Wow I had been craving the chicken salad sub, but I'm not a fan of chicken salad so wasn't sure if I should try it. I decided to get my original and ask questions about the chicken salad one and let me tell you those kids working there were amazing. The young man had a smile on his face. He explained everything about the chicken sub, while the other young girl was making my first sandwich and he sold me on it. I decided to try it and let me tell you it was exactly what he said it would be. That sandwich is delicious. The customer service is amazing. I will definitely keep coming to this place. This location is on the corner of the building and is accessible in Sprout's parking lot. The restaurant had several customers dining in. It was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. They were out of gluten-free bread, so I ordered the #13 mini in a bowl. I had all the toppings and flavor without the extra carbs and calories. First time to try the bowl and I loved it. Stopped on the way to San Diego for quick lunch. We split a large Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was all we could do to eat it. Don't get mr wrong, the food was delicious, but then again I was super hungry. The staff were super nice and friendly, however I noticed the cleanliness and organization of of the place was below average. For example, the server did not change his gloves from when I first walked in there to when he prepared my food. He had gloves on and picked up the ingredients with his hands and put them into the sandwich but he should have worn new ones to do that, not the same ones he had on from before. How am I to know if he was cleaning with the same gloves, touching his/her face with the same gloves. So please switch out the gloves every time. Also the ingredients looked super messy. That area should be well organized. On the plus, the server was super nice. Maybe some training on health and safety of food preparation is in order, because customer service was outstanding. read more

This is the first and only Jersey Mike's I have been to. I've ordered both inside and through the app numerous times. When I've been inside they moved through the line quickly, and were friendly. My personal preference is to order with the app and pick up at the register. They did mess up my husbands order one of the times by adding jalapeño and avocado to his sub, and it was on a different bread than requested. Luckily he was ok with it and ended up enjoying it- I imagine someone else must have gotten his sandwich since it was quite different than what was ordered. My favorite subs from there are the Classic Philly Cheesesteak which is delicious and honestly better than other places locally claiming to have "the best". I also really enjoy the Original Italian sub its very flavorful, with the rosemary Parmesan bread. I recommend joining the rewards program as I've already gotten back free subs with points adding up. read more

One star for the sandwiches, otherwise 0 stars, but then again, I mean, how bad can you mess up a sub sand? I guess the food comes with a side of Jersey attitude for free. I can't see the employee names because all of their badges are on backwards (coincidence?). This guy in here (dark hair/clean cut) is rude AF and acts like customers are an inconvenience. I thought it was a great experience, the people there are nice and friendly and yes they do take their time making the subs, but that is by design... so, I don't understand these other comments about taking too long? If you're in a rush, and want processed meats, go somewhere else? It only took about 5 minutes for 2 subs, but that's because I was alone, the last time it was faster when others were there, at the same time they were personal, almost like an old time meat deli shop. They have to slice the meat when they are doing the subs, so yes it's going to take longer. I would rather have my subs nice and fresh sliced off of a loaf of ham or whatever I'm getting and enjoy the sub, rather than the processed meats from another sub places. I didn't like Jersey Mike's before because of their prices, but when I started paying attention to what they do, this particular establishment made me really like the subs and now I understand why people like this place outside- of Yuma apparently... give it a try, just enjoy the sub and how they make it. read more

Went in today and ordered a BLT on the App. Went in and they were busy but I was told they were making it. I saw her put the sandwich together not thinking it was mine but she called my name. I asked her if she put lettuce on my BLT and she said I asked for only Tomatoes....See below for my order from the app. All I asked for was extra mayo on the side. I am not sure I will go back. Last time I ordered a Club with double turkey no ham and got ham. Both Yuma stores are greeting, making sandwiches (sometimes 3-4 at a time) and my order gets messed up all the time. When they made the sandwiches for my friend and I, they did not put it on wrapping papers at all. They used the bread that was just left out on the counter - no paper underneath. Same thing when it sat on the cutting board - they just wiped the board down with a rag and continued with the next order. I asked for BARELY any vinaigrette, and the holes in the container were so big that my sandwich was literally doused with it. It wasn't until they rang up my order near the cash register that the sandwich sat on a paper at all. This happened with my friend's order also. While we were eating, one of the employees (manager?!) yelled "HOT SUB, HOT SUB!!!" about 10 times in jest to the other employees, interrupting everyone's conversations. What's with that? I will probably go to a different sandwich place from now on because of the cleanliness factor and the employee behavior. read more

I went to there grand opening and they were asking for your email and phone number to get a free sub on your next birthday, My birthday was was 4 to 5 months after the opening and I did not receive any notice, coupon or phone call for this free sub they were talking about.
