Don't get me wrong I love Chick-fil-A I go at least once a week, however these children here are rude, I asked for a yogurt instead of fries with cookies and they really gave me a fruit one and put a whole bunch of cookie crumbs on top.. well I'm allergic to strawberries and the yogurt cup had strawberries in it.. Sign up for their emails because the owner is real generous and from time to time will send one day specials the way of the customers ranging from BOGO to free ice cream cones to free drinks. Three times this year I had been disappointed by the Chick-fil-A at RiverPoint in Englewood, CO. The first time -- well everybody makes mistakes; no worries. The second time I received the wrong meal - but at least I got food. Then on the third visit, I did not get all of the food I had ordered (party of 5). Three times disappointed at the drive-up - I had to let the Manager know. Unfortunately, he would not make good the missing food from the previous order. Inside the store this time, he got the last word by accusing me of trying to scam him out of food. He actually yelled to me across the line of waiting customers as I was leaving the store. I put myself in position to be disappointed by Chick-fil-A a fourth time. Shame on me. read more

This Chick-fil-a really goes above and beyond what you'd expect of a fast food restaurant. Nice man came by and offered me a mint, was checking on the kiddos in the play area, asked if I'd like anything and put ice in my travel mug that had my own beverage in, he offered to remove my tray and trash when I was done eating. While I like Chick-fil-a overall, I had an unfortunate couple of experiences recently and I will not be returning to this specific location. A few days ago, I ordered a salad through the drive thru and was asked to park and wait (totally fine as I asked for some customization due to food allergies). The order was brought to me incorrectly a couple of times. After waiting some time, I couldn't wait any longer due to work and ended up not having lunch as a result. Amy, one of the mangers, offered to provide a complimentary salad for the inconvenience (pretty awesome). When I returned today at about noon for the complimentary salad, a different manger met me at the window and essentially held the food back so she could call me mean and inaccurately accused me of being mad for having to park and speeding off (this is totally untrue). After the confrontation, she questioned if I have anything to say. Quite frankly, the experience was shocking and unwarranted. I have never had an experience like this, and would never expect a manager at Chick fil a to be confrontational, aggressive and unprofessional. I'm now afraid to go back to this location (though super convenient, bummer!) because I don't know how I'll be treated. read more

Below average for chick fil a in my opinion. We have all come to love and expect a certain level of service from this company as a whole and I don't think this location quite lives up to it. I never once heard "My pleasure" or even acknowledgement of the few thank you'd I gave. When I got my drink at the drive through window I felt very rudely treated and saw that my drink had ice in it when I ordered no ice. I politely waited for the employee to turn around with my food and when I told her I was surprised at the negative attitude she displayed, as if I was somehow lying about getting the wrong drink. She hesitated to take it back and went to check the screen again..."Oh yeah, I guess you did order no ice." No apology or smile, just a rude attitude. Turns out she gave me soda with ice instead of sweet tea no ice. I get my correct drink and I go to guiltily devour my food in the parking lot, but my sauces are wrong too! I could've cried but I just ate my food plain (still delicious of course) Too tired from a long morning to park in front just to go in and request new sauce. read more

I have only been to this Chick-fil-A a couple of times, but they have been solid experiences. I enjoy that the service is really friendly (who doesn't enjoy being greeted with a smile), and, more importantly, FAST! There's nothing worse than waiting for fast food, and you never have to do that here. As far as the food is concerned, it is consistent with other Chick-fil-As. This location at river point is always busy during lunch . They have staff outside taking orders from the long lunch rush , inside well the line is out the door but they move the line extremely fast . The place is clean .. (not kid play area ) but with a ton of little kids in playing what can you expect . Personally love this chick-fil-a! I've been to the one by Colorado mills multiple times and I always get mediocre service and feel rushed. At the riverpoint location I always feel welcome and get my order fast and friendly! I never feel rushed or just feel like "another costumer". They just made my sons whole world better. We showed up 20 min after breakfast and all he wanted was mini chicken sandwiches. Of course it was too late and his heart was broken. We left to head to get him another favorite to make up for it when the ran out to our car and told us the manager would make them special for him. The service was so top-notch that I had to write a review in the car immediately after leaving this CFA. We went during the busy lunch hour on a Saturday where almost every table was occupied, kids everywhere, and a long drive thru line. The staff didn't seem flustered or impatient. Every staff person was smiling, super friendly, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was packed, we didn't have to wait very long in line or for our food because the staff was working like a well oiled machine. Someone walked around to each table asking if you needed a drink refill. The cow walked around entertaining patrons. This location is AWESOME! We took our 5 year old gluten-free daughter today for lunch (LOVE the grilled nuggets and strips as a GF option!) and the staff was SO friendly, we were served quickly and efficiently (it was packed) and there was somehow enough seating. Were visited at our table a few times by staff asking if we would like refills or if we needed anything. Very kid friendly (even the bathroom had a stool for kiddos so they can reach the sink) she loved seeing "Moo-ey" and getting a balloon! I complimented the manager (while she was very happily refilling my drink) on how great they are. This is my first Yelp review, and I am shocked it is for a fast food restaurant, but my husband and I were truly bowled over by the service and atmosphere. Just came here on lunch ..The line for drive through was super long wrapped around to the road. They had staff outside in the 95degree heat taking orders from cars 20th in line .They moved the line along fast .The inside was crazy busy also probably busiest chick fil a ive seen but they are super organized and fast at everything here ! You would expect a place like this to have a long line at lunch, and although it moves quickly you have no idea how quickly.
