The nicest Chick fil a I've been to. Most Of these have standard rules and cleanliness but this one goes above and beyond. Someone brings your food to your table, or walks around asking if you'd like another drink. The play yard is super clean. Most fast food places feel like a grease pit. Not Chic-fil-A. You see employees (team members) constantly cleaning, serving, smiling, and staffing every small request. And not just at this location. Everywhere. It's a culture of clean, quick, cheerful service. Today I was desperate for a fast lunch, so I stopped at a competitor establishment a few miles away. After seeing the slow, glum, and dirty atmosphere, I wondered if there was a Chic-fil-A nearby. I left and drove 3 miles out of my way to come here. There is also a commitment to diversity management here. It is the norm to see team members not only of different races, but also ages, working their skills in concert to serve customers. This Chick fila is trying desperately to stop customers from coming here. Taking my order at the drive thru by a person standing outside is unbelievably inefficient and frustrating. All this does is to make the line longer and slower. It took 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru at 4:30pm! Unacceptable. This is a fast food restaurant and it's incompetence makes me crazy. People go to the drive thru to grab something fast not for personal one on one customer service. Get my order correct, do it quickly and efficiently and I'm happy. Wendy's is right across the street and is quicker, has more options and is cheaper. Keep it up the great work Chick fila. I am a regular customer at this Sewell Chick-fil-A location, but recently I have decided to no longer patronize this particular Chick-fil-A. The teenagers that they hire to work at this location are soooo rude and disrespectful!!! I find their behavior to be quite shocking, especially since the teenagers at both the Deptford and the Turnersville locations are so kind and helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to either the Deptford Chick-fil-A or the Turnersville Chick-fil-A, instead of the Sewell Chick-fil-A!!! I go often because my kids love it!!! Yet my 11 year old could eat a 12 piece nugget and then some. Love there real chicken but wish you either received more for the same price or they made them bigger. Staff is always kind and really nice. However tonight not feeling great I was truly looking forward to there chicken noodle soup which is usually delicious but instead it must of been the bottom of the barrel because I had chicken and broth which seemed watered down AND ABSOLUTELY NO NOODLES I. THE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP. I bought 2 not knowing because I bought one for my son which I pick the chicken out and give him brother and noodles. I ordered food for my friend's grandmother's funeral. This Chick-Fil-A location did everything within their power to make sure the food was delivered. I am in awe of their professionalism, commitment to service and hospitality. The address was off by a digit and they called to confirm everything. Then no one was home because the cemetery took longer than expected. They waited without hesitation and showed compassion. I am truly impressed with their sincerity, work ethic and professionalism. This chick Fil a is so busy, the food is often second to fast service. I've had issues with soggy/cold/old/dry food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ordered through the app and when I got to the restaurant I park in a space for curbside pick-up, told them that I was here and put on my flashers as instructed. A few minutes later the app told me my order was ready and someone was bringing it out to me. Then nothing.... for 15 minutes. Finally I saw something that looked like it could be my order. I saw the employee walking around to cars with a large bag and a cup holder with 2 shakes and a large soda. He finally found my car and gave me the order. The shakes were already soupy, the lids on the shakes were the open top lids and of course they spilled in the car. I wonder how long my food was sitting around before they brought it out. It was at least 15 minutes from the time the app said the order was ready to the time I got the order. Did I mention that I was parked with my hazard lights on in a space designated for curbside pick up and this space was close to the drive thru window? I don't usually write bad stuff about Chick fil A because they are always pretty good. I will however not very impressed with this location. When requesting a discount( I always do incase they offer) I was pretty much told I could only get one for one meal not for my family which is only two more people by the way. Although is an offer and we are very appreciative of the discounts I don't like the way they handled this. The manager came up to me talking loud as to let everyone in the store know, it was embarrassing. I decided not to take the discount out of embarrassment. read more

i was recently an employee at chick-fil-a mantua square about 3 or so months ago. i will say that they are all about the customers and the quality of the food. the environment is always clean and sterile. the people i've worked with are all great, hardworking, and kind. however, management treated their employees horrible. management did NOT respect the people below them. they were very demanding and instead of pitching in to lend a hand, they would bark orders and become angry with their employees. favoritism plays a huge role throughout the restaurant. if you were not one of the directors' favorites, you were basically bound for constant attitude from directors. they overworked all of us and if for a moment under all of the stress we did not walk around with a smile, we were reprimanded and threatened to be sent home. we were almost always given criticism about our pace or attitude and never received good feedback. whenever closing came around, the employees were left to do all of the heavy lifting while directors sat and talked in the office. another thing i've noticed and personally experienced is that they would have some work 4 and a 1/2 to 4 hours and 45 minutes so they would get out of having to give us a break. now of course that does not go for every director, some were very helpful and kind but 3/4 of management had no respect for their workers. the operator jeff price, was very kind and i can say he truly cares about his employees and is very willing to work with us. i wish i could say the same for the rest of the management team. i was extremely unhappy working there as for many of the people i worked with. i wouldn't suggest applying at chick fil a unless you had extremely thick skin because between the blazing heat, long shifts, and CONSTANT attitude and criticism of directors, it makes for a long, painful shift. read more

We took them back, manager looked at them and apologized , went to get new sandwiches - they looked the same !!! We have had them several times before from this place and it has not been an issue.
