Not an app friendly location anymore!! Apparently now if you place an online order at this location, you are like a third class customer. I placed an order online at 11:09 a.m. When I arrived 25 minutes later my order was not ready. I did not walk out with food until 11:58! When I talked to the employee about it I was told their new manager has given instructions to put online orders behind all others. Three people who came in after I had arrived to pick up my order left with food before mine was ready. When I finally got what I ordered, the store was empty. I would give a 1 rating but the employees at this location are wonderful, the new management just sucks. In this day and age with the prevalence of online ordering, it is ridiculous to view the customer service to an online customer as such a low priority. Because of this I probably will never frequent this location again. read more

Out of all the jimmy johns I have gone to, this one has to be in the bottom 3. The bathroom smelled faintly of weed and the benches were sticky with who knows what. Stood in line and waited for my food for 27 minutes. Only to be the next order to be made and I was informed that they were out of Bread. OUT OF BREAD! How can a sandwich shop be out of bread???? What poor management! The shelves were lined with Baguette bread and day old bread but they actually REFUSED to accommodate me in any way except for putting it on a lettuce wrap or on sliced whole grain. They wanted me to wait because they were were "having some sent over." Sent over sent over from where?? That really doesn't even make sense! How much longer would I have to wait for the bread to actually arrive and would it even be baked by the time it arrived???? So after I had wasted almost a half an hour inside their store, the only option they gave to accommodate me was to give me something that I didn't even want. I love JimmyJohns. However... I usually get a slim 6 ADD AVO. Tonight we tried to order that and were told we can't add anything to slims. Ummmm I'm willing to pay extra... sorry we can't add anything to slims. So we had to order a much more expensive sandwich and ask them to remove everything but the cheese and avo and STILL got the wrong sandwich! Word to the wise: you can order anything you want on the app. The Sunset store manager is a sorry excuse for a restaurant representative and has no idea what customer service is. Extremely SLOW service. Bread wasn't fresh. Inexperienced workers who acted like they didn't know what they were doing.

Went there today, nobody else there to get a sandwich to go. It was at 1:49 according to my receipt. When you pay 9.53 for a sandwich, no bun, for that price you expect to get it right. Ordered no tomato, got tomatoes. Ordered pickles, didn't get any pickles, ordered added turkey, no turkey. WOW for 10.00 at a non busy time, no excuse. I deserve a refund. They hire people that are care free, laid back, yet responsible, and good with the public! I have been in alot of Jimmy Johns, and the people are always the same, great bunch of people!
