I tried their new Carne and it was tasty, nicely marinated, and the temperature was perfect. I did get one piece with too much gristle, but overall it was just fine. I think they changed the recipe for their hot salsa, as this is the 2nd time (and 2nd different location) I tried it and it's a lot hotter than it used to be! But still very tasty!! This is a new place, but they are starting off right! This is the example of what anew restaurant should be!
