Freaky fast freaky good. It's Jimmy John's, not much more to say. Not sure why this location has relatively low reviews, I like it.

I would've selected a negative star if it existed. Not only should this business be absolutely ashamed of the products they serve but I rolls encourage people to not even give them any business. 10.99 for a regular sandwich and 21.99 for the giant. For a sub sandwich 22 bucks are serious? Look at the pictures, absolutely ridiculous. I picked it up on my way to work and opened it mid shift to find this ridiculous looking excuse of a sandwich. It's been 15 years since I first tried Jimmy John's. But after all these years and all these new franchises it's still the same sandwich I remember from way back when. It starts with a soft white bread loaf. Then add freshly sliced meats, veggies and other fixings. All prepared on an assembly line of sandwich makers. And still comes out good. This shop lives up to the fast, friendly services that I come to expect from JJs. Definitely worth a quick meal stop. read more

It's quick. It's convenient. It's right next to my office and I love it for lunch. I love the #12 minus the cucumbers. Add Peppers & Jimmy Mustard. Try it in an "Unwhich"! Lettuce instead of bread! Ordered two sandwiches, I asked them to put my cheese and tomatoes on the side. They said they can't do that. So I asked them to just put them on my husbands sandwich, they said ok and charged me $2.10 for extra cheese! My sandwich was all lettuce and bread, hardly any meat. Like Subway used to be decades ago before they sold out... fresh ingredients, tasty bread. They make a good sandwich, but these aren't your innovative sandwiches...just classics focused on flavor. The only thing I can't stand is the way they layer the ingredients. Cheese next to mayonaise just doesn't work unless you like your ingredients expelled from the other end. I was a regular for lunch. One of the days I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, they brought me a sandwich with turkey meat! Total no no for a vegetarian. I called and spoke to the manager to get a refund and she refused. I was on a break at work so had no time to get a new sub. Own up to your mistakes and make it right for the customer. I'm just off of North College by the new High School, and the Blue Lakes shop wouldn't deliver .... they say "Too far" .... What the heck ?? When the new shop opened up on Cheney Drive, I thought the problem was solved. Nope. If I wanted to drive to their shop, it takes me .. "literally" 4 minutes. They say still too far ! I live across the street from Jimmy John's...so you can imagine we "USED" to order from there quite frequently! The last 8 months or so, EVERY TIME...(no exaggeration) I order they cannot seem to run my credit card right. I re-read and re-read...one time I was actually on the phone for 15 minutes! It has got so bad, that the last time we received 3 free cookies (oh WOW!) Tonight took the cake though...I will NEVER go back! (to that one at least) I read and re-read my card to two different people. (less than last time!) I was told they have "scratchy phones, and if I had a problem that I should order online!". I said if you have bad phones shouldn't you replace them? Basically was told too bad so sad!! Went to Subway! I know one person doesn't matter to them...but the WORST customer service I have had over a consecutive period of time!!
