I ordered a few bags of biscuits by phone. A total of 20 biscuits for a school party. Despite calling in advance, the servers continued providing biscuits and sausage to the drive thru and inside while I waited over 45 minutes. This made me late for work because of the stores choices. I counted close to 20 biscuits come and go and the cashier was like, well we have orders. Indeed you do, mine took over 45 mins to complete despite the courtesy call. Yall should complete the order instead of robbing it to process your drive through to keep your waits down. Bad experience today. read more

I'm giving 3 stars solely because of Gio. He was super respectful and went out of his way to help us, making our ice cream incredibly fast even though he was clearly overwhelmed and busy. He immediately started helping the next customers too, which is why I tipped him 10 dollars. It was honestly frustrating to see because he was the only one actually trying, while the rest of the staff was just hanging out in the back talking and completely ignoring the crowd. Had such a delightful trying Braum's I've cream shop! At first I saw it from my hotel and had to check it out. It's the cutest because inside they have a little market that has other small items you see at a grocery store but also Braum's other products. I would have loved trying to burgers here but I was full but not full enough for ice cream. First off the sweet Asian girl was so friendly and nice. Loved the warm welcome across her face. She also was willing to let me try everything but I was mostly interested in the holiday flavors. I ended up getting two junior scoops of the Gingerbread and the Premium Peppermint which is a great combination. My favorite of the two? Gingerbread. It tastes just like Christmas. If I'm ever back in Springdale, I'll definitely come back for the gingerbread flavored ice cream and the friendly cashier/ice cream expert. read more

Love me some old fashioned food and you'll find it at Braum's. Had the grilled chicken sandwich and guess what, the meat wasn't dry, overcooked and tasteless. It was delicious! While I think this is one of the best Braum locations in NWA I am finding a negative among both Springdale and Rogers. When I order a vanilla shake I am consistently getting some type of solid in the drink. I would say it is probably from the bottom of the bucket where the ice cream has melted and sugared. This time today there was so much in the drink I threw it away. This has been so frequent I will no longer order a milk shake. Would have been five stars but the ice cream sandwiches had thawed out a bit and were still put on the shelf. Customer service experience was absolutely horrible. As I was ordering in the drive-thru, I was rushed for my order to be placed. Pulling up to the window, I was not greeted and was left sitting there for a few minutes. I tried to pay and had my card ready, but they opened the window, aggressively handed me my items, very messily, with ice cream dripping out of my sundae boat and slammed the drive-thru window goodbye. Me and my family are from New Mexico and Braum's can't be found there, so we decided to come here for some ice cream. We really like Braum's for their limeades that we can't get in New Mexico. We always stop at Braum's a few times to get one. The employees working at this location were nice but messed up on a Sunday that was ordered. I mean, at some point you gotta put some blame on yourself for being such a fool. I love Bruams food. But holy frick is it so hard for them to just get a damn order right. I keep thinking "if I just say my order slowly and clearly enough they'll get it right." But nah, it's like it gets worse each time I go. This burger in particular, they forgot one of the 3 things I asked for, and added FOUR things that I didn't ask for. It's truly mind boggling how you frick up that bad. I'm convinced the cooks don't even look at the order, someone from the window just yells at them "SOMEONE ORDERED A BURGER" and then they grab a hat with ingredients written on tiny, wrinkled pieces of paper and then grab a fistful of those pieces of paper and that's how they decide to make your burger. It's the only explanation I can come up with for how you get an order for "1/4 burger, lettuce tomato bacon NO cheese" and then you make a burger that has cheese, lettuce, pickles, onion, and mayo on it. Again, shame on me for assuming they could get it right when they've proven to me over and over they can't. Which is really sad bc when they do get it right, it's a good burger. Back when we lived in Fayetteville, we always came to Braum's for its ice cream. Of course, on our recent trip back, we went there every day. Yes. Every. Day. The highlights here are the peppermint, cappuccino chunky chocolate, white chocolate raspberry, and cookies and cream ice creams. You can get them on single dip or double dips in waffle cones. You can also get banana split using their ice cream as well. In addition to the burger joint cum ice cream parlor, they also have fresh produce (limited selection of fruits and veggies) focused on their diary products. By far the worst Braum's I've ever been to. Very disappointed. It took over 12 minutes for someone to notice that I was just standing in line waiting for someone to take my order. Manager was very rude, and how she spoke to her crew. I ordered a hot fudge sundae without nuts. There were nuts all throughout the hot fudge. They remade my sundae and the lady rolled her eyes at me. The dining area was dirty. Not a clean table and trash was stacked high. Went to the Fresh Market to buy some milk and again had to wait in line at least 5 minutes before someone came over to ring me up. Cashier was very rude. I won't be returning to this location ever. This is our first time ever eating at a Braum's and we were both pretty disappointed. It took about 3 or 4 minutes for someone to notice us standing at the register to order, even though there was about 7 people working. It took another 5-7 minutes to get our food, so we had high hopes that it would be good. I got the new green chili chicken sandwich and it was the most sloppily put together sandwich ever. It was all falling off the bun and there was entirely too much mayo on it; they slathered it on the top and bottom.
