Huge disappointment. I've had a love for Bojangles for years now; they don't have them where I live, and I go out of my way to stop in when I get the chance. Well, there's a big difference between a Chicken Sandwich and a Chicken Biscuit. I ordered the former and got the latter. Even for a chicken biscuit, what I was served was a poor example - like something that had sat on a counter for hours.

I got the chicken bowl and it came with their biscuit. Damn their biscuit is to die for. The chicken bowl was pretty damn salty but it was flavorful alongside the beans and rice. It might be the best layover food I've had in a while. I wanted to pay extra for extra meat, but they said they would charge an additional chicken bowl, which was kind of ridiculous. Luckily, it came with plenty of meat. I would easily come back for those biscuits anytime!

Why is it that so few restaurants read back your order to you at the drive through? I love it that the order was read back to me on 2 occasions to avoid a mishap. The food is always fresh and the staff is always generous when I visit this location. Thanks for the came sweet tea

I was visiting Atlanta last weekend for the NASCAR race and I had the most delicious Bojangles chicken supremes at the race. So before my trip was over, I decided to treat myself to Bojangles College Park, and I was severely disappointed. Upon walking into Bojangles, I wanted to wash my hands. The urinal was overflowing continuously and there was urine and water all over the floor. Additionally, there was a person in the bathroom peddling customers for .95 cents. Proceeding to the register, cashier Marshika, could barely take her focus off her preoccupation with the shamrocks that were apparently to be hung on the wall behind the register to take my order. Marshika asked another employee if they had any chicken supremes, the employee yelled out "why don't you check for your damn self". When she did complete my order and repeat it, I could barely understand her, from her mumbling and not speaking clearly. Once I received my order, the chicken supremes were such a lower quality than I had gotten at the NASCAR race. I would think the permanent store would be better than the food truck at a NASCAR race. They were so overcooked and obviously sitting for quite some time. While I was eating, the peddler from the bathroom stood and talked with Marshika at the register for nearly 5 minutes, so she knew what was going on with him in the restaurant. Also, another of the staff told Marshika to go clean up the front of the house because it "looks like shit". Vulgarity in front of customers should not be tolerated. Between the poor customer service from Marshika and the even worse food quality, my opinion of Bojangles has definitely changed. Coming to this establishment was definately a waste of $17.51

Bojangle's oh how I missed them. I remember back in the early 1980's back in Miami where literally they were everywhere. Those tasty buttery biscuits would give Popeye's a run for their money. They literally started disappearing and eventually Popeye's took over. I wanted my children to experience the authentic Southern Fried chicken taste. We got here and I was so excited. We ordered $22.99 family deal (4-pieces of chicken, 8 tenders, 2 sides, 6 biscuits, and a half gallon of sweet tea) now that's a bargain. Cashier took our order, and since I ordered mashed potatoes, she advised me that the gravy had pork. I said no problem. I received my meal very quickly. My chicken was nice and crunchy, freshly out of the fryer, it burned my tongue as I was biting into it. The tenders very meaty and juicy. Biscuits warm and buttery added a little grape jelly to enhanced the flavor. Macaroni and cheese had that home taste, not commercialized. Last but not least, the mashed potatoes. My god, either I was very hungry or it was on point drizzled with the gravy. I had very small portions, but everything was delicious. The chicken had that home cooked southern taste. I also saw that Bojangle's sells fried fish sandwich and sweet potato pie. It looked very tempting, but I kept it together. I was happy to have this old past time favorite with my kids. They enjoyed it. Trying to wonder why they disappeared from Miami, I personally think they taste better than Popeye's. Bojangle's it was a pleasure and thank you for your hospitality.

Fast service or just sloppy? You decide!

1st visit. Drive thru @ 8:18am. Ordered a porkchop biscuit. "I'm sorry we don't have any porkchops today would you like something else?" Let me get a sausage biscuit and a large coffee with cream. "I'm sorry we don't have any cream or sugar". LOL really? There's a Kroger 1/2 mile up the road, maybe someone should go get some supplies!!! Now take a look at the picture of my order. The 7 cars there must have had them in a big hurry!

R.I.P. to that chicken "wang"...the breast and mashed potatoes are next!

While waiting for my food, the older man handling drinks and peppers was throwing my peppers around carelessly like they were toys. I calmly said, "Please don't play with my food, I have to eat that." His response was immediately aggressive and completely unprofessional. He responded by saying, "Nobody is playing with your motherfucking food," then proceeded to tell me to "get the fuck out of the store." In front of customers, he also referred to me as "the bitch" and continued cursing loudly while staff stood around doing nothing. I asked for the manager and was falsely told the manager had "just left," even though I had literally just spoken to him moments earlier while ordering. Then security came and stood next to me as if I had done something wrong, despite me remaining calm the entire time. This employee has had a horrible attitude every single time I've come in, but this crossed the line completely. No customer should ever be cursed out, disrespected, or made to feel unsafe simply for asking someone not to mishandle food they paid for. The level of disrespect and hostility was completely unacceptable. Businesses that tolerate employees verbally abusing paying customers will continue to lose loyal customers. I will never return.

They have two sections to the restaurant: On the left side is a diner-style area, where you can sit down and a server will greet you and give you your food right at your table. On the right is the traditional side where you go up to the counter and order, and then sit down somewhere and eat your food. Right when you walk in, there is a dessert bar on the left with all kinds of fresh desserts. Unfortunately, some of the workers had an attitude. On the right side of the restaurant, many of the tables were dirty (only one was clean). We tried the banana pudding, and the strawberry hibiscus lemonade. Their banana pudding is pretty good! It has a good even ratio between bananas and vanilla wafers. We also tried their seasonal strawberry hibiscus lemonade. I thought it was ok (couldn't taste any hibiscus), and prefer their regular lemonade. They have decorations and activities in the outside also! There are hula-hoops, and a bench that you can sit on with a statue of the founder.

Nothing at this location still exists from the dwarf grill, so there's that. Left side of the building once you enter is table service, right side is counter service and what you would expect from pretty much any Chick Fil A. Since it was our first time here, and probably our last, we decided to go for the table service. Wait was 30 minutes. We were seated in a split seating section. The menu did carry items we don't normally see at their usual locations such as fried okra, brussel sprout and even a hamburger, with yes, ground beef. My wife ordered the burger. I ordered the chicken sandwich along with the sides I mentioned above. They even had bone in wings which I have never seen before. Food was an absolute bust. Should have stuck with the chicken sandwich and saved a ton of money. The burger was horrible. Wings were very salty and those sides, bland. At least now we know. Parking wasn't terrible as some people has mentioned. There's a huge lot not too far away if you don't mind the walk. They even have a drive thru here, and the exit can be a little dangerous as some people seem to ignore the stop sign, as with most drivers in Atlanta it seems.
