The employees at this location saw what was going on and that I was struggling and I mentioned what was going on with my car and next thing I knew they had taken care of my order, and when I got up to the window the manger told me to hop out of my car so he could take a look and see if he could help. Matthew spent fifteen minutes looking over my car and trying to help the best he could even though he warned me he was not a mechanic. I wish I could remember everyone's names who help me today so I could thank them all personally by name but I hope that they see this and know I am so grateful to them. They went above and beyond for me today and let me know that they had my back, a complete stranger!
