The cutest little coffee shop! Lots of drink and food options. Great place for lunch, meeting friends, or doing some work. It gets PACKED in the morning so plan accordingly!

I came to this coffee shop on my way back from a long run at the beach. I've been wanting to try it out for a while and finally got the chance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is large and spacious with a lot of seats. It's really open and has nice natural lighting and there is also a little patio area with outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really liked the vibes of the cafe and that alone would convince me to come back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a lot of various merch on display as well as house coffee beans and bottled drinks. There's also an area with board games and books to borrow.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cashier at the front was really nice and chill. He listed the different options for milk for my lattes and refilled the water tank at the end of the station after being notified it was low. I love that they had a chilled water tank that's self serve in the cafe because that hit after my run. For drinks I got a teddy graham latte with oat milk which was a seasonal spring menu item. It was topped with cinnamon which gave it almost a little spicy kick in the beginning that I was not mad about. The oat milk was so creamy and I liked that the latte wasn't overly sweet. I also got a matcha latte with oat milk for my mother-in-law. The matcha was delicious and the drink again was not overly sweet which can be the case at some other places. I didn't get any food this time but the pastries were all very temping and looked so good on display. I also saw some other customers eating sandwiches that looked hearty so I may need to make another trip here to try out some of the food. Overall, really nice cafe that I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Matcha latte 3/5: decent latte but not as comparable to other places in the South Bay Service 5/5: went Sunday morning and was very crowded and busy but the cashier was giving everyone personalized attention Baguette 2/5: wasn't fresh and petty stale [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance 5/5: I loved that there was a lot of additional things you could buy and a lot of it showcased local South Bay finds.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating 4/5 decent amount of tables but there weren't a lot of plugs so if you're coming to work you'll have to fight for a good spot[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking 3/5: small lot

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is a such a cute little hangout spot![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good sandwiches and the option to build your own in case you aren't quite interested in the ones on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My girls and I sat with our sandwiches and watched multiple people come and go, seems like a decent place to grab and go for coffee too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have to try next time, I was there for the sandwiches! Staff was friendly. Parking was really hard as there aren't a whole lot of spaces, you'll have better luck on the street or in a residential area.

Ahhhh!!!! I wanted to love this cafe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything is so beautiful here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, the drinks were very watery, didn't have any coffee flavor. The avocado toast was bland but the butter and jam were good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place for pics but maybe before going think about customizing your drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - South Bay Coffee Buzz

A cute cafe located on Aviation. Drive too fast and you'll miss the turn into the parking lot. They have inside and outside seating. Order at the counter. They'll call your name when ready. This was our first visit after my friend recommended trying their fall inspired lattes. We came for the lattes and decided to stay for lunch. That was a great on the spot decision! We ordered to share: Iced fig and cardamom latte. I liked it, a tad too sweet for me. Next time, I'll ask them to adjust the sweetness level by a quarter. Pumpkin spice latte. This was really good and perfect sweetness level. Definitely a repeat! L&H toast. Goat cheese, lavender and honey. Pairs well with both lattes! Parisian sandwich. I tend to crave a Parisian ham sandwich. At first my husband thought I was joking when I would ask for a ham sandwich. Now he knows I crave a Parisian, not just a plain ham sandwich!Their take on the Parisian is not bad and will suffice. I'll probably order this again. Their menu looks interesting and there's a number of items that we'd like to try. There's limited tummy space so we'll have to come back multiple times to try their lattes and sandwiches! Try it! Enjoy!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great neighborhood cafe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We enjoyed the cold brew smoothie, a matcha scone and one of the Spring sandwiches. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a popular place to enjoy a meal and conversation so seating can be hard to come by especially on weekends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place is cute! (an added perk: free easy parking in their lot!) I was here a few weeks ago (10/13/25) after a pool day with my dogs and decided to get something to eat and drink for the drive home because there was a lot of traffic. The place was clean and welcoming and there's a section right when you walk in where they sell their own honey products and more. I looked at the menu beforehand but I didn't expect them to have a fall menu with a lot of amazing seasonal options so I changed my mind last minute. I ordered and Iced Apple Pie Matcha Latte (I asked for it slightly less sweet) and boy, did it hit the spot! I love when cafes come up with something like this where you haven't gotten anywhere else. This matcha was absolutely delicious and it came with a dehydrated apple making the presentation on point as well. I also ordered a Cali Turkey "Club" and it did not disappoint. The sandwiches are made to order which sets them apart from a lot of cafes and coffee shops that sell pre-made sandwiches. You're allowed simple mods (I asked for extra tomato and add jalapenos). Absolutely fresh and delicious. One thing to note is that they ran out of the bread they normally use so I opted for multi grain bread which was even better in my opinion. Service was 10/10. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful when I asked her questions about whether I can make a drink less sweet or what kind of mods I can do for my sandwich. I even ordered a make-your-own sandwich for my dogs with just the meat, cheese, and bread and they devoured. Extra shout-out to the guy making my sandwich because WOW. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be sure to stop by!

My sister-in-law who lives here in Redondo Beach stopped by Lavender & Honey for pastries before meeting us for brunch and snagged some Matcha Scones for us. She knows I'm a hardcore foodie and pastries are my weakness. Haha. I love a good scone but it's usually hit or miss as scones have a tendency to be very dry. Luckily for me, this was a win. The scones were not dry at all but more moist than anything. The matcha flavor wasn't super strong so it was a good hint of matcha. Lavender & Honey has been on my list so next time I'm in town I hope to stop by and check out the store and grab some coffee and pastries.

Seasonal Iced Pumpkin Purée Latte with Oatmilk. I found it to be a bit watered down.

Oh wow! Whoever made my orange creamsicle latte knows what they are doing! Usually when I come here, the drinks are pretty average. This iced creamsicle placed the espresso flavor forward and then the homemade citrus syrup which added a nice flavor. Even with oat milk it was simply perfect! The girl at the counter was super helpful too! I got my usual blueberry lavender jam and matcha ginger scone! Hats off to you L + H!

A wonderful coffee spot in Redondo Beach. Its sister cafe is the original in Pasadena. You get the same vibe in Redonda and the staff is amazing, welcoming and helpful. Eager to connect with you to make you feel appreciated. We stopped here after picking up the Hermosa Beach Triathlon bib for my hubby. So glad we stopped. I know where we are coming after the race.

Pistachio honey latte and white cherry matcha
    Rebecca T.

4-1/2 stars I enjoyed my pistachio honey latte (nutty and sweet, with the cutest latte art!) and potato chip pastrami sandwich: never thought potato chips go inside a sandwich, but they added a nice texture to it! Pastries (almond croissant, cardamom bun) were decent, too. Unfortunately, the white cherry matcha drink didn't quite work, as I found the cherry did not pair very well with the matcha. Plus, the matcha wasn't strong enough, as I was tasting mostly milk. Overall, L&H is a nice little place with come decent coffee and sandwiches. Service was pleasant, too. I'd go back to try more food and drink from this establishment!

I was in the area and was looking for a place to study/work. This popped up, looked at their menu,…read moreand got intrigued with their Mango Sticky Matcha and croissants. I got there close to 6pm and everyone was so nice. The lady that took my order was friendly and welcoming. I got their Mango Sticky Matcha. It was pretty interesting. Loved that it has a rich matcha flavor and mango sticky flavor didn't overpower the drink. If anything, it complimented well with the matcha. I love it and would absolutely order it again. Unfortunately, they didn't have any pastries left other than a couple bagels. I wanted to try their croissants but maybe next time when I'm in the area again. The place is super clean and organized. They have a wifi, an outlet, a couple tables for single or multiple customers as well as comfy couches. The restroom was also clean and smells great. Highly recommend this place. Not only was I able to complete so many tasks but was also able to just relax. Loved the vibe here!

One thing that…read moreimmediately caught my attention was that they offer grass jelly as a topping, one of my favorites. I ordered their summer special, the HK Matcha Latte, made with matcha, milk, brown sugar, and of course grass jelly. It was smooth, refreshing, and the perfect drink for a warm day. My husband customized his own fruit-infused tea with lychee jelly and salted cold foam, and he really enjoyed his combination as well. The shop has a handful of small tables and seats, and we got to relax and enjoy our drinks. Keep in mind that the tables are on the smaller side. If you're planning to work or study there, you'll probably only have enough room for a laptop and not much else. Overall, it's a great addition to our boba rotation.
