Placed an order inside the restaurant, moved to the side until my order was ready. A lady came in, placed her order and stood in front of me, I'm assuming to wait for her order or to get condiments , however she was close enough to me that her jacket rested on my arm. No problem. As she was leaving she stepped on my feet and bumped into my arm, instead of acknowledging what took place, she called me a bitch. Yes, I popped off after this, because frankly, I'm tired of the micro aggressive behavior. Within moments, Chick Fil A management, including the owner Janelle Edwards swarmed me with threats to call the police and asked me to leave (without my money or order). We ordered our food and at the time of ordering we proceeded to ask for our sauces and the amount of sauces. When we get to the window to get our food we looked in our bag for the sauces they gave us 4 packets of mayo, 2 ketchup and 2 packets of Texas Pete hot sauce for 3 meals. We asked for 4 more mayo and 2 more ketchup, and more hot sauce and they gave us 1 ketchup and 1 hot sauce and 2 packets of mayo. We asked for more and they said sorry we are only allowed a certain amount of sauces to give. We told them we have 3 meals and they proceeded to ask for our bag back to see how many sauces were in the bag. I'm sorry but I'm not about to give you the bag back we will show you the bag. I wasn't aware there is a shortage on sauces. Also we will no longer be allowing drug reps to be catering lunches for our office any longer from Chic-fil-a. You need to do better we asked for the sauces at the time of order if we need to pay for extra ok so be it. But they were not having it. Won't go back and don't recommend this place. Chickfila is my favorite go to restaurant. But I especially love this location because of their awesome service. I've been to many a Chickfilas in my life but I have yet to find a location where no matter how busy it gets (due to its heavy traffic location at the forum), their service is like a 5star hotel. As for the food, You can never go wrong.... With anything! All delicious and fresh. My favorites are the chicken nuggets and waffle fries with Chickfila sauce OR if you're looking for something healthy-- Cobb salad for the win! With avocado lime dressing! :) But like I said, anything and everything is fab. :D Oh and closed on Sundays! read more

We love Chick-fil-A but this is the worst location by a long shot for curbside pickup. We have tried curbside here twice and both times could have gone through the drive-through twice (and I'm not exaggerating) for how long it took to get our food. I would also say that the workers are not nearly as cheery, nice, or helpful as other locations so definitely leaves me wondering what's going on with the management at this location versus the others. read more

The girl taking orders at the drive-thru denied my order because I entered the drive-thru lane incorrectly- according to her...there was no sign noting the correct way. (Note: I didn't cut anyone off) Told me I had to get out of line and go around the building before she would serve me. Honestly, I've never been disappointed in chick fil a until today. I arrived to the location at around 10:21 and got in line for the drive thru service. It was not until 10:33 that it was my turn to order. I ordered a breakfast burrito and added it to my rewards so that I could claim it. The chick fil a employee stated that they stopped serving breakfast "6 minutes ago". I told her that the app said this location still had breakfast. She replied with "Oh." 1) your app says breakfast is still being served 2) I waited more than 10 minutes to even order 3) I wasted my points on an item that I couldn't claim. The service is excellent, the food is great and the staff is always friendly. It is packed but when we eat in we usually are able to get a seat right away. However there is always an issue at the drive thru with cars not wanting to go around and get in the proper line. I can't believe how many adults participate in this nonsense. Not only do they cut every one off that goes the correct way, but they also stop up the parking lot for people who are wanting to dine in. It's so much of a problem that we avoid going here if it's for drive thru. The only reason we are going tonight is because our school is having a spirit night. read more

Not my favorite Chick Fil-A. It is always jam packed, the parking is a mess and unfortunately, it's in The Form, which I hate. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is great, order hasn't been messed up. Sometimes there are kids running around and angry moms, scattered throughout the place. I wish I could give it no stars to this location. The girl at the drive thru accused my husband of running over the cones. All 4 of us in the car said "no, definitely didn't hit the cones" she continued to argue with me and then when we drove away with our window still down, yelled to her partner outside that I was crazy. I immediately called and spoke to a manager inside who sounded about 16 and didn't care so I asked for the corporate number. It took said 16 yr old "manager"about 5 minutes to produce what I quickly found to be the wrong number. I ended up emailing corporate and they responded that the manager from that particular store would reach out to me. Of course I was never contacted. I used to seriously love chick fil a. I went through the drive thru today and the guy who took my order rang me up for lemonade instead of tea, no big deal. i asked the lady at the drive thru for tea instead when she handed me the drinks and she told me there was an up charge. i didn't understand why because i know the lemonade costs more than the tea anyways. but i handed her my card and was charged .43¢. also not a big deal, but i asked for a receipt and i had two up charges for lemonades i didn't order, PLUS another up charge for the tea switch. so i asked why i was being charged extra and the girl seemed annoyed by me asking, told me to park my car and she'd send a manager out. okay cool. 10 mins later i'm sitting in my car and no one has came. i pull back into the line thinking they forgot and was told to park again. the young manager who came out was very condescending from the start and told me she could only refund the 43¢ that was made after and i said okay, can i also get new fries since mine got cold while sitting here. no response about the fries and came back with my refund a few minutes later. thinking she didn't hear me i asked about the fries again and she said no it's against company policy bc "they were fresh when they gave them to me" yeah, but after sitting in your parking lot for over 15 mins waiting for y'all to fix YOUR mistake, they got cold. she still refused. i asked to speak to someone else because she obviously had no intention of being a decent person today. she said "i mean i can but they're gonna tell you the same thing i'm telling you" that's fine, i'd rather have someone with manners speaking to me anyways. next manager comes out and by then i'm completely over it and just ask me a refund on everything. i got my refund and wasted 30+ minutes of my times because miss girl over here doesn't wanna treat her customers with respect. this isn't the first time they've messed up on an order, but it's the first time i've dealt with such nasty behavior at this location. do better. read more

I called the store and one of the managers agreed to deliver the sandwich to my home. Six minutes later the Eat Mor Chick'n van pulled up in front of my house in Olympia. Visited today at lunch, the line was around the building twice. When I got closer to the building I was met by a young lady with her ipad and a laminated menu. I wanted a salad but I wasn't familiar with my options so she she starts spicy or non, fried or not. I wanted to know what else was in the salad as I'm on a specific diet. She is running next to the car to keep the line moving and shoved the laminated card at me. I can't read it, drive and answer all her questions at the same time... then the dressing, here comes the laminated card again. Can't I just look at the menu for 15 seconds. Guess that's not an option anymore. Very disappointed with what I purchased because I couldn't read the card and drive in a circle at the same time. As a Chick Fil A worker I was greatly disappointed for the service of this location. The face to face crew was innatentive when we arrived. When the gentleman started to take our order he greeted us but didn't acknowledge our response. He just started taking orders. We stated that we wanted our meal well done but he proceded to cut us off and just ask for "anything else??" The gentleman didn't read our order back to us and directed us to the window. When we arrived we received our drinks without straws and got our order incorrect as our meals weren't well done. When we let them know, the owner of the restaurant snapped at us as if it was our fault. We corrected her and she just shoved it off not accepting their mistakes. We parked in front to wait for our orders and couldn't even enjoy our drinks without straws. The same gentleman that brought us our food was our order taker. He asks "did I take your order?" When we tell him yes he just responds "ok cool.." and walks away, not acknowledging his mistake or apologizing either. read more

BEWARE!!! This location has been going downhill in service and product. We have received on multiple occasions half empty boxes of fries and nothing more but an offer to replace and it has to be picked up within 30 days. This current order we received a wet box with the lid falling off from our deluxe sandwich and both 12 count nugget boxes smashed like they had been stepped on. They left out one complete sandwich and every order of fries was only 50% full. From reading other reviews this location is notorious for cheating customers on the fries and skimping. After returning the full soggy meal and requesting a refund I was only refunded for the sandwich, not the entire meal. When I called customer service I was told the manager would contact me. When he did he said we refunded you for the sandwich there is nothing more we will refund. Even though I returned a complete meal! This company and their individual owners at this location are the worst restaurant chains I have ever dealt with. They will cheat you and not care one bit about the product they provide as long they get their money. You as the customer get what you get from them or in my case don't get but still are charged for it! AVOID this location. Only Chickfila location (and restaurant in general) that refuses to give you the order you ask for. I order all my food well done (extra crispy) and I was told by my cashier and the manager that this location does not allow it. It's my money, I should get what I ask for and not soft, soggy fries. Theres plenty of restaurants to choose from on my way to my weekly commutes to Austin, and if I really want Chickfila theres one that a few miles down that will get you your exact order at "their pleasure. read more

This was not my first time having chick fil a but it was the first time I ever dined in to one and I was pretty impressed. Much better customer service than any regular fast food place. They take your food to your table and They walk around asking to refill your drinks and clean up after you when you are done. They all had smiles on their faces while doing it. My daughter enjoyed the indoor playground. I must say I liked how everything was super clean. The food was awesome too. I am now a fan of this place. read more
