My most recent visit took place in the midst of the shut down. The line appeared long, but was quick! They are very efficient, which was appreciated. When I pulled up, a employee had my order in hand. I thought awesome, but just in case, I pulled in to a spot to check. Unfortunately my order was partially wrong, and misses the much needed and desired dipping sauces. Luckily, another employee was running orders and he helped me correct the order after a couple of runs. He was friendly, and didn't seem put out at all. If my order had been correct, it would have been 5 stars, and I considered 3, but everyone was so friendly, and I appreciated their system, so 4 it is! Go, but definitely check your order. read more

Like the majority i think chick fila is pretty awesome and delicious. I usually order the same thing: spicy chicken no pickels, large fries, and half lemondade/halkf sweet tea. I also put strawberry jelly on my sandwich (dont knock until you try ). On occasion i will get the mac and cheese, its pretty good and reminds me of velveeta nac n cheese. Milshakes are delicious as well. Specific to this location, i think the customer service is the regular great standard. The only con with chick fila is because its so busy the drive thru line is always crazy. At this particular location you can get trapped behind waiting car when trying to come around and park. So i always enter on the Sonic side and then park. Also always order ahead with app, theres no wait and the points add up quick read more

The worst chick fil a I've been to in the country. The line is always long. The order is usually always wrong. And the best part? This morning placing my order, I pull up. Kid taking orders (Dylan) says "hang on. I'll be right back" and takes off. Comes back with a jacket on. Okay, fine. It's cold. The food and salads easily rate a solid 4-star experience. The challenge is the location which is always running slow and a drive thru that wraps around the entire building as well as in the lobby. The Cobb Salad was wonderful and fresh. The zippy Apple Cider vinaigrette was awesome and zesty Indeed. They don't have croutons, they off a unique red pepper chip type deal for crunch. The chicken nuggets are served fresh and hot as well as waffle fries. Chicken sandwiches also exist, grilled or fried. The fries we were served were doughy and need additional cook time. We placed a second order well done, and got the same fries that needed additional cooking. Employees are nice and go the extra mile when possible. Environment is relatively clean but high traffic shows a floor that needs more attention. read more

Worst chick-fil-a drive thru of all time. On a busy day it wraps around the building twice. The in and out is very confusing. I would much rather drive to a further chick-Fil-a than this one. Then people trying to get out of their parking spots is close to impossible. The workers have to direct traffic. This place is completely ridiculous and they need a better system! A 4 star for a fast food restaurant is technically 5 stars in this industry. This place is truly a solid 4.5 star in my book. I've always had a great experience and absolutely awesome customer service here. Yeah, the line for the drive thru is always long but I get it, the food is just that good and so is the service. I've never eaten at a fast food restaurant where an employee comes and clears my table and and offers to refill my drink. I was MIND-BLOWN. The line inside and outside moves quick. They even have two separate drive thru lines at their peak times and a person with a tablet taking orders outside. I've got to give it to them, they are very organized. One time the manager brought out our food for us while we were waiting inside; he did it with an authentic smile and even gladly got sauces we were requesting for. (Go for the Chick-Fil- A sauce). The sauce reminded me of a tangy honey mustard. I got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with Monterrey jack pepper cheese, tomato, and lettuce. I've never had a chicken sandwich melt in my mouth. It was gourmet fast food I'd say! I also love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Overall, it's definitely my new favorite fast food spot. I visit this Chick-fil-A a LOT. Like a lot. It's the location closest to my house. And when my son wants "fast food" chicken nuggets, this is where we go. The service at this location has always been great. Never had a problem, ever. Very friendly staff. Anyway, I always get him the kids' nugget meal with fries and a chocolate milk, and he eats it right up. He even sticks his fingers in the Chick-fil-A dipping sauce, man is that stuff good. Lately, I usually order the Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad for myself. EXCEPT, I don't get the spicy grilled chicken, I opt for the breaded nuggets chopped up on it. Unhealthy, I know. I top it with the tortilla strips and Chili Lime Vinaigrette dressing, which is awesome and low-cal...that makes up for the breaded nuggets, right?! On my most recent visit, I got all of the above, as well as a french fry and drink (pop) for me. It came to $16.31 for everything. Worth the price for the amount of food we got. And it was delicious, for fast food. Chick-fil-A usually always is. I even love their strawberry milkshake, which I treat myself to every so often. The only complaint I have is that Chick-fil-A is always SO busy....every location, doesn't matter which one I go to. The drive-thru is always insane. Went to this location at about 9:30pm on a Tuesday. Couldn't figure out where the drive through line started and ended and asked several employees who told me different things. I eventually find (what I think is the start of the line) and proceed to ask the young man if it was the start of the line and he confirmed. This young girl with black hair almost dives through the doors and is yelling and frantically flailing her arms that I skipped the entire line. Seeing as I asked more than one employee and they all had different answers I think this reaction was completely uncalled for. On the busiest and craziest day to go to chic fil a myself and a group of 28 hungry teenagers came in cow geared up and ready to show support! The location was operational to answer the phones- which was a major plus, I called a head to mention the mass was coming and a manager pleasantly greeted us when we arrived. Everyone was all hands on deck- quick - patient and warm with a constant line forming out the door and through the drive through as well. But the hung that stands out to be the most is the percent momentum of the staff and their friendly morale through the day. I observed after one after another groups of families came through decked out and waiting patiently for their milkshakes, how everyone on the team stepped up and smiled through it all. Coming from an individual who placed in order for 30 people alone was monumental- but watching the great team work of this location was wonderful. The coating us very light, crispy and properly seasoned. This time I opted for the grilled nuggets, In order to save on some calories. 12 bites for almost $6. It seemed a bit high, but maybe they were going to be big bites, one can always hope. They weren't. Some of them could barely be considered a bite. But, that wasn't the real issue. This Chick-fil-A is my favorite. The staff have been there for years and truly hospitable. They don't overuse the phrase, "My Pleasure," like all the other locations. The food is always fresh and you are always "waited on" at this location. If you have to get your own refill while dining in, it's because you weren't paying attention when they asked you. I recently held a large playdate there, and we were a party of 50, 35 kids, and 15 adults. The manager, Christina, went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy the entire experience. This Chick-fil-A location is one of my favorites. Like at most locations, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. During my latest visit, it was rather busy yet I still got my food quickly. I like the way that they always have staff wandering the seating area to see if their customers need refills or other assistance. This visit was no exception. As I was getting up to leave, one of them offered to take my trash and throw it away for me. In my opinion, that is a level of customer service you will not find in any other name-brand fast food restaurant. The store is always clean, and well lit. They do a good job keeping the condiment bar clean and well stocked. I did not order dessert during this visit, but I can testify that they make an awesome ice cream cone here. They once made one so large that I could not finish it! I'm not sure if they are still doing it, but a while back I know they used to do bingo one night a week, where are you could win free food and drinks. read more
