Well, let me tell you something. I tried CAVA for the first time at a different location, and I gave that location three chances. I left disappointed every single time. Before giving up on CAVA altogether, I decided to drive about 20 minutes to try a different location. I'm so glad I did because it completely changed my opinion. It really does matter which location you go to. Even though it's a franchise, the quality, freshness, and preparation can vary. This location was excellent--the food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you've had a bad experience at another CAVA, don't give up. Great location, clean and friendly environment and great service. Ordered Harissa avocado bowl and it was amazing ! I got Skhug topping with it and was super combo. Fresh ingredients and great hummus and feta with spicy chicken. Unfortunately the fryer was not working so couldn't get the crisps or pitas or falafel. And it's no one's fault. My bestie was in town and has a lot of dietary restrictions. Cava is awesome because you can personalize your bowl to your liking/need. If you have ordered from Chipotle or Bibibop, the structure is basically the same. One thing I wish these restaurants would do better is improve their signage to enlarge it. While we wait in line, it would help customers move through the ordering process. I felt my in my salmon bowl the ingredients were fresh. I probably would have done without the dips and sauces. They also have fancy teas and lemonade for their fountain drinks. Price for a bowl and drink will run you over $20. They have nice amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Upon its opening weeks and months, this place was absolute dynamite. Big servings, fresh, hot food, but now - the serving sizes have been seemingly halved at the minimum, you CAN NOT get any "light dressings", they'll instead just cover the entire bowl with a 6 second squeeze of garlic, BUT if you can get past that overwhelming wet, sloppy feel to your "meal" you will soon discover the very obviously stale pita chips, and the rubbery chicken that you paid extra for. Place was legit gold at the start, and will continue to appear a gem, with the new construction and minimalist vibe, but hooooly cow has the quality/service spiraled. read more

Frustrated that I wasn't the first review, but the second. The restaurants only been open for two days. It's been up for a while, but the last few weeks have been training only, and they just opened it up for guests the day before Thanksgiving. What can I say? The food is good, great ingredients, fresh and flavorful. Probably slightly high on the sodium, and a good 30% more expensive than other food options in the area. But I guess that's what you pay for quality. I like how friendly the staff are, and the restaurant was pretty clean even though I went 20 minutes before they closed. There were a lot of people eating inside, so I'm hoping this place succeeds. I've always thought of Cava as the kind of place that serves central business districts and finance people in big cities, so I'm surprised to see it in a Willowbrook shopping center. Tried Cava for the first time and it was delicious! The line was to the door, but moved fairly quickly. My partner and I both chose to make our own bowls and they're were delicious! Some recommendations: grilled chicken, tzatziki, and crazy feta! I really enjoyed the Skhug as well. The side pita was a good addition as well. This is the second time in a month that I came to this location since it's the closest to me and the staff there already broke down the drink machines and the food was almost all gone mind you I was there both times an hour and a half before closing. Ordered a salad with their spicy lamb meatballs. The bowl was half the size it used to be and the meatballs, there were four of them but they were so small, I don't even think they added up to a 1oz. First time I got the Pita wrap, it was kinda messy, and it was on me (my fault) getting spicy sause when I thought it wasn't (picked wrong one still vegan tho) Second time last night I got a veggie bowl and it was VERY GOOD!! Pickles, veggies, lentils, rice, lettuce all 9/10! Sadly my boyfriend hates fresh food and healthy food and likes basic microwave meals so he didn't like all the dang flavor. I recently sent here with my wife and 4 others. It was solid. I ordered the Steak+Harissa bowl. The combination was decent, but not really my thing. But it was solid. I would definitely try one of the other bowls or burrito. With that being said they have these Sumac Sour Cream+Onion Pita Chips, straight . Haven't had a lot of pita chips so I'm no expert, but these were the best pita chips I ever had. Soft, flavorful. They give you a fair amount to. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Antoinnette helping me was rude from the start and acted visibly annoyed every time I spoke. It felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by being a customer. Instead of answering questions professionally, they responded with attitude, impatience, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Their tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, making what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that customer-facing jobs can be stressful, but being frustrated is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. If someone dislikes dealing with people this much, customer service may not be the right position for them. What disappointed me most was that there was no attempt to be helpful, friendly, or even respectful. I left feeling irritated and honestly shocked by how unprofessional the interaction was. I won't be returning, and based on this experience, I would strongly caution others about expecting decent service here. read more

I visited CAVA during their opening and had such a great first impression. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and smiling. It really felt like a place I'd want to keep coming back to especially since it's 5 mins from my gym. Unfortunately, my experience has changed over my last three visits. The customer service has noticeably declined. The staff, including the manager on duty, come across as annoyed and unwelcoming. On one visit, I witnessed the manager roll his eyes at a customer who was simply asking about a sauce while in line, in front of everyone. That kind of behavior is disappointing to see, especially from leadership. Each visit has felt rushed, like customers are an inconvenience rather than valued. It's not about the food, it's the attitude and lack of basic customer service that stands out. When you're working the front line, you represent the entire brand. If someone can't provide a welcoming experience, they shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. Given that the manager is setting this tone, it's not surprising that some employees are following suit. I hope this location can get back to the level of service they had during opening, because the difference is very noticeable. read more

Our family loves loves loves CAVA. This new location is really a beautiful place. The lighting is crisp and energizing. The food line is dazzling. The beverage selection is VERY unique. Love the APPLE MINT and the Blueberry Lavender options. The Cinamon Pita crisps are decadent. Portions are always generous, and the quality of the ingredients warrants the price - which is fair to begin with.
