During my visit on May,1, I witnessed multiple instances of poor food handling practices as well as unprofessional behavior from the staff, which I believe pose a risk to customer health and safety. Specifically, I observed the following: Employees handling food without gloves or failing to wash their hands between tasks. Cross-contamination between raw and cooked food surfaces. Visible horseplay among staff in food preparation areas, including shouting, joking, and physical play near cooking equipment and open food , which resulted in hair being baked into my chicken bacon ranch quesadillas.
