Stopped in on a Tuesday night on the way home from work. While the staff is trying very hard, the traffic flow could be improved upon. The drive through has 3 lanes condensing into one, with the "app lane" diving in at the last part. The store has the capacity to run 2 full lanes, but the outside lane is coned off. It took over 20 minutes to go through the process. Everything else was as expected from Chick-fil-A, including courtesy, cleanliness, and food quality. This location wasn't as smooth and efficient an operation as we've come to expect with Chick-fil-A when they're busy. Ordered in the app, but pick up in the store was somewhat confusing. Large monitor showed order was ready but nothing was on the shelves, then the name disappeared. Smaller sign below said to check in with a team member at the counter but only 1 person was at the counter and he had a line of people ordering. Nice I was able to speak to him he didn't seem to know how the pick up worked. He went in back and about 2 mins later came out with my order. This is the worst chick fil a in the area. I've been to it over 5 times now since I live quite close to it and every single time I go, the order is never correct. Wrong sandwich toppings, incorrect drink orders, no sauce or the wrong sauce I requested. I also catered through here and the meal was supposed to be picked up at 12:30 and we did not receive it until 1:15. This new Chick-fil-A is great! The inside is spotless. The food production was quick. Large drive thru. Food was on par with other Chick-fil-A locations. The employees were super kind and observant! Would recommend. The parking lot is slightly chaotic in the way it was design but i think it is the location. read more

Best chick fil a in the area. I always make a point to stop in when I'm the are. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. My order always comes out in a timely manner and correct and most importantly it's always hot. I have had the opportunity to speak with the owner a few times and he really cares about his employees and the brand. Oh and he's a Veteran which is always nice to support. First time ever going through the drive thru and it was tedious and the sandwich that was to be hot was cold by the time we got it. The car in front of us sat and sat waiting for their food which made us wait and by the time we got the food it was cold and gross. Also, when pulling into the lane for placing an order, the menu board was on the side of the person outside taking the order so you can't contemplate what options you have .... then the server came out with an order looking at my husband and asked if HE was Beth??? My husband is older and has a beard plus they describe your car on the ticket so .... how stupid. How can a fast food restaurant be so slow yet, always get my order wrong! My husband waited over 30 minutes as they brought out wrong drinks three different times and gave him a gallon of sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. This is not a new establishment anymore. Today, August 24 - and this is no longer a "new Chick-Fil-A". It's been open a while. I usually LOVE Chick-fil-A. But this one is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I made a regular order, talked to the girl, she repeated it back to me. I then waited about 8-10 minutes in line, and get to the window - they have no record of my order (or no where near the right one anyway) despite me paying $38.85 for it. Then they RETAKE the order, and then I'm waiting in front of the store for another TWENTY minutes. THERE WERE NO SPECIAL items on my order. Straight breakfast sandwiches off the menu. My assumption is - by retaking my order, it basically put me in the BACK of the line. I watched 12-15 cars go by as I waited and waited. They made no accommodation of putting my order through quickly. WHAT THE FRICK. I live around the corner, and this isn't the first time they've screwed things up. They even said that a free sandwich was in the bag (as if 30 minutes of my life is worth the price of a sandwich) - and it wasn't even there when I checked when I got home. read more

I go to Chickfila every day for the same thing, large UNsweet tea. 5 out of the 6 days a week they give me sweet and I have to wait for them to remake it. Went for lunch on Sat, July 20, at 1pm and dined inside. This newly opened Chick-fil-A has a different floor plan from other stores. There was only one cashier upfront with a big wall dividing the front cashier from the kitchen in back. It was somewhat busy, but there was no employee in the dining room to clean tables or get you a sauce or refill. I was alone so didn't want to leave my meal on the table to wait in line for sauce and ketchup. The new maple pepper bacon chicken sandwich was delicious. I suggest adding honey roasted barbecue sauce on it. Upon leaving, I went upfront to get a refill of my soda (too much ice), and waited along side near the kitchen door as there was a long line for the only cashier and no soda fountain dispenser out front. No staff came out from the back kitchen to refill my drink. After 4 to 5 minutes I just left with an empty cup. I don't much care for this store design as it separates all the staff from customers and only had one cashier busy with a line in front of her. read more

Great location and thrilled to have another store in our area. However, although the "new layout" of the store is aesthetically pleasing, in affects the customer experience. Of the 20-30 stores I've been to, this is the only one where you generally only see the cashier, and the kitchen area is completely hidden. The cashier will go back to the kitchen to check on things, and it's a unsettling/disconnected feeling to be in a chick-fil-a with no staff visible, especially when there is often confused customers... see below. My biggest complaint - and I continue to go there - is their carry out process. This process should require the least amount of customer/employee interaction, unfortunately it's the opposite. Despite the app telling me that my order was being prepared, then the in-store screen saying it was being prepared, and then saying "Ready," I am always forced to check in with the cashier before they will go back and get my order. There is a sign saying that carry out orders must "check in with the cashier" and I've heard verbally "people steal the food if we put it out" from the staff. There were three groups of people in line before me today placing in-store orders. The manager wants me to wait in line behind them to "check-in?" This completely defeats the purpose of a mobile carry order. There were 3-4 other mobile customers experiencing the same frustration, looking confused, standing in several different spots near the front register. I am frustrated every time I go there, and I see others as well. I've submitted multiple reviews of the process on the app. I can not believe they go through every single day frustrating 100s of customers and can't change their process. This is the ONLY store (of dozens I've been to) that uses the "people steal" line, and it's a shame they make the poor cashier deal with the frustration every day. Our crime rate in this area is not bad, and the other chick-fil-a in the town (with the traditional in-store design) handles order 5X better. The wait times are long but what fast food isn't when you're as popular as Chick-fil-A. I'm very pleased to come here with my family. We live in the area and are regulars. Everyone and the servers are courteous and polite with their "my pleasure". They have made some mistakes with an order we placed in the morning but they were quick to resolve it so no worries. I find that every time I walk inside the place is extremely clean and quiet. Great establishment- expect to come back. read more

Do not go to this Chik-Fil-A. We waited over 30 minutes for our food this AM after a mobile order. When we got the food (obviously should have checked it before we left but we were in a hurry at that point) the entire order was a mess. Short several items. We did ask for a manger to talk to while we were waiting an obscene amount of time. We were told that a manager was unavailable. We will be going back through that area later today and asking for a full refund. In the meantime I am making sure that any fellow social media users know about the experience.
