As all of them are, this location is just as busy. Great quick service. No outdoor seating, the dine is small. Clean dining room. Hot and fresh food!
My first stop every time I visit LA, I always need my in-n-out fix when I land. I get #2, the cheeseburger meal and lots of spread. My brother got the double-double burger. Service was good, usually I take it to go but this time my brother and I just ate inside. This place is always busy. I love in-n-out burger!
In-N-Out is always a solid meal when you're looking for something quick. I arrived at this location around 8:30pm and it was packed. There was a long line at the drive thru, so I went inside. The girl at the front got my order right away, and I was able to get my food in 5 minutes. I am giving this location 3 stars because the fries tasted old and the quality wasn't as fresh as it usually is.
In N out! In N out! That's what a hamburrrrrrrger....alllll about! Every time I eat at In-N-Out, that jingle immediately starts playing in my head. This location has a good amount of indoor seating along with a few tables outside, so we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably while our fur baby happily munched on a pup patty. One thing I really like is the decent sized parking lot at this location. And maybe it's just me, but either I've gotten bigger over the years or the burgers have gotten smaller... which probably means it's finally time for me to upgrade to a Double-Double!
Ordered cheeseburger with raw onions. Was tasty and fresh as always. Service in the drive thru was fast and efficient. This location had two workers outside helping which was great and sped up the lines. They even gave me a mat so I would make a mess in my car. Great experience, highly recommend.
My In-N-Out order? Double Double Protein Style, with grilled onions! Side of French Fries, no salt. Unfortunately I sat on the side of the soda fountain and it's freaking cold in that area because of the AC vent and loud too when they call out numbers. Service is decently fast. Great staff working there! Bypass the drive-thru and park to order inside if you don't want to wait in the car line.
If You Ever Need a Break From a Seemingly Endless Drive, on The 405, and desire a placec to get comfortable, and take a trip, back in time, this is great location, to get on and off the freeway, quickly. We went inside, just an hour before The Charger's Football Game, against the Houston Texans. Everyone was fueling up with burgers, fries, milkshakes, and sodas, so they wouldn't have to take a second mortgage on their homes, in order to eat at the nearby, SoFi Stadium. They definitely needed plenty of what this amazing fast food chain, has been serving since 1948, because The Texans scored 2 unanswered touchdowns, an hour or, or so later, rightc off bat, and a bellyful of Americana would definitely help to ease the pain! In any event, the young lady who ran the cash register was friendly, respectful, and efficient. When I realized that I had made a mistake when I ordered, she immediately told the manager, who made an adjustment, in a highly professional and friendly manner. All of his crew, did a great job and not only handling, the inside, but keeping the drive through lines moving, so patrons in their Charger Gear, could get to the stadium quickly! The restrooms were spotlessly clean and able to accommodate 3 patrons at a time, for each gender or "They." The large vanilla shake, a double burger with an extra patty, and lightly salted fries, along with a lettuce wrapped burger, did the trick for this old school, disabled senior citizen, and his partner in crime!
The service was really fast compared to my previous visits. I got animal style burger, a Neapolitan shake, and fries. It was really good. The only downside is the ambiance. This is located in a mall area and near a freeway.
As someone from Washington, I was pretty excited to finally try In-N-Out when I came over here I got the Double-Double and fries, both animal style Starting with the burger, this was excellent. Quite possibly the best fast food burger I've had. While the patties aren't super thick - the duality of them allows for a much deeper bite and increased beef flavor when you bite into them. What I found unique about this burger was the ordering of the ingredients. The two cheese slices were on top, then the two burger patties, and lastly the rest of the toppings/sauce. What this did was make the cheese and beef the focus of the burger - particularly the cheese - so those were the two main things I tasted . The cheese was in fact really good and melted perfectly, which added to how good the overall experience was. I also very much enjoyed the sauce at the bottom - there was a good amount of it, and the vegetables were decent too The buns might be my favorite part of this burger - they were astoundingly soft and quite thick as well. Really satisfying to bite into I did like the fries less, though The animal style spread on top was pretty good, but the problem is that the fries were all really soggy - even ones untouched by the spread. There was no crunch or bite to the fries, which left a good portion of them tasting like potato that had barely been fried at all. In addition, there wasn't really any seasoning at all. Comparing it to another place, I like the burger better than Shake Shack, but the fries are a lot better over there For the price, this is pretty incredible. I paid around 11 dollars for this meal, which ended up being incredibly filling. Fantastic value
Friendly service. Delicious food. Restrooms were clean. The staff really do a great job with keeping things clean! My go to order is the double double animal style. Always order fries light well done and it's perfect. Spread on the side for dipping. No need for ketchup. If there's a long drive thru line, park and order inside. It's probably faster.
Get a burger with extra tomatoes so good and extra in an out sauce think it might be called animal sauce but it's really good
I'm typically a drive thru customer, but decided to dine inside as I didn't want to drive on the 17th. The register service was lackluster and the in dining experience was disgusting. There was a clear lack of lobby attention for more than 30 minutes prior to my entering. We placed our order and sat at the cleanest appearing table. The floor was sticky and my shoes kept on sliding because of the residue that had not been cleaned. We were in the restaurant for about 35 minutes and still no one had checked the lobby or had concern over the lobby. DEFINITELY will skip the lobby experience and stick to getting my food TO GO.
Nothing like a Double Double from My In-N-out. After today's visit, THIS store came up a notch. Couple weeks ago, I was disappointed by a dirty, messy store. The line is always shorter here for some reason. Maybe not walkable from residential neighborhoods or hotels. Stopped in for my favorite go to, Double Double protein style, usually with raw onion(Healthy Choice) Animal style. If you have In and Out urge, come and get it.

More restaurants need to copy what In N Out is doing: focus on a few products and spend your time and resources in making those few products as great as possible. For In N Out, they make burgers, fries, and shakes. Not only that, but they put an emphasis on customer service so these workers tend to be more professional than the other chain burger places. I generally prefer to get two burgers over a double double. The latter gives you an extra meat patty for an extra $2-$2.50; but if you pay an extra $3-$4, you get a whole burger instead of just a single meat patty. I bought two cheeseburgers and fries. You can add extra lettuce and tomato to your burgers at no extra cost and you can also ask for their signature special sauce too if you would rather have that instead of ketchup with your fries. This cost me $11.88. And at such a cheap price, I was able to be quite full. read more

Brought my feast of fresh never frozen 100% USDA ground chuck beef patties and fries down to the beach. It's my last day in LA for a minute so I gotta do it right. I'm penning this to you live from the Manhattan Beach sand, one 4 patty hamburger already demolished and another on deck, with the Red Hot Chili Peppers "Sick Love" on loop, half a pre-roll deep. This is probably about as California as it gets ahahah. But I don't surf or play volleyball so I think we're alright. I don't know how anyone can argue against In-N-Out as being the best fast food burger. The meat actually tastes like meat and it is dirt cheap. When someone says they don't like In-N-Out it's like okay we get it bro you're so cool and such a contrarian you should get a nobel peace prize bro just cuz you think so different. My b I'm getting heated but I'm passionate about this. Y'all need to stop playing with In-N-Out I swear. They have it dialed in: it's cheap, lines are always long but move hella quick, employees are actually nice and helpful, and the quality of the ingredients is best in class. Alright I'm about to go at this other burger and fries but look how cost efficient this is: I got a total of 8 patties (2 4x4s), fries, and an XL drink for a total of $21.24. INFLATION BUSTER!!!!!! Food it's always good, services always nice and ambiance it's friendly. I was surprised to see that their drive through workers have no umbrella while they work hard on the rain! Sad to see that such company can't provide the proper PPE for their employees! See attached picture. Just sad to see! read more

Parking lot is small but you can make it work. The line is always long but that's with most locations. Today there was a long dark hair in my burger. Was completely disappointing as we waited so long in line after a long shift at work. I was grossed out so I didn't eat it. read more
