Workers her are doing a great job with the crap system that McDonald's has set up. Ordered my food online to go through the drive-through to be told that I had to pick it up inside. Went inside, waiter 15 minutes inside for two breakfast sandwiches while I watch three people come to the counter, order their food and receive their food before my online order ready. Why have an app? I guess I'm deleting and not using my app anymore. Fix your ordering and retrieval system for online orders. One counter for everything instead of a counter around the corner for online orders where it will sit there and get cold? read more

We ordered online and choose curbside pick up. Waited 20 minutes and had to go in to ask for our food and when they gave us our order they didn't give us everything we paid for. Edit: All we ordered was 2 6 piece nuggets and they only gave us one. After getting the one we were missing we left and once we got home we found they only gave us five nuggets instead of 6. The Deals on the app are tremendous! I arrived at this MicDonald's to pick up my order and the worker (Fisher) greeted me with a smile and gave me my food like he had been awaiting my arrival! Wait.. was he awaiting my arrival? This gets me thinking about maybe the app is spying on me and my life in order to give Fisher all my information so that he knows to wait for my arrival... The ambiance was nice and peaceful and I ate my nuggies in the back corner while not fearing to tread my mouth upon the bubbles in a MicDonald's sprite. I like/love Micdonald! read more

The service was terrible. We got ignored and put aside. we got our food and realized that they didn't give us sauce. So we did what a normal human being would do, and honked, or try to get their attention, but they simply ignored us. by this point, we were at that window for about five minutes and so we started knocking on the window like a normal human being would do. to our surprise, the lady then decided to turn into help us, and criticized us for being rude, and inappropriate. let's just say the customer service was a nightmare. read more

I went through the drive thru and The food was awful. Ordered 2 McChickens and 2 small fries. The fries were cold and there was a piece of what looked like a piece of balled up tape with hair stuck to it, I went around and went inside, the employee was nice and said it would be a minute wait on fresh fries, I got the fries and they weren't just out of the fryer, and there weren't any pickles added to the chicken as ordered, which isn't a big deal, took a bite of it and it didn't taste very fresh either, so we threw them away. I come to this particular McDonald's frequently, unfortunately, when I went through the drive thru at the Pole Line Restaurant, I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers and paid $2.16 and rounded up for charity. I didn't check my bag, so imagine my surprise when I finally was able to open the bag and found only one cheeseburger. I've had this happen a couple of times now. Not only was i shorted, but the sandwich in the bag was cold and the bun was hard... did this perhaps get recycled? I keep hoping for better service, perhaps one day. Sincerely, Angela S. read more

This establishment is awful. The lady who took my order was super sweet super helpful. But as soon as i get to the second window i'm greeted with a lady shoving food at me. Check the bag and i'm missing sauce. So we go to the front door and the lobby is closed. so i go back around to ask for sauce and i get to the window and she hands me one... and still has the audacity to get mad at me for asking for more. My order was 2 big macs, 2 med fries, 2 twenty piece nuggets. We have been to many McDonald's all across the west coast and have never been told that they can not take the sausage off of the big breakfast. My husband just kindly asked if he could request it with the manager (because it doesn't make sense that they couldn't just take the sausage off) and was told that the manager was busy. So we give up and just order it and fed the sausage to the dog so that it wasn't wasted (although she typically isn't allowed to have human food.). Then we got two EGG AND CHEESE MCMUFFINS, and we received two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. My husband told them that we don't eat meat, not to be one of 'those' vegetarians, but to assure that there wouldn't be meat on our other sandwiches. And yet it still happened. The two stars are because when he went to exchange the two sandwiches, the man was very kind about it. read more

This is not like the other McDonald's it's actually really slow and they're always understaffed I would not recommend going here, try to miss this one and go to the next town over. As when I went in to see what the issue was with the person told me it was declined. So I took out my bank app and show the manager that it charged me and she said it was declined. I said really it charged on my account at this I asked if it was ready yet and it was not even started. So I told her to cancel the order so then we went to jimmy Johns .So I check my app again to find not only that they did not cancel my order but charged seven times for a canceled order. Screwed up order placed through the drive thru. They never listen. I ordered a coffee with cream. I got a coffee with cream AND SUGAR. I don't eat McDonalds sugar in coffee because it is made from GMO corn syrup. If you go to McDonalds make sure you count, taste, examine everything you get because this drive thru continually screws up. read more
