Somehow, within minutes, you're already at the window wondering how they pulled it off. These people are an absolute well oiled machine when it comes to drive-thru efficiency. The chicken sandwich is exactly what it needs to be. Tender, well breaded, simple and consistent. No unnecessary gimmicks. The waffle fries hit that perfect middle ground too. Crispy edges, soft center, and just the right amount of thickness. And the diet lemonade has that dangerously good balance of tartness and sweetness that makes you keep sipping long after the meal is done. Service was fast, friendly, and organized even with the chaos of a packed line wrapping around the building. I still cannot justify giving any fast food restaurant five stars on principle alone, but this Chick-fil-A earns a very solid four stars from me today. read more

I have been patronizing Chick-fil-a for years, but just never thought about doing a review on this fast food restaurant. I don't have a very big appetite, so my usual is the kid's nugget meal with fries, which is just the right size; sometimes I mix it up and get grilled nuggets with fruit as the side. I love the kale salad side as well. Every now and again, I may order the famous sandwich. In any case, coming home later than usual from a meeting and wanted something quick. I usually go to Zaxby's for drive-thru salads, but I had already had one this week and wanted something different. My daughter mentioned the Chick-fil-A salads, which I had never tried. So, I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad (I was in the mood to indulge and asked for the crispy fried chicken, lol!). The salad was pretty good; of course, the best thing about the salad was the chicken. The corn and black beans were "skimpy" in the salad, and there were no tortilla strips as I expected (didn't realize this until after I got home; thought I saw them on them when I checked the order real quick before leaving). There also seemed to be more iceberg lettuce than the mixed greens that were advertised. Still, the salad hit the spot. Just on another side note, the customer service at this place is wonderful. Though there are almost always long lines, the folks at Chick-fil-A have mastered efficiency and the line goes rather quickly. Well I waited and waited and waited for my local Chic Fil A to open back up after a spectacular remodel! The place looks great and I appreciate their reinvestment into the business. The people were very friendly and attentive as we are all used to. I was so glad they were back right until I was instructed to pull ahead to wait for my order. What you see before you is unfortunately not a first time offense. Nor is it isolated. A few months ago, I received a chicken mini that was not fully cooked. I was quite taken aback when I bit into it and saw pink in the center. I somehow overcame my disgust and returned to chick fil a (the same location, might I add) a few times before once again falling victim to raw meat. My experience was already tainted when I reached in the bag and found one singular honey mustard sauce when I had in fact asked for a couple chick fil a sauces. Little did I know there was a much bigger problem waiting in the bag for me. I regretfully dipped my sandwich into my less than desired honey mustard and was immediately hit with horror as I looked into a very raw piece of chicken staring back at me. I spit out the bite (as you can see in the photo) and sat for a few moments before calling the store. As generous as I found their suggestion to come back for another sandwich, I simply couldn't stomach the idea. I fear that my patronage to chick fil a has ended for good this time. I don't frequent this Chick-fil-a often, they were about to Close so perhaps that was the reason for my less than favorable nuggets. I am used to them being plump and juicy, these were a bit lackluster in terms of size and they tasted dry and over-cooked. My fries on the other hand were cooked to perfection hot, fresh and crispy. And my husband however did enjoy his Chick-fil-A sandwich. I will say that the team members were are all very courteous and the restaurant was nice and clean. read more

Since I'm a vegetarian, I don't frequent Chick-fil-A often. I went in recently to meet up with some family members/ friends for breakfast. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel. A friend told me I could get Colby Jack cheese instead of cheddar, so I did and it was good. I also ordered coffee since I know they have good creamer options. They know what they're doing here. The drive thru is lightning fast and the employees are super friendly. Beats any other fast food place by a long shot. read more

SW Chicken salad with GRILLED chicken instead of spicy was SPICY. Extra grilled chicken filet was FRIED. So upsetting and not what I expect with my go to fast food chain. We just got back from a Europe trip and after seeing how environmentally conscious they are, it made me hyper aware of the bag waste at this restaurant. We ordered "Dine in" yet they brought everything in bags, inside a big plastic bag, on a tray. Complete waste of bags and adding a lot to a landfill. I come to this Chick-fil-a most out of convenience, however, it is a great franchise. Like most Chick-fil-a's, this one has polite customer service, a playground, outside seating, and a clean simple dining environment. Now that my kids are older I do not eat inside often. Usually I get a mobile order or the newer option mobile order that can be picked up in line. It would be great if they had the mobile park and go order like some other restaurants offer. The food is okay for (basically) fast food, maybe better than average. The problem is I won't go anymore because of the drive thru lines. In Tallahasse, at the location on Appalachee near Target and on Capital Circle near I-10, the lines at certain times of day are a road/vehicle hazard. The cars are lined up off of the chick-fil-a property & onto the right lane of moving traffic vehicles. It is very unsafe & an accident waiting to happen. I don't understand why the store management aas well as the police department allows this dangerous situation to persist. We started to order , but the cashier, Julia was very rude and unprofessional. She was talking in a very sarcastic tone and didn't take her job seriously. I asked for an ice cream cone (I wanted to add it to my bill) but I wanted it to come out after I ate. She said "It's not free you know that?" and I was not implying that I wasn't going to pay for it. Quick, easy, always accurate service with nice employees. The food is perfect 8/10 times (the other twenty percent is just a few undercooked fries or a gummy breakfast biscuit once or oily chicken or fatty chicken). I love the lunch/dinner foods, but breakfast is where it's at. I wish it were all day. And I wish they were open 24/7. And on Sunday. I mean, I get why and can't blame them, but there is no time like 2:30am on a Sunday to crave chicken minis and hashbrowns, am I right, or am I right? I also love the development of the Chick-fil-A app. It allows you to get points for each purchase (as a family of four who live and works close to multiple locations, we eat our fair share of nuggets) and can use them to get rewards (aka free food items). It also allows you to order online so you can pick it up quickly or just get in line at the drive thru, tell them your name, and you don't have to have a lot of human interaction if that's not your thing. This is my kids favorite place by far on any given Friday night. We go with their friends and make an event out of it. The kids love it. I love the salads! We always see other friends there. The customer service is over the top amazing..Good food and great service. It's no surprise this place is packed around the clock. Out of the multiple Chick-fil-As in Tallahassee I've never had to wait so long on an order. This isn't my usual Chick-fil-A so I don't know if this is the normal Saturday afternoon. It was very busy (like most Chick-fil-As at lunch hour) and we noticed that only one cashier was working. We stood in line for a reasonable amount of time and after we ordered we sat their for at least 20 minutes. We eventually asked the employee on the status of our order and they had apparently forgotten it. We had finally gotten our food but the milkshake was still missing. For the milkshake we waited another 5-10 minutes until brought to us. Overall this was an extremely disappointing Chick-fil-A experience. read more
