road. Would be great if they could somehow get that fixed. read more

(11/30/2013) Was slightly misled by a billboard for Chick-fil-A on I-95 S, restaurant was 1.5 miles from highway exit, but it was worth it. The location was very busy on an early Saturday evening, inundated with small children underfoot. Service was quick and attentive, if a little surly. I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and ran out the door, forgot my milkshakes, the surly girl who took my order ran it out to me just in time. I was grateful for her, she even flashed a smile when I thanked her. Food was piping hot, Spicy Chicken had some good heat to it, especially for fast food; we always like the IceDream products, shakes were thick and creamy. If it wasn't for corporate's politics, would wholeheartedly recommend. read more

We like Chick-fil-A and on a I-9 5corridor trip we were staying over one night and just too tired to go to a sit down restaurant and couldn't deal with one more hamburger. Ordered the chicken strips which were meaty and tasty; didn't even need any dipping sauces. Love the waffle fries which are always crispy and hot. And where else can you get lemonade that doesn't taste like cotton candy. Store is clean and the staff are friendly. Nice stop to pick up some chicken. read more

How can you go wrong with Chick-Fil-A? This place never disappoints, especially when traveling with young children who need to run around an indoor playground. Most of them in my experience have this feature. When available, we always stop here when traveling. It's clean, the food is good (okay, excellent), the kids love it, it's a good family atmosphere, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. They also have high chairs that come with a placemat you stick on the table so your little ones can eat off a clean mat. I almost cannot believe it's fast food! Chicken nuggets, and sandwiches are favorites, their salads are great too. Waffle fries and lemonade is always a requirement - enjoy! read more

This is the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. Every table had crumbs or something on it. The trash cans were all overflowing and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper everywhere and pee on every seat . There was something smeared all over the wall also . read more

We traveled through this location both on our way to vacation and home (9 days apart). Both times the experience was sub par. The temperature inside was uncomfortable (seemed to be hot when warmer outside and cold when cold outside), the dining space was not clean, trash cans were very full both stops, and staff seemed slow to help and unexcited about their job. We wouldn't stop here again unless necessary. read more

I will drive to the Chick Fil A in White Oak before I go to this one! They are very slow and congested around lunchtime and they completely messed up our drive thru order. One manager was nice, but the other one was very rude! I still love chick fil a just not this location. read more
