Not all Chick-fil-A's are created equal. The Newtown location is surprisingly 10x better than this one in Warminster. I get the same Cobb salad every time and probably once every 10 days or so because it's my favorite. Sooo...I know this salad. In comparison, Newtown Chick-fil-A...the chicken is always plump, tender and not dried out. And...you get chicken with every single bite. The Newtown cobb salad is chopped better, has lots more tomatoes and lots more cheese sprinkled on it. This one in Warminster lacked love. It was still ok, but I would not crave it as I do the one in Newtown. Honestly, it is noticeably different. I know how much better this salad could be. Maybe it is busier at lunch than dinner (we had dinner) and the salad would be better at lunch??? (Although in Newtown it is excellent everytime of day). On a road trip and needed lunch. We spotted this Chick Fil-A and came in. We were greeted immediately and our order was taken. We sat down in a booth, and our food was brought out within a couple minutes. This location was very clean and the largest restaurant in the chain that I have ever been to. There is even an indoor play area for kids! The staff is very friendly and we were checked on several times, and also asked if we would like refills when we were leaving. We had the chicken sandwich and an 8 piece nugget with the Chick-fil-a sauce. The food was great as usual and I love their iced tea. Every time I've been in this chick fil a the service has been really fast which is nice. I've only ever gone in to order and I like that they have a nice area to wait that isn't very close to the dining area. It's huge and clean which is also another bonus. The parking lot is kind of small and cramped and it can be a little hard to access if you come in off of Jacksonville. Overall though, it's a nice location! read more

The one star is because of what I witnessed while getting my food here. The food here was good. Hot and tasted great. BUT, what I witnessed between management and employee was disgusting. I would never ever let my child work under that manager. He was beyond unprofessional, seemed like he has a napoleon complex and is on a power trip. My heart actually broke for the employee. I come here pretty often considering I live 2 mins away. It sucks that this location is one of the worst Chik-fil-a's as it comes to customer service and food quality. Fries are usually soggy and all over the inside of the bag. They do not change the oil of the fryer often enough bc the fried chicken is very dark. Only location that doesn't say "my pleasure!" or sound happy to serve you like other locations. They do not ask what sauce you want, you have to tell them! I think management oversight is a problem. The workers seem to be entitled millennials that just talk amongst themselves while the customers deal with their nonsense. Please do not have the cashiers handle utensils or other food products during covid times. Also, the slowest drive thru out of all the Chik-fil-a's I've been to. I have only seen orders being taken outdoors 2 times out of maybe 30+ visits, during high volume hrs, when the line gets long. I recently visited chicfila for our family meal during the week. My kids ordered the mac&cheese and chicken nuggets. Usually they are spot on with the food, but today I'm not sure if they ran out of the mac&cheese and just put the leftovers in the cups. I ordered three mac & cheese, the two other cups had half of what they normally get. Of course my kids weren't happy campers because they saw the difference with the portions. I am a constant chik fil a customer and have been to this specific store plenty of times as it's closest to home. And while the customer service is good and food is always good, I'm getting a little fed up with always having a missing order of nuggets or no straws and no utensils for an ordered drive thru salad. It's frustrating when I order food to go and there's food missing or utensils not in my bag, making me unable to eat on the go. The girl taking my order was a little hard to understand (she kind of talked like she had marbles in her mouth) but she seemed nice and got my order correct, so that's what matters. This place has gone down hill fast. We ordered at the drive up last week. The chicken was so much smaller on the chicken sandwich with pickles. Plus it was dried out and burnt around the edges. I usually only use the drive thru- I have 4 kids and am not nearly crazy enough to want to bring them into the restaurant and actually order food, but they've never screwed up my order yet (and that's saying a lot bc usually we have kids' music blasting, at least someone screaming, and my own frazzled mind trying to figure out an order). I've never had a problem with the food, although I'll say that sometimes the drive-thru line gets backed up, but I've never been to a Chick Fil A that didn't have a line at 5:30PM. This place was great until COVID. Now, they have a mile-long drive-through line that snakes around the parking lot. It may appear that they have 2 drive-thru lines but they merge into 1 and it's slow. It doesn't help that you can't get inside service, despite the fact that we are in Green and restaurants are allowed to open. I even tried Curbside service once - what a mistake - I had to wait 20 minutes (despite the fact that I pre-ordered) and they screwed up my order. Take my advice, don't go here unless you have at least an hour to kill for lunch. read more

Not only the best in the fast food industry but arguably one of the best I've had in any hospitality industry. They put the customer 1st, and it shows. The Spicy Chicken and Chick-fil-A sandwich was very good in taste and quality. The Waffle fries are good too! Cons- just about everything else I've had here is average at best. The Wrap was ice cold and tasteless. The various chicken salads are decent nice amount of chicken meat but nothing special that would make me want to try it again. Nuggets and chicken strips were below average and small but saved by the assortment of many dressings and dips you can chose from. I can see where some may really like this place especially good for families with kids with the play areas and all ,but beware can get very noisy here! There is nothing that exciting for me to make this a regular pit stop over KFC which I prefer for fast food chicken. Final verdict- Just A-OK if you stick with one of the sandwiches and fries!
