Fast food but I had to try it once
    Petrina M.

I tried Chick-fil-A for the first time over the weekend. Honestly, it did not disappoint. The chicken strips were crispy and the sauces were really flavorful. Of course I had to order a salad as well. It was pretty fresh and the avocado dressing was really good. For the first time eating junk food in a while this did not disappoint. Maybe I'll go back for more next year. It's a nice one time treat to a healthy lifestyle.

Ever since they re-opened this location it has gone downhill. From delays in bringing your order, they deliver it but you are trapped because two cars infront don't have there's. The quality is even worse! Market salad was grouse! Yuk! 1/6/26 3pm

I love this location! Even more so now that I've ventured inside for the first time in ages this morning. They have fresh flowers at all the tables in the lobby!!! I just love flowers so that was such a mood booster for me! I had no intentions of dining in, but I wanted to sit and eat to enjoy the flowers a while. The service is top of the line as expected. They really do uphold that "Disney" level of excellence here. I've been coming here for years and can count on one hand the amount of times I've ever had something go wrong. And even then they've gone above and beyond to rectify the simplest issues at this location! The food is always the best and as expected for Chic-Fil-A standards. I can't complain a lick and wouldn't dare for this location. I'm so happy I stopped inside to pick up my order today rather than my usual mobile drive thru order otherwise I wouldn't have known of the beautiful flowers. Also, there are QR codes on the tables so you can order from your table as well. So The drive thru can get pretty packed! Especially during lunch times, but I usually place my order in the app to save the workers some time and fuss. And they are pretty efficient so even with a packed line I'd say you're in and out within 3-5mins max. Definitely highly recommend this Chic-Fil-A! A+ across the board.

We went in here one night during the week for a quick dinner. We ordered ahead of time in their app but when we arrived, we still had to wait over 15 minutes for our food to be ready. Not good. We had the kale salad, chicken nuggets, diet lemonade, and Diet Coke. The salad was small but absolutely delicious. I like the dressing they put on it. The chicken nuggets were a bit too wet and slimy for me. The diet lemonade had a nice tart taste. Inside the place is pretty small; the front counter chaos is not far from any of the tables you choose to sit at.

My order was a great chicken tender with fries and a lemonade. The service was fast, and the staff was awesome. The surroundings were good and clean.

no employees around at lunch time curbside pickup.

That was honestly the worst pick up experience. I will never do that again. I showed up with receipt printed for a small office catering lunch and the only positive was that the order was ready. It was not correct and some people did not get what they ordered which is not good for an ordered ahead catered lunch. In the parking lot which is not really accessible to pick up orders because the drive thru line blocks and you have to maneuver through Sonic next door. Once in the parking lot and in a numbered curbside pickup space, there is no way to contact the store and they are not open for patrons. They don't answer their phone! I got out of the car and walked to the entrance which noone wanted to help but finally I showed my receipt and someone brought out the order to my trunk. Not a pleasant experience and I won't order from here again. Wasted 25 minutes and lunch was late!

I don't know how they do it! I have never had a bad experience at any Chic fil A. Went in for brunch but ended up getting food from the lunch menu. Since it was almost 11 they gave us their last two chicken biscuits. Friendly staff, clean location and prompt service.

They have a ton of fresh ingredients, so many protein choices, and the whole ordering process was super easy. It's one of those spots where you can actually customize exactly what you want without it feeling complicated. Everything was pretty clean and the overall setup is great. I genuinely want this place to do well because it's such a good concept. I do have two small pieces of constructive feedback -- and I'm only sharing because they're simple fixes that would dramatically improve the experience: 1. The trash can situation. Right now it's a small pop-top lid that you have to physically push down with your hand. When customers are bussing their own dishes, it ends up feeling messy and unsanitary. A larger open-top trash can (or foot pedal style) would be such an easy upgrade and would instantly make the space feel cleaner. 2. The women's restroom needs a hook or small shelf for purses. There's currently nowhere to set anything down, and it didn't feel as clean as the dining area. Even a simple wall hook would completely change that experience. Again, sharing this because I think this place has so much potential and I'd absolutely come back. With a couple small tweaks, it would be a 10/10.

They were busy inside making numerous food orders. We decided on the Sunset and Tuna wraps. The food was very fresh and tasty. The tuna was perfect for me as it wasn't drowned in mayo, there was nice balance to it. We were given complimentary soups with our wraps. The soup of the day was sweet potato. It too was very fresh tasting and delicious. They also had banana bread at the register that I couldn't resist. The price was very fair for the quality of the food you get. We will definitely be eating here again in the near future.

I was looking to break my usual post-work dinner routine with a healthier alternative. So when I…read morerealized Just Salad had recently opened, I decided to grab Pops and give this spot a shot! Going in, we timed our visit perfectly, reaching the counter to order just before the dinner rush arrived. Tonight, we ordered 1x Mezze Crunch Wrap with crispy chicken and 1x Peruvian Chicken Plate. Moving on with my review, we were both pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness, and service! The Mezze Crunch Wrap was excellent; perfectly tossed in creamy tzatziki and packed with a vibrant blend of fresh greens, feta, tangy peppers, and tomatoes. The peruvian chicken had nice contrasting flavors between the creamy cojita cheese and aji Verde, pickled onions, and sweetness from the corn + potatoes! In addition to the food, the salad crew also took quality care in preparing our meals fresh to order. Furthermore, would like to mention that despite the ~$15 tag per entree, the meals are large enough to be split into 2 very filling portions which makes this an excellent value for the price. Overall, we had a solid experience at Just Salad tonight and would certainly come here again. Final rating 5/5 stars!

Just Salad and I have had a complicated relationship…read more Some visits have been excellent. Some have been disappointing. It's been a little like dating someone who alternates between bringing you flowers and forgetting your birthday. But this visit? This wasn't a dip in the roller coaster. This was the roller coaster jumping the tracks, catching fire, and somehow landing in the parking lot. What should have been one of the simplest restaurant transactions imaginable turned into a master class in how to make customers regret spending $40 on two salads. Let's start with the reusable bowl program. My wife and I purchased the reusable bowls directly from Just Salad as part of their promotion. The whole point is that bringing them back earns you a free premium item on your salad. Seems straightforward. We brought the bowls. We ordered the premium additions. We got charged for them anyway. I had to point out the bowls and explain the program before the charges were removed. Strike one. Then I asked to have the points from the purchase added to my loyalty account. The response? "Too late." Too late? I was literally standing at the register. The transaction wasn't even cold yet. Apparently there is a secret window of opportunity for loyalty points that closes faster than a Black Friday doorbuster sale. And here's my question: Why do I have to ask at all? It's your loyalty program. Shouldn't the restaurant be asking customers whether they're members instead of acting like points are a classified government secret? Strike two. Then came the dining room experience. We ordered two salads and two drinks and planned to eat there. No tray. We had to ask for one. Then my wife asked for a fork. The employee handed her exactly one fork. I asked why there was only one fork for two people. Without missing a beat, he responded: "She only asked for one." Now, I don't know what kind of advanced dining experience we're running here, but the last time I checked, most people don't share a single fork while eating two separate salads. Do customers typically eat the second salad with their fingers? Should we have drawn straws to determine who got utensil privileges? For forty dollars, I wasn't expecting white-glove service. But I was expecting two forks. And maybe just a tiny amount of common sense. The most frustrating part is that none of these issues were major on their own. It's the accumulation. Inconsistent food quality. Inconsistent service. Being charged for benefits that are supposed to be free. No loyalty points. No tray. One fork. And an overwhelming attitude that suggested helping customers was somehow an inconvenience. Forty dollars for two salads should come with a side of customer service. Instead, it came with a side of indifference. I'm done. One star. Good riddance, Just Salad. There are plenty of restaurants that would be thrilled to take my $40 and provide something that shouldn't be this difficult: consistency, competence, and basic customer service.

I also tried one of their empanadas, which was delicious and packed with flavor. My friend had the breakfast sandwich which she enjoyed! The real star here, though, is the pastries. There's also plenty of seating, which is a huge plus. The only downside was the ordering process. Since it was my first visit, I didn't realize you have to take a number (similar to Publix) and wait to be called. I ended up standing in line, not knowing they were serving based on numbers instead. To add to the confusion, numbers were being called out in Spanish, which I don't speak. Once you know how it works, it's probably fine--but as a first-timer, it was a bit confusing. That said, I'd absolutely go back for the food--just probably not on a busy weekend!
