Chick-Fil-A has a superstar Miss Deborah has worked here for 14 years. I know that because I first came here 14 years ago when my sons were born down the street. I stopped in for breakfast and she said I am starting today. Fourteen years later she is serving here with excellence, and she is a beacon of light. She greet me and everyone else. She asks everyone if they want anything else. I saw her walking around the whole time greeting people, and she was even outside cleaning the patio. Now the Food: I ordered a chicken biscuit and the chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich. Both were good and chick-fil-a has kept prices reasonalble. its a very family friendly enviroment. I also saw a lot of people in the kids' area taking pictures with balloons. They have a playground where the kids can play. Great experience, excellent service, and the food is consistent. I came into the drive thru but I soon realized that not only was my line not moving but the worker was only taking the orders of the other lane, once I finally made it to the box to place an order no one attended me until eventually after taking the orders of everyone behind me and the other lane the worker outside finally came to take my order, at that point over 10 cars that came after me had passed me and I was over it and choose to just leave. The worse place ever - they have the worst customer service ever. The coworker yelled at me because she said I was rude. This is my millionth time here my daughter loves it and this is the first rude encounter. In the other lane 5 cars had past and only 2 cars in our lane then when ordering she rushed me to order and when I told her I was still ordering she then went to go get another worker loudly saying I was rude which I could hear from the second lane. When I addressed it to the other worker and asked for her name she then stormed over and yelled to me "So what's your name!" I've been coming to this location for years and the food quality has been very inconsistent over the last year. Some days, the food is on point then other days, it seems like they quality control is very low. I don't understand how the managers who stand behind the registers aren't checking the food before they're given to the customers. Today, I purchased 2 meals and used rewards points toward the 3rd meal. Recently I've noticed whenever I use points to redeem an item, the item is lacking their normal standard. Today all 3 orders of fries that were ordered were very low and barely hot. The guy at the register didn't give me a receipt, and when I asked him for one he seemed to have an attitude, which was disappointing. Overall, this location needs a revamp in the customer service and food quality. Ms. Deborah is the only highlight about visiting this location as she always has a warm welcome and caring personality. The biscuit and chicken are of course smaller than the chicken sandwiches, but are more than enough for for this first meal of the day. Even late at Night this Restaurant stays busy however the Drive Thru line moves pretty quick. I decided to order a Chicken Deluxe Meal with Fries and a Cherry Coke. My daughter ordered a 12 piece Chicken Nugget Meal with Fries and a Dr. Pepper. We also added on a Medium sized Macaroni and Cheese since it is amazing. The Macaroni and Cheese is hot and has a generous amount of cheese throughout. My favorite part is the toasted cheese layer at the top. Our food was fresh and tasted even better than the last time we visited. We have never had a bad experience at any Chick-Fil-A but this location is a regular hot spot for us and many other locals. Today was my first time ever at Chick-fil-A. I've driven by many times, but to be honest, I'm not a fan of chicken sandwiches. But the stars were lined up today...I had a coupon for a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, I was hungry, and I was driving right by. I had heard that parking was difficult, but there was a space right in front waiting for me. So far so good...I parked and walked in and didn't have to wait too long. In addition to the complimentary sandwich, I ordered waffle fries. I like fries that taste like potatoes, and these fit the bill. My sandwich was amazingly good...it was quite large and the chicken was juicy. I even liked the packet of Heinz ketchup which allowed for dipping. The servers were pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. As I sat eating, I noticed one of the staff thanking people for coming in as they came thru the door.
