7/1/19: Wow. What service! I pulled up and they were closed as of about 6 minutes prior. I had been driving for 10 hours and was pretty hungry so I asked if there was someplace nearby that was still open. Without missing a beat she said "We'll make you something! What do you want?" I finally got to experience chick filet and see what all the fuss was about. I was not disappointed. It was so delicious. I heard the friendly service was a thing but the guy taking my order was amazing. I felt like I was at Disneyland. They must have extensive training and a great work environment and maybe good pay and benefits. My meal was barely 200 calories and absolutely tender and delicious. I wish there were more of these restaurants by where I live. We drive out of our way to get here and I'm so glad we did. read more

I liked my visit, I was hungry, my food was nice and hot, I didn't wait a long time even though there were seven people ahead of me in line, they spent a little extra time brewing up a fresh pot of coffee, uumm Thank You!! It was worth the wait. No particular recommendations, I am a salad person, but I do like their soup quite a bit too. Hub always gets the grilled chicken sandwich. Absolutely fabulous customer service! Here from out of state but went out of our way because of a first Monday night of the month special. We were the only people and the order took forever because they burned the oatmeal and had to start over. Also coffee was undrinkable - threw out at the next rest stop. They forgot to give us sauce. I am so obsessed and we don't have it in Vegas so we ALWAYS stop here when driving through. I usually get the grilled chicken nuggets (with every sauce available for dipping), a chicken salad sandwich, and of course the frosted lemonade (best drink evvvver). -The chicken biscuits are delicious in the morning too! *Need to give a big shout-out to the employees at this Blue Lakes location because we ended up in a pickle traveling from WA to Las Vegas when our car key stopped working. It was a hectic hassle for us and we were stuck for the night in Twin Falls; our car was stuck in their parking lot for about 20 hours and they were so nice about it! The night manager even offered to keep and eye on it (the windows were stuck down and doors wouldn't lock). Fastest fast food place in town. The fast server continualy surprises me. Going through the drive-thru my order is always ready when I get to the window. Going inside they usually have my food to me before I can find a place to sit. On top of this the food is always fresh and great tasting. read more

The drive through line has always been way faster than the walk-in line, at least at lunch. Sometimes the wait is even doubled when you order inside. Most people go inside because the drive through line is always so long it shoots into the target parking lot but trust me, it's faster. read more

Not a typical thing that I review a run of the mill fast food restaurant. I had a bad experience at a chick fil a near my home (Long Beach, CA) and have stayed away from the place for a while. My husband and I were on vacation in Idaho and decided to stop in for a quick breakfast on our road trip home. This place was spotless, our food was nice and hot, and the employees were so kind and inviting. Seeing as how I live about 30 miles away from Twin, I don't go there too often but when I do I always go to Chick-Fil-A. They have the best chicken I have ever tasted, and unlike most restaurants they use Waffle French fries, (which are delicious by the way) and all of their food is just delicious. Every time I've gone there I've been welcomed with great hospitality and a hot meal. This is probably one of the best fast food places I've ever been to, and I'd recommend it to friends in a heart beat. If you don't believe me, just go try it out. You'll know what I mean. read more

I enjoy the original sandwiches at Chick-fil-A. Their food, no matter which location I visit has never been an issue. Before my most recent visit I had never experienced a significant wait time in the Drive-Thru. That ended during my visit to the Chick-fil-A in Twin Falls Idaho. It was just after 9 p.m. on a Saturday night. I had been at a wedding in Jerome , and stopped in for a little snack to take back to the hotel. There were three cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru. Placing my order was rather like being at a practice session for a speed reading competition. The associate taking my order, while hitting all the marks in terms of what they are supposed to say , and sounding friendly enough - was incredibly rushed. Moving forward from the order board I pulled up behind the now two cars ahead of me and began the wait. I was a a little bit distracted being in a new to me area comma I fiddled with my radio to find a station - and I thought about the wedding I had just come from. I realized that I still had my engine running, and that I hadn't moved forward in line. There was now a car behind me as well. Murphy's Law told me that if I were to turn off my engine then the car in front of me would immediately move so I may as well leave it running. This was a wrong move . I had glanced at my clock and knew that I had already spent 4 minutes in the line. I know it seems picky to call four minutes a long time, and I certainly wasn't a life-or-death situation. When you realize however that there are still two cars ahead of you it becomes a bit more of a jab to the psyche. 2 minutes later - now at the six-minute Mark since the last time I looked at my clock the vehicles moved. With my window down I heard a gentleman who I can only assume was the manager, apologize for the week to the vehicle second to the one ahead of me in line as he handed their order. That car moved there was now one vehicle between me and the pickup window. I turned off my engine. Another 4 minutes commenced. That vehicle moved comma again with an apology from whoever handed them their order for the wait time. The car directly ahead of me pulled forward. I thought hopefully, I'm not turning off my engine but I did it anyway. Less than two minutes later the car in front of me pulled away hyphen again haven't been apologize to for the wait time. I finally pulled to the window. I received the briefest of greetings, was given the total of my order and handed over my payment. sorry about the wait nothing. My card and receipt were handed to me along with my order in record time. Again with no apology for the now almost 15 minutes I'd spent in line since placing my order, no thank you for coming no have a good night. Before anyone decides to judge me, or come unhinged because I'm complaining about waiting in the Drive-Thru I want to make it clear that I spent a number of years on the other side of that drive-thru window. There are two things that concern me. First if they were indeed slow and knew it why not park one of the cars in front of me and attended the others after question mark especially if one of those orders was a large one or an order for something that takes a long time for prepare. I agree that one of the great things about Chick-fil-A is if they don't fix your food until you order it-but it when it comes to drive through service times there are limits. The second is even more important to me both as a consumer and someone who spent a number of years in the customer service industry, that I received absolutely no acknowledgement of the fact that I had waited as long as I did in order to get my food. Even something as simple as 'I am so sorry about the wait' would have gone a long way. Other than the time debacle, I was quite pleased with my visit. The store and grounds are well-maintained and well-lit and the food is nothing than the usual joy that I expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

Our family loves Chick-fil-A! Hands down, they have the best customer service, the cleanest facility, and the highest quality of food of any "fast food" chain. We are consistently impressed by these factors and of course, LOVE how family friendly they are! I greatly appreciate how clean EVERYTHING is - bathrooms, tables, high chairs, the kids' playing area. Got into town late last Friday evening and headed here for dinner. They were closing in about 15 minutes but still told us to come in and order. They didn't rush us out even after they closed. I don't get the cult-like following Chick-fil-A has here in Twin. But it is always very busy inside and always filled with smiling customers. I've been here twice. Each time I had to wait in a ridiculous line to order then hunt for a table. The chicken sandwich I had was blah. Nothing exciting. Just a typical chicken patty inside a typical bun with typical lettuce, tomato, and a pickle. About as exciting as a Monday afternoon at work... In college I worked in my school's cafeteria and made burgers, pizza, and coffee. We also made chicken sandwiches like the ones found in Chick-fil-A. Said chicken sandwiches from my college were so much better than Chick-fil-A.
