My son ordered some chicken minis and they gave him an order of large fries. I understand that could be a mistake. He went back and let them know that was not his order so then they gave him another bag, with chicken nuggets. My son was embarrassed and didn't want to say anything. Very pissed. I pulled up at 10:27am after quickly trying to make their breakfast. I walked in about a minute later and they informed me they had no sausage. Ok no problem I can do bacon. Me and my friend went to Chick-Fil-A today and once we ordered our food, the cashier allowed my friend to scan her bar code for points on my order. After I payed for it I got my meal right away. Then my friend orders her meal and she had her app opened for the points, I know the lady saw it because it was wide open and she did it on mine. And I think she would remember because we had trouble with mine. And she looked lazy and annoyed with us. Her order took so long and it took a whole 10 min, oh and it was ready. read more

I think Chick-fil-A is wonderful for fast food. This location is kind of rough as far as it is jam packed. People do let their kids run wild and can be a little rude at times. But thru all of the chaos it is clean the staff is great, polite, and courteous. I love the chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, sweet tea and most everything they have to offer as far as food choices. Order has always been right. Our kids love to read so when the kid's packs have books they want to come here. The drive thru can be full especially during lunch so plan accordingly. read more

This being one of my favorite places for food and friendly staff. I ordered a spicy deluxe. And my order was wrong and when asked to pay for the added amount I gladly did without hesitating. But Manager had to I repeated it. " I read your order back to you" Well regardless I paid for it make and I will go on my way. So when she said that. It was uncalled for. It is 4:45 thurs night Jan 2 . It wasn't even that busy. Such rudeness. Take note company Chick-fil-A. Yelp is a powerful tool and can help you weed out Management that needs better training. I love this place!! I actually ate lunch here today, they have great choices for someone on a diet . I ordered a chargrilled chicken salad with fat free honey mustard and was satisfied. Today I also tried their new tortilla soup and it was yummy. If you are not on a diet I reccomend the chicken nuggets and chickfila sauce. Their waffle fries are also amazing. They have a honey babrbque sauce that I love too. A friend of mine says they have the best mayo ever and eats it like ketchup. The only down side to this restaraunt is that they don't put enough pickles on their sandwhiches for a pickle lover like myself, I always have to ask for extra. I asked for the nutirion info on the soup and the owner went right to her office and brought it out to show me. This was amazing most restaraunts don't have service like this. On they way out I noticed a sign for valentines cards so I went back in and bought 10 cards for $5.00, they are cute with the cow on them and have a coupon for an ice cream. Went through the drive through which was very busy, they were fast which is good but too fast makes mistakes. I ordered 2 #4s, both large. Get to the window and get my drinks and a big bag and pull off. Not until I got home... 25 min later did I realize I was missing an entire large fry and our buffalo sauce we ordered. I wasn't about to drive another hour round trip for a fry, but I was upset. Not to mention, the large fry we did get was only filled about 2/3 full, which in turn was just like a medium except we paid the extra for a large.... This Chick-fil-a location strives to go above and beyond. Out of the many years that I've visited this location, very rarely has anything ever been wrong with my order. One time in fact, an employee realized that he had forgotten to put my fries in the bag while I went through the drive-thru and he ran out the front doors to catch me before I drove away to make the order right - that was impressive. I can always count on employees to use their famous response, "My pleasure." with a smile on their face. The morning managers are absolutely fabulous and I've personally called on several occasions to speak with a manger just so that I could brag on an employee or two that excelled in providing excellent customer service.
