Visited Chick-Fil-A for the first time the other night and now I can see why there's always a line around the block for this place. The food was amazing. I'm not normally one to drive far for just a chicken sandwich, but I'd definitely make the commute for Chick-Fil-A again. I just had the original chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The waffle fries are good too and a fun change up from normal French Fries. I highly recommend the Chick-Fil-A sauce, which is their special "fry sauce." I don't know what it is about their chicken, but it's sooooooooooo much better than the regular chicken burger from McDonalds or Wendy's. The location was clean (although it's only been open for about 3 months) and even though there was a line out the door, the employees were prompt and service was fairly quick. Love love love!!! This place is amazing - I don't understand how anyone does not enjoy this food. The crispy chicken sandwich is so delish, so are the salads - full of flavor! The waffle fries are my favorite with all the yummy sauces they offer; the chicken strips are great for kids. Their chicken tastes amazing - like actual chicken (ha - what a concept right) and I usually do NOT eat fast food - none of it, but this is an EXCEPTION. Been waiting for a long time for this southern gem to make its way to the Northwest and so glad it has. The lemonade and sweet tea are quite good. Customer service has been great - every time I have been here, so I don't understand the people that complain. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but get over it - there's still a novelty to the place and there are only 3 locations in the Seattle area and of course they'll be busy particularly during lunch, dinner times and weekends. read more

There drive threw is horrible! It's suppose to be fast for people that need to get back to work or are in a hurry but it takes 30 min to even get to put your order in! this is ridiculous having the people out there helps but you need a better system! read more

Pretty yummy chicken sandwiches. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade. Nothing like biting into a mildly spicy sandwich with a clean bun. I liked how Chik-Fil-A has sauces in little packets so that the food comes out dry. I am not a big chicken person at all, so it took a lot to impress me. I love cfa. I don't like that you have to snake around the Ashley furniture to get to the drive thru but it is what it is. I'm impressed after living in the South that they have been able to train their workers with the level of cfa service I've come to expect and admire and is one of the main reasons I will always support cfa. Yummy delicious and just as what you will expect from any Chick Fil A restaurant. Service is top notch and place is clean.

Crispy tasty fried chicken, buttered bun and two pickles...perfection. They squeeze their own lemonade, they make fresh biscuits daily, brew their tea, say "my pleasure" as a part of their employee training to be super courteous and have a business model that puts its money where it's mouth is by closing on Sundays. You can disagree with the owner's personal politics but boycotting the business is your own loss. Love love love their shakes. read more

Hyped up. Rather have a chicken sandwhich across the street at red robins. Its not good or bad although i like the waffle fries.

A good chicken sandwich that tastes good and doesn't kill the wallet (too much). Their go-to burger is the Spicy Chicken Deluxe I would say. Gotta say it is pretty damn good. The chicken patty is perfectly crispy and not oily at all, leading to a nice crunch. Good spice kick to the burger as well. The meat is super tender and juicy. I guess it does live up to the hype! I have had it before in the east coast so it's not the biggest hype for me, but it is still a very good. I have to say though that the KEY point of all the sandwiches is the Chik-fil-A. Oh man... this sauce is delicious. It makes the sandwich. It makes the waffle fries. It makes everything! I wish I could have this sauce every day! Sooo gooood. I do have to mention that the cheese on the deluxe seems to be random at times. I got American cheese while some of my friends got pepper jack. I assume you can ask for pepper jack but it was odd that some got different cheeses even without asking. Overall, a pretty good place to get a pretty good chicken sandwich. Remember to ask for Chik-fil-A sauce! Also note that parking and traffic is quite bad for this location, as well as the Bellevue location so be prepared to wait or search hard for parking. read more

We used to love Chik Fil A in Georgia. We pulled in hoping for the same great experience we've had before. So firstly this one does not have military discount which is a bummer. Secondly we maneuvered traffic to get in (terrible location), then out and back into rush hour to find they hadn't given us two of our items. We went back and got them and we received a "sorry about that" and our fries and sent on our way. We are frustrated and despite the food being cleaner and better made than most fast food restaurants, probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

I've never had Chick Fil A I didn't like until I ate breakfast here 2 weeks ago. I was raised around this food and I know the expectations they have for their company. Good service here like most Chick Fil A's but I was thoroughly disappointed in the chicken biscuits! The chicken was about 1/2 the size it usually is and was served on a lukewarm stale biscuit. I'm not sure if they were running low on chicken or didn't have enough biscuits but the biscuits tasted day old and the small piece of chicken only had breading on one side. So sad that I had this experience :( I'll guess I'll have to stick to my Chick Fil A's on the east coast from now on. read more

Favorite place to go for a chicken sandwich. It was a sad day when I moved back here from Georgia and there wasn't a place like this around. So happy that it's here now! But seriously get someone a little more competent to stand out there to take orders. Everytime I've come threw the drive thu, someone is there. Seems to slow down the line and unnecessary. Why can't we just order at the box like normal. Why 4 instead of 5 because multiple times I've had some cold fries. read more

I am originally from San Diego, have been eating at chic fil a forever! This chic fil a had decent service and decent food. The reason for the only two stars is based on the fact that they have a busy establishment with only 10+ parking spots available. Who came up with this idea?! Stay away from this place like the plague on Saturdays. Overall a chic fil a has the same food everywhere you go and is always amazing! Just don't go to this one if you dont want to wait in an hour long drive thru line or walk 5 miles through a busy intersection to enjoy a fast food chicken sandwich. read more

I just had dinner here this evening; and I loved the whole experience! I went into the lobby to order. The food was up before very many minutes, and it was delicious! There was a bit of a wait on my milkshake, but as soon as I let Dan(with the cool slicked-back haircut) know, he not only brought it right out to us, but also brought us another milkshake-totally complimentary! All in all, it was a fun and tasty experience, and I will certainly swing by again in the future! read more

Always so good. Drive thru goes fast even when they're sooooo busy. Everyone is always super friendly and fries slap!!! Always fresh never ever have I received some cold fries unlike other fast food places. The strawberry lemonade is top 2 and it ain't number 2! read more

I have never eaten at a Chick-fil-A until they open one here in Tacoma. The first time I saw Chick-fil-A was in Harker Heights, Texas and I thought it was funny with a poster of a cow dress as a chicken holding a sign that says to, "eat mor chiken". I have had almost everything on the entree menu except for the chicken wrap. When I feel like chicken noodle soup, I would get chicken noodle soup from here. I enjoy there milkshake as well, they were so sweet because when I had surgery and was on a liquid diet due to surgery, I ask them if they could make the shake thinner for me and they were very accommodating. They would make me a small milkshake but would put it in a large cup for me to make it easier for me. This place can get pretty pack, especially the drive thru and sometimes it's a little frustrating. People have been friendly and overall I go back to it since it's the only Chick-Gil-A near me. I miss you Chick-fil-A, going to California where there's no Chick-fil-A. read more

If they mess up your order they do not compensate whatsoever. The manager offered to take my credit card from my seat to charge me for an order that the cashier messed up on to "skip the line" when there was no line. I looove chick-fil-A but their customer service is close to non-existent at this location. read more

We are from back east and have lived a long, lonely life for the last 4 years without chick-fil-a since we moved to washington. How did we survive? I just don't know. Then I heard they were opening a chick-fil-a in tacoma and I decided that God finally removed the last obstacle keeping us from moving out of state. :-) No just kidding folks, seriously. Any of you who are from outside washington know what a fantastic fast food experience chick-fil-a is and this new location in Tacoma lives up to the reputation. We've gone twice since it opened and it was completely slammed and lines were out the door and around the building. But that didn't stop us. Even with being so completely jammed, they were awesome, attentive, food was fresh and hot, and they got us in and out quickly. They take the time to make sure you have a healthy, delicious fast food experience. Get the kids the grilled chicken nuggets, and try their lemonade! Here's to good eatin! read more

4 stars because it is chikfila and its hard to go wrong, BUT it has been open awhile and the service us still a little wonky. The location/design are horrible for as busy as they had to expect this location to be. I feel like they skimp on the fries. It sucks that I've never had scorching hot fries - I'm assuming because they know how busy they are and throw them under the light as soon as they make them. I was SO happy to have a taste of home when it opened, but it still isn't quite up to par. read more

I love this place. Only fast food I'll eat. Lemonade is the best as well as their sauce. Chicken burgers are very good - very moist.

If there is a wait, it is well worth waiting for. I am blown away by the positive atmosphere. The employees always seem so happy and are attentive to the customers. Everyone is so nice. The food is AWAYS so yummy! Everything, including the salads are fresh. Even the flowers at the tables are real. It's OK. I've been here here a couple times now. Once for lunch the other for breakfast. I will say that customer service is by far better than any other fast food place. However, the whole hype about this place is overblown. It's good food not so good, oh my! Just good food, it's fast food. Would I wait in a line for hours because they opened a new location?
