The food was Amazing !!!! Customer Service was over the top My chicken tasted like it came out of grandma kitchen

Arrived Friday at 8.35 pm may 22 2026..purchased the 3 piece dinner, sides were mac and cheese mashed potatoes..also ordered a sweet potato pie...1st this bojangles was the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in so far, on old national..the decor was very modern, the staff was very professional especially the cashier mr kay..Who took my order...the windows were very clean unlike most restaurants, in this area....the carpet was clean the entire environment was good..after about a 8 minute wait, I got my order...2nd...the chicken was hot and crisp however it didn't have any flavor it tasted like someone cooked it at their residence...3rd the mashed potatoes were just ok...4th the Mac and cheese tasted bland and very generic....5th the biscuit was fresh and ok..Just a plain biscuit 6th the sweet potato pie was terrible I immediately spit it out....it tasted like bread dough and a bitter brown paste product..no where a sweet potato taste....overall although the staff was pleasant and professional the restaurant was extremely clean..the environment was good ..the food is really lack luster....I thought their food would definitely be better than church s chicken..they are basically equal... I hadn't had Bo in a while and decided to grab some on my way home. I decided on a #12 which is the 2pc Thigh and Drumstick with Bo' Fries and Cajun Pinto Beans as my side. I decided to go through the Drive-Thru as it was empty. The young lady was very pleasant when taking my order. She repeated my order back to me once I completed it and advised me to pull around... Upon arriving at the window, the young lady greeted me with a smile. She confirmed my order again and advised me of the total. Once I paid, I was provided with my bag and all was well. Super simple, efficient, and a pleasant experience. As far as my meal, Biscuit - as always, the biscuit stole the show. LoL! Buttery, Perfectly Made, and just the right amount of salt to butter and dough ratio. I loveeeeeeeeeee the biscuits. Chicken - my chicken was well seasoned, perfectly fried, and moist. The chicken was fresh and had the classic Bo goodness. Savory and Satisfying, exactly as I needed it to be. Fries - my fries weren't fresh, but they weren't horrible. They were warm and somewhat bland. However, they tasted better once I added ketchup. Cajun Pinto Beans - I've never had the Pinto Beans but I am so happy I decided to try them tonight. They were very good. Well seasoned. Not too soft or too hard, perfect bean texture for a pinto bean. The flavor profile was amazing. I'll def be getting these again. read more

The last time I was down south, I didn't have an opportunity to stop by, but this time I made time!! I parked and went in... being that it was my first time, I was bit lost with all their offerings, I reviewed the breakfast menu and went with their Cajun filet sandwich, but as I was ordering this, I did notice they had some fried wings, I asked if I could order the wings and was told that I could, so yup, I got the 3 wings dinner!! Wings - their wings are juicy and crispy!!! It has that Cajun kick to it, which I loved. Cajun Filet sandwich - the spicy chicken in a biscuit, this sandwich reminded me of the spicy sandwich from Chik-fil-a. I wish Chik-fail-a had spicy biscuit sandwich for their breakfast option! I got the chicken bowl and it came with their biscuit. Damn their biscuit is to die for. The chicken bowl was pretty damn salty but it was flavorful alongside the beans and rice. It might be the best layover food I've had in a while. I wanted to pay extra for extra meat, but they said they would charge an additional chicken bowl, which was kind of ridiculous. Luckily, it came with plenty of meat. I would easily come back for those biscuits anytime! read more

Rude and unprofessional staff. They don't make eye contact when speaking to you. I guess the whole staff is taught to look past guest instead of looking at them. Also chewing on fingers while leaned over the register is not cute. ALSO won't let you use the restroom unless you buy something even if you've started you're menstrual cycle and simple need the restroom for an emergency. Do better. This review wouldn't have been left if in staff would've had the customer service they're taught during training. They ALL looked like they were ready to say something rude to me. read more

We were a little nervous as the Church's chicken next door was super busy and we were the only people at Bojangles. We decided to get takeaway before arriving, whuchbwad hood as they said we may want to do that as they were having plumbing problems. The chicken is tummy! Hubby asked for spicy chicken....it wasn't. I'm not into spicy and asked for 2 breasts. My lips were burning, but it was good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were great and hubby liked the coleslaw!!! We'd gladly return! read more

Been here a few times over the years. Each time its been the drive through, which can vary from having no cars online to having cars about to stretch out onto Old National Hwy. Can't think of any occasion where I've had any thing but good service. Thinking they must treat their employees well, cause I've never encountered a Bojangles employee that doesn't seem happy to be serving up chicken all day. By the time i drive around and get my food its hot, prepared and a smiling person is waiting for me to pull off so they can hand the next person their food. Its the only Bojangles for MILES, and every-time I eat one of their Cajun Chicken biscuits, I think I must have done something right for a plain chicken biscuit to be this good. I got a redropped large fry and the lady swore she just dropped them and they was fresh I'm like no they was redropped from some you already had! They was dark brown! I was visiting Atlanta last weekend for the NASCAR race and I had the most delicious Bojangles chicken supremes at the race. So before my trip was over, I decided to treat myself to Bojangles College Park, and I was severely disappointed. Upon walking into Bojangles, I wanted to wash my hands. The urinal was overflowing continuously and there was urine and water all over the floor. Additionally, there was a person in the bathroom peddling customers for .95 cents. Proceeding to the register, cashier Marshika, could barely take her focus off her preoccupation with the shamrocks that were apparently to be hung on the wall behind the register to take my order. Marshika asked another employee if they had any chicken supremes, the employee yelled out "why don't you check for your damn self". When she did complete my order and repeat it, I could barely understand her, from her mumbling and not speaking clearly. Once I received my order, the chicken supremes were such a lower quality than I had gotten at the NASCAR race. I would think the permanent store would be better than the food truck at a NASCAR race. They were so overcooked and obviously sitting for quite some time. While I was eating, the peddler from the bathroom stood and talked with Marshika at the register for nearly 5 minutes, so she knew what was going on with him in the restaurant. Also, another of the staff told Marshika to go clean up the front of the house because it "looks like shit". Vulgarity in front of customers should not be tolerated. Between the poor customer service from Marshika and the even worse food quality, my opinion of Bojangles has definitely changed. Bojangle's oh how I missed them. I remember back in the early 1980's back in Miami where literally they were everywhere. Those tasty buttery biscuits would give Popeye's a run for their money. They literally started disappearing and eventually Popeye's took over. I wanted my children to experience the authentic Southern Fried chicken taste. We got here and I was so excited. We ordered $22.99 family deal (4-pieces of chicken, 8 tenders, 2 sides, 6 biscuits, and a half gallon of sweet tea) now that's a bargain. Cashier took our order, and since I ordered mashed potatoes, she advised me that the gravy had pork. I said no problem. I received my meal very quickly. My chicken was nice and crunchy, freshly out of the fryer, it burned my tongue as I was biting into it. The tenders very meaty and juicy. Biscuits warm and buttery added a little grape jelly to enhanced the flavor. Macaroni and cheese had that home taste, not commercialized. Last but not least, the mashed potatoes. My god, either I was very hungry or it was on point drizzled with the gravy. I had very small portions, but everything was delicious. The chicken had that home cooked southern taste. I also saw that Bojangle's sells fried fish sandwich and sweet potato pie. It looked very tempting, but I kept it together. I was happy to have this old past time favorite with my kids. Was visiting and staying near airport and wanted to try something from the area. Ordered chicken strips, mashed potatoes, biscuit and side of dirty rice. The chicken was ok and the mashed potatoes would have been good except there was hardly any gravy on it. The dirty rice was moister than I would have liked - a little mushy. The biscuit was probably the best of all the items. My husband had the same meal except fries instead of mashed potatoes. The fries were flat like they had sucked all the potato out of them. If I ate here again I would ask for extra gravy and would skip the dirty rice and fries. read more

Bojangles is a good place to eat at, if you are craving for Southern food. I adore the Blue Boberry biscuits...I can care less about the calories, because that biscuit gave me an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Another thing I notice is that the place is clean...even the restroom ahaha. My favorite meal would have to be the white meat breast and wings combo. Cajun rice and green is my favorite sides. Just like every other bojangles, the food is alright but the service sucksssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. It's exceedingly obvious that everyone who works here hates their life. They mumble through the drive thru intercom and then get frustrated at YOU when you can't comprehend a muffled "hmbreham wit brehnaham bremen." All the tea and sodas are mixed wrongly as consistently as the sun rises. Even the water has a funny aftertaste. The food is tossed together. They never say thank you or you're welcome or anything. They ask how your days was, sometimes, but always cut you off or close the window before you can respond. Just awful. These people are too old to be working fast food anyway, they need to find a place where they'd actually be motivated. They also need some English classes. It's their native tongue but they never got a basic grip on it. The worst part is I could copy/paste this review on any bojangles and it would probably still be true. read more

We were visiting Atlanta for a convention. We had no knowledge of the area in which Bojangles is(College Park). The only food along that stretch of highway is fast food. so, we decided on Bojangles. It was our first visit to a Bojangles so we weren't familiar with the menu. Immediately upon arriving at the speaker the order taker(manager Christina) had the absolute worst attitude. My husband asked a question about an item and Christina very rudely yelled CHICKEN FINGERS. Christina continued the same negative attitude throughout the order. When we reached the pick up window, my husband asked to speak to the manager. Christina identified herself as the manager. When my husband talked to her about the order taker, she denied being the person who took the order; despite one piece of evidence.....SHE WAS STILL WEARING THE ORDER TAKING HEADSET!!. Anyway, Christina wasn't the least bit interested in what my husband was saying and made no apology for the rudeness. The food....the food was not too bad. Our children enjoyed the chicken tenders and the macaroni and cheese wasn't too bad(considering it is fast food). Now...would I return to Bojangles? Probably not. This place was one of the worst. Slow service and nasty tea. I walked in to loud talking and laughing. Looked around and was thinking it was just some patrons having a good time, but it was an employee out in the lobby. He was a good representation of the company as he was out in the lobby, untucked shirt, sagging pants, and using profanity. I waited for someone to come to the register to take my order since I was the only one up there to place an order. No one showed any interest that I was there to order. Finally a guy came up and asked what I would like to order. I ordered and before he gave me the total he pulled out his cell phone and took a call. Leaving me at the register again, he asked another worker to take care of me but she didn't even come to the register. He finally returned and took my payment. He also asked the guy in the lobby if he was on break and the guy said he wasn't, just out there hanging out. I went to make my drink while I waited for my food to be prepared. The guy taking my order also made my order. The food was like I expected, but the sweet tea was not. It tasted like the filter had not been cleaned at all. I through it out. As I sat there I noticed the guy who was in the lobby talking was behind the counter now and working in the cooking area with no hairnet. He had longer hair so he definitely needed one. I also saw one of the workers come out and clean the tables with a rag that she also cleaned the trash container top with. I had already eaten, because if I saw that first I would have not. I don't think management would have helped in any situation at all, so I post it on Yelp. I will also be sending this to corporate. read more
