I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A in general; the fries here are especially delcious and generally awesome; the chicken is pretty darn good too ;-) They offer a number of different sauces to go with their fries and sandwiches; the prices are fair and I've never had a bad meal at any of their locations, which is very high praise for a fast-food restaurant. The location in particular is clean, the staff are friendly, and I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the area. read more

I have always heard others rant and rave about Chick-fil-a. Today we decided to make a stop here. Don't know what happened with others a few hours ago but we had great service with very little wait. This is our go to place when we are out and about or are too busy to make dinner at home. The food and service never fails. Their message "my pleasure" says it all. My go to meal is the Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich. With the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce, it's delicious. Their shakes are awesome as well. And their waffle fries are my favorites. Walk in, don't sit in your car and burn fossil fuel. This Chik fil a provides what I believe is the universal standard for a Chik fil a experience. You get polite, courteous service that is surprisingly quick. The dining area gets pretty packed during lunch time and I think they are probably the most busy at lunch. The quality is consistent and tastes delicious. The only slight thing I've noticed with the breakfast sandwiches is that the biscuits are as hot as I'd like them for a breakfast sandwich. The biscuits aren't as warm as I'd like but they're still good. The same can happen on occasion with the tater tots. I think chik fil a has an underrated breakfast and I've never seen the busy when I drop in for breakfast. Overall this chik fil a delivers the classic experience. The classic chicken sandwich price went up by about 50 cents or so but it's still worth it. read more

Have stopped her maybe half a dozen times on road trips to/from Phoenix/San Diego. Every single time, service has been super friendly, the restaurant is incredibly clean, food tastes great, and the prices are very good for the quality you get. Can't complain. We stopped by here on Friday morning right after 10:30am. My wife had a free chicken sandwich coupon to use, and we got our kids a 12 piece nuggets to split. Myself, I went with a Strawberry Shake (Chick-Fil-A has THE BEST strawberry shakes in the land!). Nuggets were flavorful, juicy and coated perfectly. The sandwich was delicious as usual, and that strawberry shake was fantastic! This place is easy to get to right off the 8 (About 2-3 blocks down 16th St.), is never crowded, and is always a hit with the family. We will continue to stop here on our road trips. read more

Driving from Phoenix to San Diego, Chick-fil-A is always a great stop to get good food. This stop, I didn't see that there was a soda water button until I had already ordered my food and been through the line. Don't come here unless you want items missing from your order. My go to order wasn't even complicated. Two kids meals with fruit, chocolate milk, and ice cream. They gave me the bags and I realized ice cream was missing and so they gave them to me. When I left I realized drinks were missing. I didn't have time to go back. So basically they handed me the bags with 2 of the 4 items. Used the women's restroom and saw cleaning supplies on the floor under the sink. Maybe they could get a shelf or cabinet. Five stars to the upbeat staff but minus one star for the dirty lady's bathroom. It had filthy floors, missing seat covers and overflowing trash cans. The service was prompt, our order was correct and we were pleasantly surprised over the speed we got our food. One word describes this place......Heaven. My only gripe with these guys is that they are closed on Sundays. I get the religious side of things, but don't people get hungry after church? My granddaughter loves Chick Gil a and insists that we must go every time she's in town, my granddaughter lives in the Imperial Valley and they do not have a Chick-fil-A sometimes I have to take it to her when I go to visit. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken nuggets. read more

Drove through Yuma on a roadtrip and stopped at the Chick-fil-a drive through for dinner. We ordered two meals with chick-fil-a sauce and when we opened our bag once back on the road, only found one sauce per meal. Good food, however I have been to this location multiple times in the last month and have had the same issue every time. The older woman behind the counter when making my burrito just folds it with out rolling or anything so it ends up falling apart and tearing. I have to state that I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. BUT this one is hit or miss. One time it will be excellent but the next will be very disappointing. The amount that was in the container would be more on par with a small. I could have saved a few dollars but I wanted a medium. Juicy hot chicken with fresh crisp veggies and SO MANY SAUCES at no extra charge!! They are so nice and so friendly here too!! We love that even though they're a chain they give you that local love/vibe when you visit them!! They have changed during the pandemic to only drive thru, mobile or delivery so don't expect to dine in at this time. It's safe to say this Chick-fil-A is drippin' in the SAUCE and will stay busy even if they charge $50 for their chicken sandwiches!! We pulled in optimistic. It was pre lunch rush, the parking lot wasn't packed and there was only a couple of people in line inside in the order line. In hindsight perhaps we should have become alarmed when we saw restless looking families sitting around inside with sodas and no food. We really should have been tipped off by the site of cars backing out of the drive thru lane that, although only 5 or 6 cars deep, was not moving. I'm SO disappointed. I love chick fil a but the Staff here are always in such a rush they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. One time I ordered a cup of chicken tortilla soup and a yogurt parfait. They gave me parfait but not the soup. Had to go through thr drive through twice. Yesterday I ordered chicken tortilla soup and I for chicken noodle soup....like how hard is it to double check? Can't leave this location without taking everything out of the bag and double checking. Also last time I ordered a chicken southwest salad with CRISPY chicken I got grilled chicken.
