I'm SO disappointed. I love chick fil a but the Staff here are always in such a rush they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. One time I ordered a cup of chicken tortilla soup and a yogurt parfait. They gave me parfait but not the soup. Had to go through thr drive through twice. Yesterday I ordered chicken tortilla soup and I for chicken noodle soup....like how hard is it to double check? Can't leave this location without taking everything out of the bag and double checking. Also last time I ordered a chicken southwest salad with CRISPY chicken I got grilled chicken. When we travel from San Diego to Phoenix and back, we always stop here. I'm blown away by the great service. Totally unexpected for a fast food restaurant. When I ordered my food I made it clear 4-5 times that I wanted no ice in my drink and Buffalo sauce (because I got a chicken nugget meal) after a long wait (most chick-Fil-a's in the valley get your food in max 5 mins. But it took 15 mins and I was already tiered from a long day at work so I grabbed my food and drove back to my hotel where I found no sauce in the bag and a medium cup filled to the top with ice. The chicken here is really tasty and unlike other fast food places, when you actually look at the chicken.. You still want to eat it! It's not all pressed and processed looking. I would say with the price and the quality, you're getting a bargain. If I'm feeling chicken.. I'll definitely go back. First time I've ever had Chick-Fil-A was a couple nights ago. They're right when they say they do chicken sandwiches right. The only other comparison I've had is McDonalds which yes, I know is hardly a fair comparison with it being total garbage, but I think Chick-Fil-A is going to be my next go-to fast food joint when I'm feeling hungry. Only one minor hiccup, I went at around 8:30pm and it was busy as all hell, not surprising since it just opened, however I asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich and was given a spicy deluxe. Sorely disappointed with this location. I usually frequent Chick-fil-a's in PHX and I take advantage of the mobile ordering. I prefer carside because it's simply easier for me, this location didn't offer it, no biggie, I'll go inside. I made my order at 10:42am, got confirmation it was ready and would be out to me at 10:48a...so how come I didn't receive it until 10:57am? I could see if the lobby or drive thru had been busy, (most locations it is, hence why I prefer carside/mobile ordering) Not this time...there were all of 5 people in the lobby...i counted the cars, they had no more than a 4 car stack at any given time with one of their speaker boxes lanes closed. It looked like there was a bit of confusion as to whose role was what as far as front Point of Sales and Drive Thru Expeditor...I assume a team leader was on break or something..finally a young man walked behind the register (really wish I'd caught his name) rang up the few customers in front of him and then walked over to me to ask if I was waiting for a mobile order. I told him I was. He apologized for the wait and proceeded to get my order together, and threw in 2 additional chicken strips for the inconvenience. He tried his best to make the situation right and I feel did a good job in remedying the problem. Now on to the food. Chick-fil-a's all around in my opinion are fairly consistent...this location is the exception..the box of chicken strips I received were just barely warm, obviously had been sitting there a while. I was going to ignore this and just enjoy my meal,...except the strips were REALLY greasy..I've never had the sort of problem with food from this chain,... overall..this last visit is reason enough for me to skip this when I come to Yuma and just stick to my normal Chick-fil-a stop in Arcadia. read more

They would have received 5-stars however the price is slightly expensive as well as the service that is being provided now is not the same level of service that was being provided when they first opened. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. However, I am extremely disappointed in this location in particular. I live in the LA area in California and there are many Chick-fil-A locations so I've had quite the experience on how this company runs. When I walked into this location (Yuma, AZ) I was not welcomed by the staff, the staff got my order wrong, gave attitude, and didn't say their usual "my pleasure" saying. When I asked the lady if I can switch what they gave me for my actual order she seemed so bothered to fix her mistake. Very disappointed Chick-fil-A. I appreciate my LA locations. read more

Best Customer Service in Town! Food is always perfect

I have seen the Ad's for Chick-fil-a for a long time. I saw how it was compared to Popeye's Chicken sandwich/ I had never had either until a few days ago. I was at Sam's Cub and as I was driving out I noticed the Chick-fil-a and thought I'd give it a try. I was at the drive up window and decided on the original chicken sandwich as it must be the best. When I got my order I was really surprised on how hot the food was. This was a good sign. When I took the sandwich out of the foil bag I was really disappointed. I guess it must have been kept in a steamer as the bun was collapsed down to about a half inch or so and really mushy. The chicken was tasty but the overall sandwich was bland. It had two pieces of chicken on the bun. One was about two by two and one was about half that size. It had two pickle slices and that was it. This was my first trip to Chick-fil-a and I'm not sure if I'll go again but if I do I will update my review. The staff at the restaurant were polite and fast and seemed cheerful. I have been to many Chick-fil-A's. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The young lady who was filling the orders and getting the fries was playing with her hair then touching the food. The lady behind us let the manager know. The manager then went to address the young lady who was flipping her hair more than filling orders.
