I haven't yet been to a Chick fil a that has disappointed me. They really have their expectations and training for employees on point that all their locations are very consistent. If you're tired of bad service, no smiles, attitude from other fast food chains just make this place the only go to. Tonight, I had the worst Chick-fil-A experience in the 20 years I've been patronizing this location. I've spent thousands of dollars here, spent multiple family dinners/nights. Our children who are now in college used to play on the outdoor playground they had long before this place was renovated and this? I took my young daughter out for a last minute treat at 8:30ish tonight. I ordered a frosted lemonade and a cookie. What occurred upon retrieving my order was nothing short of shocking given the high standards that Chick-fil-A upholds. I made a simple request. May I have whipped cream on my frosted lemonade? The employee told me they can't put whip cream on those. I said, "You can't? I have gotten it on these before." He asked the manager (Eden) who was standing next to him whether they put whip cream on them and without looking at me, the manager stoically replied, "No." He turned to me and said "no, we haven't done that." I asked if they could. He then asked Eden if they could. She reluctantly took my drink out of his hand and quickly sprayed whip cream into it, mumbling to herself, and still without looking at me. Another employee saw Eden's reluctance and murmuring and started chuckling at her unwarranted frustration as it happened and asked Eden, "What is it? What?" Eden then quickly handed my drink back to the employee to give to me...still without looking at me. At the time, I had no clue she was a manager. Needless to say, this is NOT the Chick-fil-A customer service profile that makes them so great and trustworthy. But it got worse! I asked the employee who the manager was and he pointed to Eden. I was shocked. I asked to speak with her. She stepped outside and for the first time looked at me. I told her that I was a customer of nearly 20 years. I expressed that she was dismissive. Her reply was a tight-lipped, "Okay." I told her she was rude and that this was by far the worst thing experience I've ever encountered at Chick-fil-A. She delivered another tight-lipped, "Okay." And I ended with, "And the worst part is, you don't care." She followed it up with another, "Okay." She walked back inside unapologetically. She did NOT care. And she's a manager?! Not to mention the Christian values they uphold and is this not the holiday season or "good cheer"? This speaks volumes about the owner, if this is her/his choice of manager. All this over two squirts of whipped cream? 20 years, thousands of dollars, hundreds of family dinners later, this is what I get? We will never purchase anything from here again! One thing I know... Ordered a muffin and even said it twice to the shift leader. I know it isn't his fault, props to him for getting my order right. Except the people in the kitchen need to actually do a better job, i work at chick fil a and we do not let that slide. Again, we ordered a muffin and instead received a biscuit. You guys have five people working outside on iPads, with at least two shift leaders outside for no reason when it looks like the inside needs help. Out of all the Chick-fil-A's, this one is the worst with customer service. I ordered a salad with nuggets and the nuggets were literally just pieces of fried skin so I had to go back inside so I could get actual nuggets and then I checked my bag and I didn't even get the cookie that I ordered so I ended up going through the drive-through letting them know I didn't get the cookie and the guy gonna ask me for the bag to see actual proof that I ordered it which I did and then go ask me if I want the bag back it's like no keep it as a souvenir cause that's the last thing of mine that this location will get. They need new management and actual grown-ups working here not just teenagers because they have to listen and don't give the full order and have you wasting your time to get something that should be quick and less of a task. McDonald's has better service than this. The restaurants pretty clean because it's never packed because people know the service is trash. read more

Surely there are worse chik-fil-a's in the world, but I haven't been to one of them. We've been to this location probably 6 or 7 times and the order has been correct the first time maybe once. Some of the servers are nice, most are either plain rude or seem like they just started. Crappy attitudes all around. Mr. Cathy must be turning in his grave! I come here all the time when a) I've forgotten my lunch or b) forgot to make lunch. The service is always friendly, the interior is clean, and the workers are so accommodating. And oh yeah...the food is fresh! This location recently renovated, and it's so cute inside. I frequently use Curbside ordering, which is very convenient and FAST. Visited this location and had issues with my orders. Called the store and the employee said there would be no problem replacing the orders once we returned. Upon returning, I called to make sure everything was documented and good to go before we got there. Spoke to Emily, she stated that she's the general manager. Very rude, unprofessional and condescending tone when she gave me the third degree about my order. She was very nice/nasty on the phone. When we arrived she changed her mind and gave up only one item out of the two combos that were promised. She was very disrespectful and gave off a racist vibe. This location is by far the worst chick fila in the US. A flock of illiterates staff this Chick-fil-A, management included. Most of the low-level staff are friendly and try, but they are led by a complete moron Jojo who won't even look at a receipt when a customer has paid for something and paid not once but twice. She could have cared less that the line was held up by the team at the pickup window trying to get their scanner to work; it took over 5 minutes; this was when they had me pay for the second time since the first part was already paid. Or that it took three delivery attempts to get my order right, and then when I asked for the cone for my daughter's ice cream that was listed on the receipt as paid for, they wouldn't give it to me until I paid for it again? How many attempts to pay should we be expected to make while they try to get their shit together? Having had enough I came in to show Jojo the manger the receipt showing it was paid for, she wouldn't even look at it and told me if I wanted the stupid cone I would have to pay .27 which I had already paid for. Seriously, they refused to give me the cone listed on my receipt. I left. Keep my 27 cents low life. I'll never be back. Seriously, who steals a cone from a kid? Apparently, Jojo does. Classy. This "drive thru" design is horrible. I would rather wait in line longer than to try and find a place to park and then the workers wandering around with my food trying to find me. This location is pretty on top of things. Did drive thru and the person who took the order was quick, thorough, and even told me what car to go after. There was even a guy in the middle who came by to confirm the order of the orders/cars. Unfortunately the guy handing out the food still couldn't find the right name and had to ask which kinda shat on the efforts of the 1st 2 who went above and beyond.. but the food, tea, and milkshake were perfect. NO STARS!!!!!!! Used to be the best Chick-fil-A and now it's the WORST. Fries were refried and soggy af. Chicken just ain't Even taste like Chick-fil-A. Went inside for fresh fries the gave me refried fries again and said they were fresh.... I asked to just switch sides & they said they had to charge me 2.00. Omg. I have been IN LOVE with chik-fil-a since moving to the mainland, I know there are political issues with them but this is solely for their food and service. Spicy chicken sandwich is amazing, waffle fries (omg!!), their special chik-fil-a sauce (yaaaas!). Yesterday I tried their salad (my coworker raves about it) and daaaaaaang it was amazing. I tried the Cobb and it was huge enough to keep me full. I tried with their garden herb ranch, next time I'll try their other dressings. This location always has their employees outside taking orders. I'm not sure if their speaker for menu is broken or maybe it's faster, but either way I'm fine with human interaction lol. Welcome to my review. I ate at this Chickfila after they recently renovated it. They stepped up the looks majorly. Parking lot is big and more easy to access and park. Drive thru is now more efficient as well and where to enter. The tables and design was nice also. Chickfila is always good and fresh. I ordered from the app to my table and the food was there in 5 mins. Fresh and warm with everything correctly. Love the service they have. They stepped up there mobile game seriously. Just visited this morning (August 4, 2021). As a federal law enforcement officer l appreciate the discounts, and especially the great service. I have visited for years. Although this morning something was drastically different. First, the young lady was hesitant to issue my discount. She was downright rude! This was unusual considering l was in uniform. She also requested my credentials, and when l presented them she was still hesitant. She referred to a male manager. He mentioned that only local law enforcement officials are granted the discount. This was false because l have been issued the discount for 4 years. He grudgingly offered the discount, but at this point they lost me. Way too much debating, and bargaining for a $3.50 discount. Very uncharacteristic for this franchise to issue such poor service. THEY LOST ME! I will never go back! I'm pretty connected in the community. I plan to tell my neighbors, and colleagues. read more

I've gone through the drive thru a few times for breakfast. The employees are always very nice and polite. Gives you a great feeling as a customer going there. The drive thru is fairly quick and the food is always yummy. I do have a hard time getting my coffee just right, but that could be a combination of things like not knowing the right sugar/creamer ratio to coffee for this particular restaurant. I dont know if I can even blame management fully, but there are always too many people in line, drive thru, etc. The last few times I wanted Chick Fil A, I looked at the line and kept going. The food is good, the restaurant is clean and the service was remarkably friendly with the staff bringing the food to your table while you wait. My favorite fast food restaurant! Always great service and staff! They really have the most helpful employees. I take my kids here at least once a week. They love the nuggets with Polynesian sauce. I love their salads. The Cobb and Southwest Salad with creamy salsa dressing are my faves. In the summer they have the watermelon mint lemonade and it is bomb! (A little sweet tho) I get mostly the "Arnold Palmer" half-sweet tea/half-lemonade. (A Southern staple) Their chocolate chip cookies are so soft and delicious too! (My weakness) And their "ice dream" with the strawberry topping..yummy!!! Kids love their play area in the summer and it helps give me a little break so they can burn all that energy. I actually like the fact they close on Sundays. (Honor the Sabbath) Great way to give your employees a break and let them come back refreshed and renewed. Awesome establishment! Personally, I try to avoid this place because the sodium content of their food is off the charts. I only eat half a sandwich because i can FEEL my blood pressure rising when I eat this. Is it tasty, YES. It it good for you A.B.S.O.L.U.T.E.L.Y. not. Even the sodium content on their new grilled chicken sandwich is insane. Came here just before 6 am(when they open), was first car here as it was a couple mins before waited in one of the two lines. Manager and 2 drive thru workers come out and proceed to open up the line that no one was in... 3 cars come out from behind me and go into that line while they just keep our lane closed? Then I get out as someone else was driving to go in and order(at this moment they've taken 2 orders) it would be impossible to get in the other lane. I get out worker just says sorry meanwhile their one lane has 6 cars and thinks we were going to wait to get over? Manager comes out to open up our lane and tells one of the workers they should've opened it already... meanwhile we order and guess who doesn't have a cash drawer ready to go at open? Bingo! Worst service I have ever gotten at any CFA. I'll rather drive another 10 mins down the road to hope to get better served. read more
