What first stands out to me is that it was pouring rain today and the staff went out of their way to help people in the downpour: opening doors as people came in with umbrellas and I even saw an employee escort an elderly man with a walker using a large cover to shield him from the downpour. I just had to review... ordered $20+ worth of filets and strips today and asked for BBQ sauce. I got one. Yup. Just one packet. They are lucky the spicy chicken filet was good and I won the fight for that ONE sauce we were allowed. Full and satisfied but there's thar lingering feeling. Just one packet of sauce. My first time at any Chick-fil-A and I have to say it was better than expected! The service was fantastic and my cashier William, was very helpful and patient! The restroom was so clean!!!! What a delight to walk into a women's stall and it was actually clean! Thank you Chick-fil-A! I do wish there was more vegetarian options but I am at Chick-fil-A! Made a catering order 5 days before my event, received a confirmation that my order was received and when I called asking why my order was not delivered they said they didn't know about it. They finally came half hour late. We had a party bus taking us downtown for an event so we we all late to it because of this. Did the drive-thru at noon on a Saturday. They must be successful in keeping the line moving because when I pulled in there was only 1 car ahead of me. Friendly service, of course. HORRIBLE experience. Avoid While the dining room is not open is not the fault of the company they should know by now that they need extra help to flow the drive through as efficiently as possible. Taking over 30 minutes from arrival at the drive thru to finally get to the pick up window only to sit there and watch Mark ( the manager on duty) rebuking 2 employees in front of other employees and while I was STILL waiting for my order. I'm sick and tired of this Chick Fil A refusing to FIX their menu on DoorDash. I have complained to the store repeatedly, and also complained to corporate, and nothing. Nada. Zilch. Manager apparently could care less that at least eight items are just randomly missing from the DoorDash app that appear on the Chick Fil A and Grub Hub apps. I do door dash on the side and every time I pick up an order from here, it's usually all prepared for me to pick up 99.9% of the time. And when it's not, they always assure me pleasantly that it will be ready soon and it usually only takes an extra minute or two for it to be prepared. Everyone who works here is great but I do want to make a special shout-out to Hannah and Crystal. They usually handle my orders and are always professional and pleasant. Love the spicy chicken deluxe with pepperjack cheese. Good lemonade and waffle fries! Everything is fresh! The inside is very nice. They have a play area inside for young kids - albeit, it's very small. The customer service here is incredible - a staple of their franchise. Their response to almost anything is "Yes sir" and "My pleasure." The best fast food franchise in America! I go into food prep areas of a lot of different fast food franchises and Chick-Fil-A tops them all, because everything is made fresh - from the salads to fruit cups. This is one of the newer locations in the Chicagoland area, there is ample parking since it is located in a strip-mallish-area--but beware if there are any huge sporting events--bdubs is also in the same area--and parking can get a little hairy. I like the layout of this location. It seems to be more for big groups---which I just so happened to be a part of when I visited. Bonus for them! I also like the new grilled chicken options available---hooray as I'm trying to be less terrible. No issues when I visited. Just think they need to have a better system if they're going to bring out food to you---I can see this getting pretty crazy if the place is packed. read more

Never had a bad experience at a chick-fil-a before visiting this one. We went there after a volleyball game on a Friday night. They missed our order and left it sitting on the counter while they served customers after us. We finally went up and told them we had been there before customers who already had their food. We finally got our order which was wrong. I asked for the manager and he came out and told us they were busy and never came back. The staff at this location is delightful! I often come here for breakfast when I am in a rush and have no time to cook. Breakfast is always cooked well and tastes great. At times the line is super long but they work quickly and the line that would normally take 10+mins ends up only taking 2-3mins. I highly recommend this location to anyone! read more

I have not had any negative experiences with the food at this specific Chick Fil A that a few people have complained about. My food is always hot and has always been correct. I definitely give them an A+ on the mac n' cheese. Always has a nicely browned cheesy top. Better mac n' cheese than any other fast-food places that serve the same thing. Chicken nuggets (both grilled and fried) are good. Kind of unhappy they got rid of the chicken strips unless you want them spicy (do not like spicy). I will agree with everyone else about the waffle fries -- hey folks what is the deal with these? They are always kind of limp. 99% of the time I am getting delivery, so I crisp them up at home to my own liking. I'd think Chick Fil A would survey their customers or something on the fry thing, because I bet a lot of people aren't crazy about the fries. I did discover they are WAY better dipped in their Polynesian sauce, LOL. Love their kale side salad (wish it came in a larger size). Also, why don't they have a basic Caesar salad??? Love the frosted lemonade and desserts. The shakes are too sweet for me, but kids like them. I give the food 4+ stars, the employees 5 stars because they are always so nice to me. But the drive thru gets like 1 star because it always takes so darn long because the lines are ridiculous (why I now order delivery, much faster). You guys really need to do something about the long drive-thru lines. Seems like the whole drive thru thing needs re-routed or something. Anyway the 5-star rating isn't because I think their food is 5-star, but because they are way better than all the other fast-food options around here except for The Patio restaurant, which actually has better food overall (and a much more extensive menu). I've only dined in here and went through the drive-thru one time each. For the dining in, service was decent, place is clean and the overall atmosphere was fairly nice, no real issues there. Food isn't anything to write home about but then again I never hold any sort of high expectations when it comes to fast food locations. For the drive-thru we were waiting for over ten minutes here, not sure why but it may have been due to the colder weather and it being the prime of rush hour, who knows. I can't say I was too happy but it's understandable, it didn't seem as if any of the workers were NOT working. When I finally pulled up and received my orders, the clerk was kind enough to even give us a free meal card for our next visit. It's the thought that counted and I did appreciate that, hence why I did not give a lower star review. Ultimately, this isn't my place of choice just again due to the fact that I don't come here unless if requested by others and if I am hungry enough to do so, but the service here thus far has been accommodating though I find the parking a tad cramped since it's in that strip mall area of Willowbrook that has cars buzzing in and out due to Buffalo Wild Wings being right on the other side. read more
