Really consistent as far as taco bells go. Id say its good 70% of the time. Decently clean inside and staff is pretty friendly.

Had a craving for Taco Bell, so I stopped in for some lunch to go. This location now has kiosks right at the entrance to place an order. It is pretty self-explanatory and can search by category, which is nice. The menu is large font and has pictures to help people make their choices. Soft drinks are self-service, and they have a decent amount of options. The staff was friendly, and my order was correct. It's fast food so not fancy, but sometimes it hits the spot. read more

So this Taco Bell is great depending on which crew is working. I go there a couple times a week. Sometimes the people at window are really nice and never get my order wrong other days a entirely different crew is working who sound and act like at the window that you should just be glad they are taking your order and payment and when this crew is working ALWAYS overcharge and ALWAYS missing items, guess they are so hard up that they use this to pay for their food. If your frustrated that you have to work at Taco Bell then improve your attitude and maybe you can move up otherwise at least try to be nice to customers and quit overcharging as when you do overcharge me, I just deny the entire charge so Taco Bell gives me a complete order for free due to the lazy rude employees that are working all together rather than other days a crew that is great and a good representative for Taco Bell. I don't have anything against tatoos as I have them too, but the crew that is at window that is crazy rude and always overcharges and misses items has tatoos on his arms. read more

here we are almost a year later April 23rd 2019..was Tuesday decided to participate in Taco Tuesday lol..once again dining room spotless to Great employees were working Mia and Jeremy have to call them out by name because just fantastic job done and they deserve kudos.. Jeremy very proactive employee very capable of not only dining room but register and more. great attitude definitely if wants management material! also great job by the management of the store definitely train your employees well could be an example for some other Taco bells in the area believe me... had one of my usual number 3 combos 3 soft Taco Supremes and drink. mixed it up a little bit 2 hard one soft shell..but just how spotless is storage fantastic I also have Wi-Fi have a good experience at this one there's a couple other Taco bells within shouting distance that aren't worth even close I would choose to come to this one as each time I have it's always been fantastic.. read more

Usually go here and no problems but tonight I went and all I wanted was some of the Cinnabon delights. Asked for a 6 piece and since I don't usually get those, I didn't realize it doesn't come in a 6 piece. Girl who took my order asked twice how many I wanted and I said 6 both times. She didn't say it doesn't come that way or tell us she could ring it in different to get a total of 6 either with we would've been fine with. Instead we get to the window to pay and gave her the card and when we got the receipt, see she charged us for 6 two pieces. Tried to tell her I only wanted half of those and she got an attitude. I said it's fine cause I didn't wanna argue over it and they'd get eaten regardless. Plus I already paid for them. Then she turns to someone else working there and said "this motherf.cker about to get popped, need to quit playing with me". I don't know her name but that was uncalled for and rude. If you go into Taco Bell to order then usually it should be fine. But I'd suggest to never order Taco Bell from Grub Hub. They changed the ETA of my order 3 times. It started with an ETA of 7:15-7:25pm, then arrived by 7:55pm. I had ordered at 6:46pm. It took way too long for something that takes maybe 3-4 minutes to prepare. As a Downers Grove native and a resident who lives near the 75th & Lemont Taco Bell location, I make a little further drive for this Taco Bell. This is the best Taco Bell I've been to in the Chicago area, and the best one compared to the Nashville locations (if someone would beg to differ in Nashville, please let me know). The customer service is always with a smile and sometimes even better with a "Have a blessed day!" salutation. Everything I order from the burritos, to the tacos, and quesadillas and chalupas have been great. I have even made a late-night college trip to this Taco Bell from UIC at 2am just to get Taco Bell. Might I add, this was after the Taco Bell Express was removed from the Atrium on campus. First time visiting this location was 4/15 at 1:30am, the worst experience ever at a Taco Bell in whole life, 2x crunch wrap supremes had no freaking ingredients in them,WTF?
