I like free bird. I really like the habanero sauce with potatoes and guac on my bowl. The staff is usually really good. They have had some days they were understaffed but they still tried hard. I'd give 5 stars but they don't have the best seating options for a family of 5 and they charge $2 for potatoes and the portion of potatoes they give you for that is small. The food is good though. In all honesty, having worked at free birds in college, I was really excited about trying it again almost 15 years later. To say that it was awful would be an understatement. The food was cold. The pans were empty, where are my children and wife ended up getting something. I ultimately declined my burrito when they didn't have any toppings to put on it. It's no wonder that they changed their hours to 8 PM and not updated Google. I imagine that no one is coming here. I can honestly say we will never be back. Food and service has been horrible the last few times we've come to this location. They have consistently been out of food(today it was salsa....some days rice, beans, forks, water, etc. ), we've had to wait on our protein for over 20 min (quoted 5) multiple times, and the staff was rude. First time trying Freebirds World Burrito, and I was not disappointed! If you aren't from the area, this place is similar to a Chipotle or a Moe's. They have all the fixings to go in your burrito or bowl. I like the creamy jalapeno sauce (has a bit of a kick but not too much spice). A large queso came with two pre-packaged tortilla chip bags (no stale chips here!) and we had extra. I'd definitely order from here again! read more

I really love free birds and never have a problem with this location. It was busy when i went in so i was understanding . But when i was given a certain wait time and it went Wayyyy over 3min grace period i got upset. i spent my whole break there ordering and waiting on veggies . i then asked one of the workers if she can add what i was waiting on since i specifically saw her restock it . She looked at me and just completely ignored me ... which really rubbed me ugly . i was super nice about it . My go-to place for lunch! I always get the same thing (Freebirds chicken burrito bowl) and it never disappoints. I probably stop by here once every couple of weeks or so. I like that I can order chips and queso but save them for later since the chips are already packaged in bags to keep them fresh. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and I love being able to order ahead and quickly swing by for pickup. read more

Stopped in for a quick burrito fix and while it overall did the trick they left a bit to be desired. My monster burrito was mostly filled with rice. The chips n queso are pretty decent, I would have like to received less crumbs though. This was my first time visiting a free birds and I'm disappointed I didn't come here sooner! There's more than one type of tortilla to chose from and you can pick different bases from salad, to rice, to burrito. Even among the burritos you can chose different sizes. I was so happy to see they had a vegetarian option that was more than scrambled tofu. They have he beyond the meat chopped up with potatoes and it was amazing!! I totally recommend it. The vegan meat was terrible. It was dry and lacked flavor even with me putting sauce on it. There were hard chunks of something like piece of flavorless extra dried beef jerky. The chips and salsa was good but the guacamole didn't taste very great either. My whole experience was terrible. Maybe it was just this location or my choice in burrito. I don't know everything inside the burrito lacked flavor. Amazing customer service !! Portions are HUGE. They definitely do not cheat you out of portions and you get more than just a BANG for your buck. One of the employees named Tyrome made sure we had such a great in restaurant experience. He was very high energy and interactive and cared about us as people and asked us about ourselves. What a bunch of A-holes! We called ahead and asked if the dining room was open and what the requirements are for entering (mask required, etc), and if there was anything else we needed to know. We actually chose Freebird over Chipotle specifically for a ground beef and Queso burrito. Got to the location and asked for Ground Beef and we were informed that they aren't doing that "because COVID". Ok, fair enough, but that would probably have fallen under the "anything else we need to know" question we asked before coming over. The issue is that the attitude of the employees, particularly the rather rotund girl, was absolutely terrible. The first guy was very "that's just the way it is, take it or leave it". The girl actually said "O can throw the burrito away! We don't want to force you to eat anything you don't want!" with an attitude that does not translate to text. They don't cook the tortilla... just warm it up for like a second. It was kinda soggy. There was nothing special about the burrito. It was okay. The queso was super small and tasted strange. Not worth the money. The brownie was not good at all. I definitely expected it to taste better because it looked good. Almost tasted like it wasn't done. The process was rushed when I ordered my food. I didn't like it at all. The person was pushy and didn't seem to care about me at all. They need to work on customer service. I really should have paid attention to the reviews. We ordered dinner at Freebirds through Doordash. Our food was delivered and upon further inspection my quesadilla had no chicken, which I had paid for. My husbands nachos was without the grass fed steak I had also paid for. I don't know how you can forget the protein that goes on an order but Doordash gave me a credit for the entire purchase. So yay Doordash! The staff was super friendly, and went out of their way to make our first visit perfect. I ordered a bowl with beyond meat (a vegetarian option). I was surprised at how many different options they offer... multiple rices, beans, veggies, sauces, etc. They also have cookies/rice krispies treats available for dessert. Great size for the price.
