So I decided to just stop and pick up a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Large Waffle Fry, and a large Sweet Tea. You cant go wrong with that right? I mean Chick- Fil-A is always consistent right? Yeah not this week. It seems like everyone wants to cheat me this week. My Large Waffle Fry looked like someone had already started enjoying them before I got them. First it was Panera Bread with that sad sandwich and now Chick-Fil-a. I mean whats the point in ordering a large if they are just going to put a medium amount in a large box? To top it all off. It was mostly crumbs (Check Out The Photos) My tea also wasnt full, it was warm, with almost no ice. The only reason they got three stars is because the sandwich was actual really good. I use to always be able to count on consistency with Chick-Fil-a but I guess not anymore. This is about the third time it has happened. I know its not that big of a deal but its irritating! If I could give zero stars, I would. On March 31 at 12:18 PM, my husband, a 100% disabled veteran, was treated with complete disrespect at the Southaven Chick-fil-A (#00716). An employee named Peggy refused to apply his military discount to his full order and even questioned his credibility when he placed a second order, only allowing the discount if it was for him. Her rude and unprofessional attitude toward my husband and mother-in-law was unacceptable. To make matters worse, when they arrived home, the entire order was incorrect. This was our first terrible experience at any Chick-fil-A, and it was beyond disappointing. Veterans should never be treated this way, and employees like Peggy do not represent the customer service standard that Chick-fil-A is known for. I sincerely hope management takes action to ensure this does not happen to others. read more

This is the Best Crew ever especially at lunch. I had a bad morning and was rushing to have Grandma Day lunch with my Granddaughter Harper at St. George Independent School and someone broke in front of me at the drive through, so I counted to 30 and then called inside the store. I told them what happened so Mrs. Leonie, came outside and took my order. I Parked and went inside to pay for it. I was only 15 minutes late and still had one of the Best Grandma days ever with one of my 6 Granddaughters. Thanks to Mrs. Leonie. She is the Best. They always get my order right. Their food is always great and delicious. Their staff is always nice and friendly. However, "long lines " always is what I don't like about coming here. But, they do have an App that you can order ahead and pay for it in advance which gets them rave reviews. On Scene and near Scene: I pull up close to restaurant to see how long drive thru line is, I decide it's bearable and worth getting in line. So, I open my Chick Fi La App and order and pay for it. I state what kind of vehicle I am driving which is a truck and what color and get in line. I tell them " I have a mobile order for Steven L" and they say pull up. I get to drive thru window and they give me my meal. That's how easy it is. Now, that's what I call great customer service. Oh yes, I will be back again. On the app in it should be fairly quickly today- I'v come to this location before and sometimes it extremely crowded on but today the lines definitely moving fairly quickly! I really do think they did more people utilize the mobile app and play and place order it will make a world of difference and it would help for things to go more swiftly Now so once you place your order and you're in line to go to the pick up window the problem arises once you have your order in your vehicle - now it's time for you to pull out from the pick up line it's extremely hard to merge to get out - one because so many other people have been waiting - cars waiting in the line to even get into it to get into line - I would think they wait because that allows them sometime what car leave another carpools and pedestrians people are walking You guys might need a traffic officer or someone to direct traffic while on this lot. read more

The secret to the ever present mile long drive thru line is to order on the mobile app and pull into one of the marked waiting spaces. My fresh food arrived within just a few minutes by the always friendly and well mannered staff. The food is always consistently the same and good. The place is always packed it seems, but the staff is every cheerful and attentive to the customer needs. I stopped at this chick-fil-a while traveling. I waited for what seemed like forever to see a sign for them on the highway. I really needed to use the facilities, so I parked my car and went to go inside instead of the famously fast and efficient chick fil a drive through lines. However, i was turned away because they closed the dining room at 3 for the Fourth of July. I sweet woman told me to go through the drive through because it was open another half hour and moving really fast. So I did. It was very slow. The young lady who took my order read it back completely wrong, the lady around the corner tried to make me pay twice and for a completely wrong amount - and argued with me about it until she asked my name and realized that was somebody else's order ('$16 vs my $6 actual total) and then my sandwich came with the mayo on the side (I'm driving - how the heck do i do that??). and it was cold and flavorless. I was in line for close to 15 minutes for a sub par sandwich and still had to pee. I usually love chick fil a. I will skip this one on my way back through to go home. read more

Don't even bother if you need catering. Worst experience I've ever had. Orders are never ready on time, nor are they accurate. What's the point of having a pickup time selection on your website when you never have the food ready within the selected window. I started adding buffer time to my orders due to the tardiness of this location. I don't eat at Chick-Fil-A often but the foo is always good when I do. They are always busy cars forming lines well into the parking lot across the street. I've seen this at all if the chicks! The employees always seem happy to be at work and they all speak to you and ask if you need anything refilled. The things that impressed me the most was that as busy as they always are, they maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. The floors, the tables and chairs, the condiment stand and someone was even cleaning the windows and doors and still serving customers in a timely manner. What a welcome change to actually find employees capable of not only taking orders and serving food but also cleaning up after customers. I wonder why other restaurants can't get that concept. Their excuse is always "we've just had a rush" or "we are recovering from the lunch crowd "or "we are short staffed"! Funny , Chick-Fil-A always has a rush going on but the employees handle it extremely well and it seems like certain employees have or do a certain job instead of one person doing 5 different ones. But then again that goes back to training. I don't know this for a fact just an observation but Corporate for Chick must pour time, energy and money into training their employees because it shows in their attitudes and customer service that they give. I'm speaking for what I've seen here in Southaven and the employees here on my visit today.
