The first time we called they just said we don't know, stopped talking for about a minute and hung up. The second time they said no, maybe, and then I don't know. When we asked if they could ask a manager they just said we don't know. The last thing I kind of understand but find annoying. They now only give two small cups of salsa (not enough) and charge for additional sauces. I get businesses need margin but you could be nicer about how you tell customers. The food isn't good enough for the crap staff and service they provide. No wonder they have such low ratings. Too bad I can't give a 0 star.

Bad bad bad!!!!!!!! Taco bell at Darien on cass ave have the worst crew at night!!! Especially tonight!!!!May 24.2021!!! I came as a dordash driver this night i place my 2 orders and i've been asked to pull up on the side and wait....After 15min the guy came with one of the orders and said the second one is on the way....after 30min he is comming again with the second order byt not completely (he forgot the drink) i told him about the drink and he said ok i will bring it...after 15min i went on the door and knock about the drink becouse noone was comming.... That guy came angry from inside with the drink and instead of sorry i got Yelled the words "don't you ever come back again"...!!!!!!! Escuse me!!!!! After 1hour waithing outside an employee who treat a costumer like that because he was busy he dont deserve to work there, that's not the way how the costumer need to be treeted!!! Out of 14 lunches ordered, 8 had an issue. - The 4 powerhouse salads were missing the grilled chicken, and 2 were missing the extra avocado which were all paid for. - 1 of the salad was missing the feta cheese that has been requested and paid for. - 1 order has the wrong sandwich in the bag. - 2 lunches were initially missing from the pick-up package, requiring us to go back to the restaurant and tell the staff about it. Given this was an almost $200 order and half of the individual lunches had an issue, the number of errors was disappointing and disrupted our office lunch. This issue was sent to the customer service on the same day of the incident, but I did not receive any feedback. I hope the management will do something about this. Please reach out to me. Other good burrito options nearby include Currito (272 N York, open until 9:00) and El Famous Burrito (904 N York, open until 10:00). The worst Chipotle in America (139 N York) is open until 10:00, but the employees usually lock the doors around 9:45, even if you've placed an order in the app. It's early days for this QDoba, but if they can keep the extra hours and maintain the food quality, there's a new burrito king on the corner of North & York.
