Came here just before 6 am(when they open), was first car here as it was a couple mins before waited in one of the two lines. Manager and 2 drive thru workers come out and proceed to open up the line that no one was in... 3 cars come out from behind me and go into that line while they just keep our lane closed? Then I get out as someone else was driving to go in and order(at this moment they've taken 2 orders) it would be impossible to get in the other lane. I get out worker just says sorry meanwhile their one lane has 6 cars and thinks we were going to wait to get over? Manager comes out to open up our lane and tells one of the workers they should've opened it already... meanwhile we order and guess who doesn't have a cash drawer ready to go at open? Bingo! Worst service I have ever gotten at any CFA. I'll rather drive another 10 mins down the road to hope to get better served. read more

I always receive excellent service even on busy days. The food is out in good time and fresh. They make the best veggie wrap. Any other location seems like they just pull the chicken out and serve the wrap. read more

Fast and great service. Consistent food. This is the only fast food establishment that we patronize.

The food is good and I like the choices. But what's exceptional is their employees. I don't know if they only hire the most awesome teens or they train them beautifully but it is a true joy to be served at chic fil a. The lines are usually a little longer than other fast food chains but it moves very quickly and it's worth the wait to leave feeling happy. And I also appreciate that spicy southwest salad really is spicy!! I'll be back soon! read more

This is one of my favorite hangouts. Service is outstanding and I love their waffle fries with chick fil a sauce. I also like their chicken breakfast burrito with extra salsa. The landscaping is nice, there is plenty of seating, and when the weather is nice I enjoy sitting outside while the kids play in the jungle gym. I've been to this chick fa la a few times and every time I go the fries are not good. There hard, burnt, and cold. There, hot but with no flavor, there cold and soggy. Then the chicken sandwich, the chicken is folded like it's been reused, and it taste like it's been reused. My chicken is cut in half when it's served to me. ATTENTION ALL MOMS: PROCEED WITH CAUTION. This morning my children (6 years old and 2 years old) were there for breakfast. My son suffers from anxiety and is getting better by the day but still has problems being by himself in areas. I was eating my sandwich in the play area since he is not at the stage yet where he can be in there by himself, and the manager, Emily, asked me to leave the play area. I tried explaining the situation but she got really stern and said "you are teaching your son right now how not to follow rules" IN FRONT OF HIM. Obviously he started having a panic attack. As I started getting our stuff together to leave, she called the cops and he showed up as we were leaving. BE CAREFUL and dont get on their bad side or they will use undue force! read more

I've been going to this location since I was in high school (10 yrs ago) and have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, good food, and fast service makes for a happy me. Their diet lemonade is to die for. Everything on their menu is good. I've had the chicken salad sandwich, spicy chicken wrap, and their breakfast menu rocks. We have all eaten at various Chick-fil-A's. I will have to say, this is a very good one. I don't know it it's my imagination, but the sandwiches seem much bigger at this particular restaurant. They are all done perfectly, no overly crunchy crust.These are just right. Glad this restaurant is close to my house. read more

I visit this particular CFA approx 3 times per week. Typically a slightly above average place to eat. Usually fast service and with decent customer service. As far as the CFA brand is concerned I feel like customers pay a premium for fast food because they maintain a higher level of service, food quality, cleanliness etc. Tuesday October 20 around 645pm I went through the drive-through. I ordered a 12 count fried nuggets dropped fresh ( I said I don't mind waiting. This usually takes 5-6 minutes. I like them freshly cooked and not just re-heated ) and an Unsweetened tea. When the "speaker" repeated my order she said 12 count grilled nuggets and I then corrected her. She gave me a total which I thought was high. I drove around to the window , the employee repeated my order and AGAIN said grilled nuggets. I corrected her again which made my total owed less than originally stated. She took the box of grilled nuggets out of the bag, practically threw a box of 12 fried nuggets in the bag and handed it to me. I said "there is no way these can be fresh, it has been 45 seconds since I ordered" and the supervisor told me "all of our food is fresh". ( she was making faces and the other employees were snickering ) At this point I said if you can not give me what I ordered please give me my money back. At first she said "ok" and then I guess she thought about it for just a second and said "wait, sir can you please pull forward and we will bring them out to you" I pulled into the parking spot and 12 minutes later they brought me 12 nuggets that were Luke warm and dry as sand. Unfortunately by the time I realized this I was already 1 1/2 miles down the road after working a 15 hour shift. Just disrespectful ! What a let down from what I thought was the best fast food joint in town. read more

I can go to McDonalds and get this kind of service. They don't really care about regular customers anymore here like they use to. Asked three times for water with my breakfast . I miss the way they use to always take care of their regular customers. I'm gone. read more

This Chik fil a is usually our go-to restaurant.....although several times they have been out of the chicken noodle soup! I don't understand how a restaurant with the chicken noodle soup as a fall staple can be "out". Oh yes...the manager has offered free soup on the next visit which means another trip!
