They actually have 2 girls outside in the parking lot to help the drive through line, which sped up the ordering process. One gives you a menu, and the other takes your order. I went through the drive-through. The service was good, I paid and waited for my food and before I received my food the employee had dropped it on me and in my car before I even had a chance to grab the bag due to the bag being so full, the employee apologized and went into the back and remake my food. He comes back with my food and drinks and hands me it and I drove off. I got off my car and went to my passenger side to grab the bags and when i grabbed the the bags, the bags had ripped and all the food fell out onto the parking lot. When I inspected the bags they were all wet due to my drinks not being closed right as well as my seats being wet. I was able to save my sandwiches and some nuggets but no fries, the sandwiches had such a small chicken patty the first couple bites were just bread and the nuggets were soggy as if they were sitting for a while. I work around the corner so there was no need for the nuggets to be soggy and I didn't get all the sauces i had asked for. I love chick-fil-a and I go at least twice a week and never have I experienced something like this before. read more

On Monday morning I ordered grilled nuggets. I know that they are a lunch item which is why I ordered in advanced on the app and pre paid. After waiting in the drive through line and being pulled up I had to leave because I had to go to work. I called the store and spoke with 2 very rude people who informed me "So basically you aren't getting a refund bc we don't do that anymore and had you ordered breakfast items you would have received your food." She then passes me off to someone else however I wasn't aware that the 2nd person was having an equally bad day. Person 2 is too long of a story to write. I said that I would not return but like a fool I did. I'm actually here now trying not to be as mad as I am. I ordered the same grilled nuggets in advanced. When I arrived I was told that this chic fil a doesn't complete online orders until the person actually arrives. Even though I did what the last representative stated and even though I place advanced orders at every other chic fil a! So guess what I get pulled up and have to wait all over again. The only positive moment was the African American woman that brought me my food and told me to have. A blessed and the African American woman that greeted me at the night the window. Chick-fil-A - Misrepresentation - Fast Food Near Me - Tifton, Georgia

Recently, we went through the drive through and ordered food for three people. When the employees handed me my two bags of food, I asked if that was everything, which she confirmed yes. Once we arrived home, we realized that we only received part of our food order, and a number of items that we did not order nor did we receive enough food for three people. I called the CFA and spoke with a very nice and apologetic employee who promptly made it right by refunding me for the food we did not receive. While it was the right thing to do, and what I expected, in our society, businesses don't always do the right thing. However, CFA never seems to blink an eye and always puts the customer first. This is why, despite my incorrect order, I will continue to go back. On a side note, it is pretty rare for a CFA to ever get an order wrong. The drive through was really busy, and I think having the two lanes and intertwining vehicles might cause some of the order confusion. The food we did receive was delicious, as always. read more

This location is right off I 75 and easy on/off the interstate. We stopped here to get some lunch around noon-- so the business was to be expected! There wasn't a lot of order to the long lines to order which was confusing. Also, the woman taking our order seemed overwhelmed and confused. But our order ended up being correct and the food was good as always. Getting out of the crowded parking lot was tough, as there is a stop light that doesn't help the congestion. read more

This drive thru is the worst chick filet in the over 50 chick filets that I have eaten at. Service is like waiting for a whale to be birthed , management is clueless on how to run an efficient drive thru. Recommend corporate come in and train them! Just because we love chick filet doesn't mean we will wait 20 min for drive thru. If I could have gotten out of line I would have. Run run away from here. The managements response is troubling because they either can't tell time , lack the ability to admit they need to correct the method of doing business or is clueless to the reality. I have eaten chick Filet a since 1979 so some manager willing to bring on the times they serve people is a welcome challenge. My next review here will have a watch, video and will ask those in line their opinions and I will ask hem to go on yelp and provide their input and grades. read more

So I decided to bring my fiance to grab a bite to eat on valentine's day. As we approach the window a women took a picture of me that worked there handing the food from outside the window. May I add I have face tattoos that I'm not very proud of now but they are there. Anyway it upsets me very much because I don't deserve to be put in such a uncomfortable position. I've been going here for years but it's gotten less and less. Tonight I had an extremely difficult order....3 chik fil a sandwiches and 3 large fries. I was made to pull over into the parking lot on the side after dodging several people. I counted 13 vehicles go thru the line before I got so infuriated that I started to walk in barefooted to ask for my refund. I was met halfway with my order and discussed my "terrible" experience with the employee. Couldn't have cared less. Fries are cold. (Couldn't see that coming huh). Management is terrible. The cleanliness of this Chick Fil A was embarrassing. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was paper products everywhere, dirty toilets, and filthy floors. The restaurant was pretty gross too. The floor needed to be mopped. There was a spill on the floor and a girl was mopping it up with a towel on a stick. First off all, I would like to say this Chick-fil-A is the worst I've ever been to. If i could give -100 stars i would. The service is terrible, you ask a question about getting a refill on your drink and the staff just turns their head and completely ignored you like you are invisible to them. Next, you realize you have hair in your drink and fries. You soon realize that the person who served you is the hair that in your meal. Sure wasn't mine because my hair is black and my servers hair was orange. What's next? Oh lemme go ahead and tell you. The place is really dirty and infested with flies. Who would want to bring their family in there? This Chick-fil-A should be shut down because of how poorly it is being run. This Chick-fil-A delivered the typical quality and customer service level that I expect from every location. We dashed through the drive-through just a few minutes before breakfast was ending in late January. Thankfully, they still had everything that we wanted to order - chicken biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and hash browns. I checked the bag to make sure all of our food was there before jumping back on I-75 northbound. However, I was frustrated to discover several miles away that we had not received utensils and was forced to eat my very sticky and gooey cinnamon rolls with my hands. read more

The food is always good, but very small portions at this location. The chicken looked as if they were cut in half and whoever packed the hash browns looked as if it was half eaten out of. This restaurant was not clean at all, flies everywhere (note this was only 3 hours after opening), bathroom was gross, and it didn't help the workers "cleaning" were rude. Walked into a filthy restaurant. Every table floor had French fries or food underneath. Table tops were all dirty.. it was 4... lunch rush was well over. I cleaned my own table. This is my first bad review I have ever posted. We attempted to make a quick stop on our road trip. Walked into the dirtiest Chik Fil A ever! The credit card swiper was so dirty I couldn't see the screen to approve my purchase. Had to clean it off with an alcohol wipe. Thank goodness for Wet Ones!! I slid on the greasy floor twice while waiting for my name to be called. The bathroom floor was in need of a decent mopping. It is understandable that this location was busier than usual with holiday traffic, but the tidiest spot in the restaurant should not have been the stack of mayo packets. Having said all this, Chik Fil A will be one of my favorite fast food chains. This location needs a thorough cleaning read more

This Chick-fil-a does not live up to the Chick-fil-A brand or the Cathy family legacy. It serves its purpose of serving up the standard menu, but the store itself is gross. Sadly, this is not due to any lack of effort of the staff, it is simply the fact that they cannot keep up with the volume of visitors. As my other yelper friends have noticed, this is pretty much the perfect midway stop between Atlanta and Florida, and the first well populated exit off of I-75 south of Macon but before Valdosta. As a result, it's been PACKED with people each and every time I've stopped. The building just can't seem to keep up with the demand. The floors are sticky, the bathrooms bare of paper towels and toilet paper, the seats in the booth are torn, and of course, expect to waitwaitwaitwait to place your order and get your food. You can tell the employees are working just as hard as they can, but they just can't keep up with the crowds. I'll continue to stop, as it's the healthiest fast food meal right off the interstate, but I won't be expecting the pleasurable Chick-fil-A experience I'm used to. read more

I've watched this restaurant consistently get worse over the last couple years. Now when we visit the restrooms are barely cleaner than a gas station. No soap, and only one paper towel dispenser working. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. Trash on the play ground. Mediocre service by employees. So.... chic fil a is finally open again. The building is beautiful and parking lot is better. HOWEVER the service is AWEFUL!!! I arrived at 8:14 am and ordered a chicken biscuit and tea. 26 later I received my food and a slight attitude. Maybe things will change as time passes. Then today I was dumb enough to spend $32 on lunch for it to be ice cold. Why???? Bc this chic fil a. Operators differently than EVERY OTHER ONE IN THE WORLD. Although the app says that you can order and pay when you get there you cannot. The $32 order was paid for on the app and the $7 order was not. So we waited an ungodly amount of time for a salad to b made while the rest of the food was ICE COLD. Much like the managers attitude. I waisted 3 mins of my life speaking to a manager that didn't care. Save your money and time and go some where that is fast friendly and polite! This restaurant is way too dirty. I love chick-fil-A and they're always my roadtrip food/pit stop of choice for the family. The floors and restrooms here were filthy. (Side note: the restaurant was incredibly crowded in a haphazard way, as was their drive-thru. I know the crowds are typical for busy times at CFA). Their play area is outside, which isn't necessarily a problem, but it was dirty as well. This was not a CFA experience. I would prob never step foot in this one again, since I expect CFA to have a much higher standard. read more
