I was pretty disappointed then but when we came around this time, I was so happy that they changed it for the weekends. The staff were all so nice and helpful. This location is slightly different- I like that the Troy location has a few extra utensils on each table (extra paper plates, chopsticks, forks, gloves). They gave us a couple extra napkins but they were pretty small (napkins used for drinks). We ordered the kimchi fried rice- which is always delicious and pretty consistent. And a medium (16 pcs) Gangnam style- our favorite. Yes, it's pretty pricey but the chicken is worth it! It is definitely better enjoyed at the restaurant, so the chicken doesn't lose its crisp. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for KFC.

I recommend the chicken sandwich with fries meal - both items were crispy and delicious. However, my meal only came with lettuce. Not a big deal since I'm not a fan of tomato, but if you want more on your sandwich, make sure you say that when ordering. I'm not a fan of the fried chicken, but it is just a matter of preference. I like bone-in fried chicken, and the chicken served here is similar to the Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet - a large boneless fried chicken with dark meat. 98k is definitely worth dining at and is better than the average fried food restaurant. I've heard multiple complaints about this location as for their service but I don't go often. I did a pick up order through an app for this location and when I got there, they gave away my order already to someone else. Apparently they don't ask you for a receipt or show proof of your order number so anyone can just go in and steal your meal. I showed them my receipt and she kept insisting someone else took it... which is their fault. I asked for them to compensate me and they wouldn't make me an order. I complained to skip the dishes and they said it's between me and the restaurant. I go back to the restaurant again and they supposedly "ran out of chicken".
